I love the products that I buy there but the staff is not always helpful. 3 girls watched me walk in and look around because I had not been to this location before. I only wanted one thing and even after finding the brand I could not find the item. Finally I got one girl to look for it and she finally found it in a box sitting in the window that none of them had bothered to put away.

Very nice and comfortable atmosphere and had a lot of different beauty products even some I didnt think i would find. They unfortunately didnt have much in the way of winky lux products though. I was going to buy that mascara but not there, oh well. In a whole I am obsessed with Ulta beauty.

We were treated like non-existent people. No greeting when entering or thank you when leaving and no sales associate to even ask if we needed help. AND WE DID bought what I needed but best sales online & app. I wont be returning to that Ulta!

Employees at this store are kind and helpful and I love that they have a wide range of quality and prices.As the makeup friend, I often get called to help people find new products and I usually take them to this Ulta because I know well find most if not all the things we need to get them started and that I can show them everything from Elf to Urban Decay to give them a good idea of what I would use. Its also great to be able to swing in and pick up necessities quickly when Im out.

The help was amazing and they tried multiple things to get the right fit. Everyone was helpful and very pleasant.

Not a huge make up fan first of all. Ran out of powder foundation. Ive always just used Mary Kay. Ulta does not sell Mary Kay, but I was in a pinch. Got here and your always immediately greeted when entering. Older lady, mustve been new, asks if she can help. I advised I was looking for a foundation and the name of the brand a friend recommended. Takes me to it but has another younger associate come over to help me. Same thing again for bronzer. I kind of felt the older lady was just not capable of actually helping anyone. The young gal gave me some awesome tips on how to apply liquid foundation with a brush though!

I was helped by a very nice gal, Kassidy, who helped me find everything I needed. My skin on my face has been behaving badly so I needed things for that, plus a good foundation to help cover up said badness. Thanks for helping me spend my 💰 Makeup is one of the things that makes this old gal cheer up in these crazy times.

Ordered a gift box online for local pickup.... had an invoice number and everything... even paid with PayPal. drove almost 2 hours to go pick it up only to find it wasnt at the store. after they looked it up the order was canceled in the system for no apparent reason... The store also didnt have the gift box in stock and when they went to assist buying it online again with free shipping it was out of stock!then to top it off, i was in another city for work so i called ahead to see if THAT store had any in store stock (while on lunch break) they said yes they have 1 left in stock.... so i wasted my lunch to get it thinking i was lucky SURPRISE it wasnt

For such a large store, their makeup choices were very limited. There were a lot of empty spaces where inventory should hsve been, and prices were no bargain. Staff was very friendly though and willing to help.

I wish they had a wider in-store perfume selection.

Im not sure if they pick and choose who they help here Ive asked for help with make up several different times and each time I was blown off I see other people getting make overs and help with products they offer there so not sure why I was not accepted for help applying product

The hair color i want always seems to bee out of stock and are a bit pricey but good products

I like Ulta....but it always feels odd going in there. It.might jist b me. Lots of stuff. Thats good and bad. I dont know if it is the organization of the store? Or the girls standing around? Have never felt comfortable. Should I make a suggestion? Well....maybe they need something going on...like a makeup session or something to entertain the drab feel. Not sure. Like I said...maybe its me.

When I got to the register with the product brand I wanted but not the scent the gentlemen went back and got the one i was looking for! Also i just love when you first walk into the store how wonderful it smells. 😁 the staff were super friendly with my toddler who was picking up everything she could carry.

Service was great. Anais helped me pick a conditioner and shampoo that will help my red stay longer and a leave in treatment to help with the damage to my hair. She was very informative and so polite!

I have shopped here many times. Normally when I walk in the door I am treated fabulous. Always a beautiful helpful face eager to help me. Tonight I came in needing new makeup. We were in the store for an hour with no help. I tried to find someone but there was one girl and she was busy helping another woman. After my boyfriend and I spent an hour trying to find powder to match my foundation we left all of my things and walked out. I won’t be back. This was a super terrible experience.

