Amazing space and community!

Fantastic studio with amazing instructors. This place nourishes the mind, body and spirit. I have been regularly going to Yoga One for 3 1/2 year. I have had both hips replaced and the teachers at yoga one have helped me see that yoga is for everyone! Yoga One is amazing!

Yoga One studio is absolutely the best place to learn or grow your yoga practice. Meg does an amazing job at supporting people to develop in body, mind, and spirit in a way that is completely honoring of each individual. If you are looking to become certified as a yoga instructor, the training offered is top-notch, coming from a person dedicated to the art and craft of yoga.

Wide array of classes for all skill levels. Knowledgeable teachers, friendly atmosphere, A lot of class times to pick from, wide assortment of class styles to choose from, good variety of workshops offered and the teacher training program is very thorough

First time coming to this studio and I felt so welcomed. Will definitely be returning for more classes. Thank you ladies!!!

From the outside this studio might be over looked...but I will tell you this studio has been life changing for me! Favorites for me, Kimberly & Meg! But they just scrape the surface of excellence!

Amazing studio with extremely professional staff. This branch which is part of three has two rooms and appears to a robust variety of wonderful calming and challenging classes. The staff is knowlegadble and friendly and the teachers adore helpful and cheerful. Ive gone to quote a few classes on my visit here and did not leave a class lacking. Hands down the best yoga studios in greater Milwaukee.I highly recommend trying the hot vinaysa flow with Meg.Enjoy the flow and stay for the savasana!!
