Dr Jones is a phenomenal Dentist always making you feel at ease about what she is doing at all times. Will explain what she is doing or what needs to be done. I have been to many dentists n either the staff are rude or dentist are rude and dont care what you are saying or how your feeling. I have been coming for awhile now and staff are also kind. My kids also come n have never had problems. Would highly recommend Dr Jones she is very knowledgeable

Immoral. My mother went in to have her teeth looked at. They refused to address most of the problems. They gave mixed answers and wouldnt really answer a question. They told her they would fill one cavity at a time. When she went in for the cavity they told her it was a different tooth, a tooth that had no problems. They refused to fill the tooth that was causing pain. My mother gave me a signal that if she wanted them to stop she would sign no and I would tell them to stop. My mother has had trauma with other dentists. As they were giving her the novacaine she was in a lot of pain, she signaled me to tell them to stop but they wouldnt listen to me. She tried to tell them to stop, They refused to. My mother was sobbing and after they finished the injection they told her if she wasnt happy she could leave. They were rude and talked to her like a child. She deserves more respect then that. The next day we went and talked to the manager. She said the dentist was in the right and didnt violate my mothers rights. It was malpractice. People have rights and stop means stop. They dentist didnt have a right to violate my mothers rights. A few days after she started having extreme jaw pain and cant fully open her mouth. Today she went to the regular doctor next door and they pushed her to call them. Mom called the dentist office and they refuse to look at her. Extremely unprofessional and they need their licenses revoked. They wont even fix the problems they created.

I cant say enough good things about Diana! I refused going to the dentist for many years, I had an emergency and they got me right in, gave me the best care and I go back with no worries!!! I have had multiple family members also go here and all have had positive and happy experiences as well! Thank you to everyone there!!!! ❤

Dr Jones and her assistant made sure I was comfortable throughout the repair. I appreciated how soothing the office and staff were. I will definitely be going back for regular care.

Tiny waiting room, very few chairs for seating, quite uncomfortable to say the least. The assistant who called us back (of Asian descent) was absolutely wonderful and the only good thing I have to say about the visit. Shoutout to her, whomever she may be. She made a difference in what would have been an all around horrible expirience.The Dental professional (blonde haired lanky woman late 50s) was one of the most rude I have yet seen in many years of any health related facility visits. I will never go back due to her matter of fact- over the top aggressive attitude which I found incredibly unnecessary and left the visit feeling very insulted and bad about myself. I had already been having a hard day, I really didnt need the extra damage to my sense of self worth.She ranted on making excuses for her juvenile behavior by stating it is her job -her entitlment is laughable. Does she not realise it is MY job to decide she has a job to begin with? Without me/(clients) she would not generate revenue and now due to her, this company has officially lost my business. Sad to think I came to this office as a resolution for previous bad expiriences elsewhere! I do hope for proper administration to have a corrective talk with this God awful woman in regard to her unorthodox demeanor and proceedure. Public *be warned for what youre in for* there is no way I was the first and no way ill be the last to encounter this. Put an end to this foul treatment immediately!

I called Eastern Iowa Dental just a little after 8am on behalf of a patient who was with too much tooth pain to call on her own. The team at EIHC Dental was sincerely as concerned as I was and suggested she come in right away and they would try to accommodate her. I called the individual about 1 1/2 hours later and she was home and recovering. The team is friendly, efficient and find ways to address immediate needs!

While I have not been seen yet at the dental clinic. I have spoken with 2 ladies at the front desk. I have called multiple times and Brittany and Candace have taken their time answering all my questions. They both represent the company well and I cannot wait for my upcoming appointment, as it has been many years since I have seen a dentist. Thank you Brittany and Candace for your help and taking the time to answer all my questions!

Dr. Jones was awful and had a terrible attitude. She actually said that if her patients dont like her and dont want to come back, she is like, See ya, BYE! Well, good riddance, Dr. Jones. ;-)

I have not been to a dentist for a long time. I was very impressed with how kind and informative they were. Instead of telling me what they were going to do they discussed treatment options and allowed me to make the decision.Once treatment started very nice

Friendly, efficient, didn’t ask me questions when their hands were in my mouth. My teeth feel awesome and clean. 10/10 would recommend. 🤘🏼

The staff was amazing with both of my kids. My 5 year old was very anxious but they made it a very easy process and she is excited to go back They took the time to show both of them the proper way to brush their teeth as well. Brittani was a pleasure to work with when it came to scheduling my appointments too. Great place!

My 5 year old daughter received excellent care from the staff and Dr. Jones after a accidental fall at school injured her front teeth. Everyone was compassionate and calm helping us to feel more at ease.

Great first experience, beautiful office. Minus one star because lacking personal touch with Dentist. I didnt get her name or see her face, she was very nice, but the extra step of Hi, Im so-and-so and Ill be putting my hands in your mouth today, would have made my transition from my old dentist (who I had for 30+ years) to this new one a tad better. But overall, great experience, professional environment!

Dr. Jones was wonderful. Had many teeth extracted and she made very sure I was comfortable and numb while doing procedure. She always explained why she was doing the things she was doing.I recommend Dr. Jones to anyone that needs dental care. She is an all around hreat person and dentist. The staff here is wonderful as well. I wish I could remember the assistants name because she was wonderful as well. Thank you for everything.

