Carolyn is a wonderful therapist. She is easy to talk to and makes you feel welcome and comfortable during appointments. She offers good advice and help with situations I am going through in my life. She is also a great listener and provides a wealth of knowledge with her background and training. Carolyn also has a welcoming office and calm environment which helps as well. I have greatly benefited by having her as a therapist.

Carolyn came highly recommended from a close friend of mine, and I am so thankful that I listened and started seeing her! Carolyn makes it so easy to talk about life and is able to give you feed back that you might not have thought about before. My husband and I have been working with Carolyn for couples therapy, and my husband has been working with Rodney for Brain Training. We have been going to both Carolyn and Rodney for over a year. Carolyn has been counseling my son since May of this year. She has been incredibly sensitive to my sons pain and trauma. She has provided an incredibly safe environment for him to work through his emotions. I owe my new attitude towards life to Collaborate Counseling and the TMS Center Centennial. (Carolyn, Rodney, Dr Edrich and their entire tech staff) I never knew my mind had To Much Stuff weighing me down. Not until I fully opened up to Carolyn and she realized I needed more help than prescription drugs could provide. The team finally recommended TMS Therapy. It wasnt until I started my TMS therapy that I to realized I was indeed troubled. From the very first session to the completion and now beyond I have been able to once again strive. I went from misery to mastery in such a short time. Let me elaborate. I used to binge drink regularly, I missed work regularly, not to mention I didnt like my job let alone working, I went through several marriages over time and I looked miserable fat and out of shape. Now I havent had a drink in over 6 months, I have a new job as a senior project manager that I love getting up every morning for, I have a successful relationship, a new car, Im lean and super fit and i smile constantly the list goes on.I love The Morning Sunshine. Carolyn has been counseling my son for almost 6 months now. He has made incredible process in such a short period of time with Carolyn. She has taught him many useful life skills that he uses daily. My son was very uneasy about having to start therapy but after only one session he was so excited to go back again. Carolyn made therapy fun for my son while teaching him skills to cope with certain issues. Carolyn was also very good at keeping me in the loop without losing the trust my son has with her. She gives me weekly updates with his progress and any time we would have a problem come up at home she would address it with him and give him tools to handle things differently.

I was going through a very difficult time with depression. I was a victim of sexual abuse when I was a small child. I have struggled with this throughout my adulthood. I was stripped of my innocence, self worth and blamed myself for someone elses action. I found Carolyn through my companys resources (EAP- Employee Assistance Program). She has been so amazing! I feel very comfortable with her. She is extremely compassionate and caring. I am a Christian woman and felt that we connected in a spiritual way. I had tried other therapists in the past, but no one helped me in the way she has. If there was an option for 10 stars, I would pick 11!! :)

I originally sought out Carolyn Riviere-Placzek and her expertise while going through divorce. She not only helped me with my own healing but also helped me gain a better understanding of myself within relationships as well as developing new behaviors and skills for future ones.
