This is a great place to work, The hours are good. I enjoyed the people I worked with and loved the residents. If it could have been less than an hour in corridor driving one way I would still be working there. The Iowa winter scared me off. If you live in Cedar Rapids or near by I recommend Keystone as a great employer and if there are openings dont hesitate to grab.
