I had a very positive experience with Jamie. I had to go here for my life insurance medical exam.I was very nervous and overwhelmed leading up to the visit. I’ve had a history of bad experiences with blood draws. She was very calm and kind. She was also very fast. She was even supportive when I felt sick to my stomach from the blood withdrawal due to anxiety I get from blood draws. She made it the least painful time I’ve ever had & I was able to bounce back faster than usual due to her insightfulness and support.I would recommend this place in person.

Over a month ago, Exam One called me to schedule and asked if I wanted home or a clinic. Since I work from my home I told them home. They told me the person who does home physicals in my area had an emergency and they would call me back to schedule. Approximately a week later, I receive a text at about 7pm that someone would be at my house at 8am the next morning. I responded that this time didnt work and that I never scheduled this.Since then they call me each week like Groundhog Day. They ask if I want home or clinic, I tell them home (any day works, any time after 10am...pretty simple), and they say they will call me back after they locate a person to do a home visit. The next week, I get the exact same phone call with the exact same question and they tell me the same exact thing, except this week the person was really weird and rude.The person calling goes, I am with Exam One to schedule your physical, would you like home or clinic? I say, home, to which there is no response and I can hear her typing. For like 30 awkward, weird seconds nothing...I just sit there. Finally, she comes back, We can get you in at XYZ location. I say, but I said I wanted home.... Well we dont have anything available for home. Why the heck did you ask me which I wanted? Nevertheless, still no physical. Just a lot of weird phone calls...like the Twilight Zone of physical exams lol.

I had an exam set for life insurance. I was told on scheduling that they could only come to me for the exam. The time for the exam came and went, I check outside 15 min after the appointment and 27 min after my appointment. The second time I not only open my door but walk out to the parking lot. Upon my return I found a door tag saying they missed me. I called the number and was told that they knocked on the door and waited seven minutes before leaving. I received no phone phone call asking if I was home, nothing. I now have to completely cancel my work day to accommodate a return at 1pm.P.s. This apartment complex has two doors. One that leads to the patio and at the other end of the patio is the door to the residence. This can be seen from any angle. So the examiner was knocking on the outside door which isnt near the residence door. So you literally cant hear someone knocking. ALSO, the outside door was unlocked so the examiner could have actually knocked on the home door too. Its amazing how delivery guys can call to say they are here but an actual medical professional cant find your number/call in a seven minute wait?

I loved my experience here. I had to go in to be evaluated for Life Insurance, I arrived five minutes before my appointment and was called in two minutes later.They had all my information organized and correct, all I needed to do was sign in. Plus, the woman who saw to my evaluation was extremely kind, professional, sweet and understanding. She calmed my nerves down and made the whole process seamless. I was out of the office in less than 20 minutes with extra bandaids for the blood draw just in case I needed them.Svetlana made the entire experience quick and painless, and I highly recommend this facility specifically because of her.

I called ahead to make sure I could get in, I was told yes. I let them know I had an hour drive. when I arrived they tried to send me to another location. I had other business in the area. told I had a 20 min wait. ok waited well over half an hour just for a drug test.

They came to my house to do the med exam at 7:30 am. What more can I ask for? No complaints.

Horrible customer service, Im amazed this place can stay in business. They will say they will call you back and never do. They dont have enough staff to meet clients needs.