The prestige manager was horrible. She was extremely rude and unprofessional. She acted like she didn’t want to help us and then we tried to find the right product we were scolded. Do yourself a favor and skip coming here if your looking for help and a fun experience.

I have shopped at this location many times and it is a very nice, clean, well organized store. Unfortunately over the years I have been really turned off by some employees and the management. I now choose to shop with Ulta online and love the free shipping and some of the extra deals available. I find myself only stopping at this store if I need something immediately, which isnt very often.

I LOVE this place! I think some of the staff know me by name, but they should by now because I am there weekly. The $10 mini facials are awesome!

Every time I go in Im welcomed and some of the staff are wonderful. They always have some sort of sale to take advantage of and usually not as pricey as salons & spas. They dont carry a couple of things I use but most everything else. In between salon trips, I head here. And if you join their rewards program, it all adds up and you get special perks - online too!

I have had so many problems with my account. There has been multiple times someone else has used my points or has changed things in my rewards account. I don’t trust it anymore and I don’t think they should use phone number as a way to look up your account. Anyone can say yep that’s my number and steal your points. Support to get points back has been great but I should not have to keep calling for this. This last time someone used 1000 points. For quick math that’s 50 bucks.

Called the store today with a complicated, very detailed question about a product purchased from the online store and the gal who answered my call was a ROCKSTAR !She handled my long-windedness expertly with an upbeat disposition. I recommend this store for your local make up and amenity needs. Ive found my CR store❤❤.Keep it up guys!

I go here because its the closest place to get what I need. I quit enjoying it when the service bombed. When I walked in before (2years+) I was greeted with a smile and asked how I could be helped. It felt genuine and the person would stay with me the whole shopping trip if I wished. If I was just browsing someone would check back in with me to see if I needed help later in my trip. Not so anymore. Every time I go in - and I do mean every - I am lucky if I get asked if I need help and I more often than not have to search for someone. Then, once found, they are quick to scurry away from me. Are they busy you ask. You bet. Talking about their weekends, their boyfriends, their vacations, their surgeries, their hang. overs. No joke. I hear more about their lives than about products. Complete disrespect unless you ooze money walking in the door - then you might attract attention. I dont feel welcome or respected here. Thats why I go to Sephora now as often as I can. Waaaaaay better.

Ok ladies..if you can afford it...this is as good as it gets for shopping for makeup..they will evan do your makeup for you and show you how to use it...I dont use it..but from what Ive seen...be prepared to spend a paycheck at this place if you go there with your lady

Found what I needed.

I went in today on my day off not looking my best. I wanted the new Vlada eye pallet from Smashbox. I see the display with no pallet and was asked if i could use help. I asked about it and said it said on thw website that it was in store of 4/22. I got a really rude response from her about not having it. I proceeded to walk to store and see what changed. I was tracked by her the rest of the way. I dont know who she thought I was if she thought i was stealing but it was ridiculous. I wont be back i will drive to Coralville 1st if i do t dump this company all togther Mary Dillion and her teamhas some work to do onthe customer experience.

Brian is my hair stylist and he is doing an amazing job keeping my hair straight. My hair gets crazy in humidity but by having them straight at ulta I no longer need to use the my hair iron

Terrible customer service. I have emailed countless times and tried to call and no one has gotten back to me about my lost package. This is now interfering with my job as I don’t have the makeup I needed to do my appointments even though I ordered A WEEK AND A HALF BEFORE . I just need Someone to contact me so I can get my products or a refund.

I was in here recently to use a gift card it wasnt always my goto place but I actually really like it found many good deals things on sale and it has everything a wonan could want lol and you can get your hair done too!!! Check it out!!

Needs more foundation selection of the cheaper name brand like covergirl... And not much eyeliner or eye shadow gel sticks.

This particular Ulta has a lot of staff so there has always (in my experience) been someone there to answer questions and help out! I also personally love Ulta brand makeup.
