Wouldn’t give my Covid19 booster even tho I registered on their website, made an appt, and had my vaccine card!! What’s the point if you follow their directions and they refuse to give it to you!! Rude customer service!

WARNING! Find a different pharmacy! I came to pick up my prescription and they told me I needed to come back in 30 minutes. They did not state they would be closed for lunch. I came at 1:31 and apparently they take lunch from 1:30-2 and would not help me and told me to come back even though I was standing right in front of them with 2 small children. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!

This Walgreens is SEVERELY understaffed in the pharmacy. They call you saying prescription is ready, but when you get there it still takes 45 minutes to get through the line to get your prescription.

I come to this walgreens all the time and usually have a great experience. Not tonight. Cici was EXTREMELY rude and dismissive. She was texting at the back corner by the photo department when I arrived up to the counter and slammed her phone down as if I was interrupting her phone conversation while shes at work. She asked me what name I was picking up and the size and when she grabbed it, she put it on the counter and as she was walking away to head back to her texting, she let me know the person at the front would check me out. I let her know Id like to go through the photos to make sure I liked them and would be taking one photo out and she huffed out loud, loud enough for me to hear, as if I was inconveniencing her. She needs to check her customer service skills, even if its late at night (its 1015p).

Rude staff. Very unhelpful and act as if they are doing the customer a favor. Avoid and go to the next nearest Walgreens

Just called to transfer a prescription from another location out of the area that had already been auto refilled. I was curtly told that the prescription had expired and that she would not transfer it. She said that it could not have been on auto refill as it was a controlled substance. (Implying that I was lying to her?) She informed me that I would need to contact my dr and have it filled with them directly. ?? The other location told me AN HOUR EARLIER that it could be transferred through Walgreens’ system because they had already AUTO refilled it before it expired. So frustrating. Won’t be using this location for anything. Ever.

If I could give this pharmacy a negative 10 I would. I moved to Cedar Park over 2 years ago. Thats how long they messed up a simple transfer of my prescriptions from another Walgreens in North Austin. Two long years and their service is still terrible and whats really scary is that it is negligent. I have also discussed their service with others i.e. people who were waiting over 2 1/2 hours to get a flu shot late at night, with almost no one in the store. Running out of flu vaccine constantly. Auto refilling prescriptions that you have not authorized. Not refilling prescriptions that you have requested. Constant turn over of pharmacy staff. Non returning of phone calls to the manager. So if you want the absolute worst experience at a pharmacy you could ever have in your worst nightmares, this is the place for you. Just ask you doctor!

Never had a problem here. Good pharmacy and grocery.

A woman at the pharmacy is rude over the phone. Hugging and puffing over me asking simple questions.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!! THE PHARMACY WORKERS ARE ALWAYS SUPER RUDE!!! THEY TREAT PEOPLE WITH NO RESPECT!!! ALSO THEY HAVE BAD TIME MANAGEMENT AND TAKE FOREVER TO FILL PRESCRIPTIONS!!!! DO NOT GET MEDICATIONS FROM HERE!!!!