I have great things to say about Everyone working at Eastern Iowa Dental Center. Not only did Dr. Jones and her assistant work smoothly together but they had a friendly and fun demeanor about them that Id prefer to have at any appointment! The 3x tooth extraction was a fun experience and you cant say that often enough!....Im editing my review and adding my opinion on 2 more doctors in their office. I usually see Dr. Cooper. She is very caring and she does wonders with both me And my 7 yo son. He was very nervous for a filling and would hardly sit in the chair but she is patient and compassionate so she gained his trust right away!....But today I saw Dr. Natalie Sour. She is kind, compassionate and understanding with all my particular needs. She is also very thorough doing the best she could do. To be honest, I fell asleep a couple times and it was super comfortable as usual.Also, very assistant Ive met has been a pleasure to talk with and they make my son feel welcome and at ease, which is usually impossible in a doctor/dentist office.The 2 receptionists, Courtney and Kyle, work really well with me on scheduling and every time Ive come to EIDC or called, they know who I am right away and are consistently been pleasant, helpful, and kind.When I need to go to the dentist, its not a burden. Its very enjoyable! Thanks ladies for all you do!!!

Today I took the plunge because I was in way too much pain and gave these guys a chance after coming from the other guys in town no body likes and i must say they put my mind at ease and took care of my issue efficiently and with minimal pain.. the staff was very courteous and i was cold they even had a blanket i could use to get warm.. i nost definitely would recommend them to anyone who had a problem with the other guys.. they are so much more professional

Dr. Jones was amazing to work with. Its been years since seeing a dentist, as it gives me anxiety. Her and Kyle were awesome to work with. Upfront (as I like) about my dental health, what I wanted my outcome to be regarding my teeth, mouth, etc., and gave me direction on what to do to achieve those outcomes!

They were great they made me feel welcome and was very sensitive to my needs.

I went to this place a couple years ago & when the dentist looked in my mouth she said “we’re gonna need to remove all her wisdom teeth.” & my wisdom teeth have been gone FOR YEARS!! A REAL dentist/oral surgeon took mine out when I was 16. they don’t know what they’re talking about & I’m scared to go back.

Everyone at Eastern IA Dental is awesome. They all work very well together! Ive never had anything but wonderful experiences and theyre always great with my daughter too. Diana is truly wonderful at what she does!!!

Ive never had such a pleasant and comfortable experience at a dental office. If you have anxiety or fear of dentists or even havent been to a dentist for awhile and are nervous, this is a great place to go. The hygienists and doctors are friendly and will take great care of you. I actually look forward to having my teeth cleaned now.

I was in pain and didnt have an appointment. They were able to get me in and pull my tooth on the same day. They were all very friendly. I have an extreme fear of going to the dentist but my visit actually wasnt that bad.

I worked at EIDC for over a year prior to my family moving to Texas. The doctors treat patients and staff like family. The work environment is very positive and I am so appreciative to have worked with a team that is full of support, kindness, energy and self-sacrifice. I could go on and on! Keep up the good work everyone!!!! I miss you guys 😍

I had a tooth break off , with a filling in it. I called around to bout 6 different places, and the lady at the corridor dental asked if I had called eastern dental. I had never heard of them I replied. So I called. They got me in that same day , and the dr. I believe dr. Jones was over the top ..5 plus stars.I have never in my times going to the dentist felt so comfortable and reassuring. She talks to you and listens very well. And very caring and gentle with her patients. I would reccomend her over and over again! And she did fabulous work on my tooth !! I will also say her dental assistant was very kind as well. And anyone Ive spoken to at the receptionist desk is very friendly. A very great place to go to have any teeth work done. Thank you again for helping and being so caring , all of you. You all deserve a A+.

Don’t go to this dysfunctional place! They had me on the cancelation list and called me two different times. Both times I went in and they had given my spot up to someone else! The lady didn’t even say sorry she only said “well I thought you said no, I must’ve gotten you mixed up with someone else. We still have you scheduled in a month and a half” They do nothing but waste your time.

Yes. They were professional and accommodating. I accidentally came one day early, yet they still fit me in. I would highly recommend them. 2nd visit: They are so nice and professional.

Everyone is very friendly! I feel very welcomed when I come here with my daughter and that says a lot because I am a customer service snob! (no shame) Only complaint is during one of my daughters cleanings, they didnt seem very aware they were stretching her mouth open a little much-so much that she was in a lot of pain afterwards. Next time we will be more verbal if there is unnecessary discomfort.

They were able to work me in very quickly, and spent a good amount of time with me. Staff were extremely friendly. Would recommend to anyone!

Today was out first visit to this office. I was really pleased with the staff. They even helped us with a referral and making an appointment with an orthodontist. NO other dentist office has been this helpful and it is greatly appreciated.

I seen Dr. Jones here. She is so nice and personable, explains everything, very gental.All the staff have been wonderful as well.I am a person that is extremly afraid of the dentist and they have all made sure to put me at ease. Not the easiest place to get into to, but its because they are in high demand.They deserve so much funding and help to make this kind of place even better.

I was impressed with the quality of service I received!! I was informed every step of the way through my procedure...the dentist and technichan were considerate and got me out in a timely manner. I was given great information on how to affectively care for the specific problems I have!!!! It was a very positive, informative visit!!!

Extreme pain and wasnt when i went in. Expected a dentist to know if the tooth just needed a filling.....not do the complete work and when pain med wears off have unbearable pain so i call go back in and they cant stop the pain or eleviate it anyway except try to get me into an oral surgeon to have root canal or extraction and this is right after paying for fillings. My understanding is a dentist should have known whether it was saveable or alternative procedure recommended at that time not after you do the expense of 1 thing then say oh my it wont work sorry your in pain but you need an oral surgeon so you need to pay for this that obviously was beyond their knowledge...by the way the fillings arent even right when i bite down but they say the are fine...DONT GO HERE!
