I got my original prosthesis after my lateral mastectomy at P& H. I reached out to order new set but was encouraged to come for new measurements. New insurance and better coverage allowed me to get the customized prosthesis this go around. 🤩Hilda was professional and precise. I literally cried when the completed prosthesis arrived and I tried them on.Will continue to drive to Cedar Park for the quality of the product and the expertise and care of all staff at P& H Services!!!!!

P &H Services is a wonderful place to work with. If you are dealing with compression, or mastectomy issues, they are the place to go. They are very professional and care about your needs. Natasha was excellent at just helping me over the phone. She was able to send my forms to the Doctors office, check on my insurance benefits, and set up my appointment for me with excellent customer service. This is my 2nd visit, and it has always been a pleasant experience. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

The staff there are Amazing, I wouldn’t go to any ones else but them! If you need lymphedema compressions, regular compressions,breast cancer/other cancer items,etc.. this is 1st place you should go to! (They also do Medicaid.)🥰

I have had to go here twice for bras, arm sleeve and socks. The ladies are amazing and the products are high quality. I had a partial mastectomy that left me with a D cup on one side and a B cup on the other. They took great care of me!

I am so pleased with the kindness, thoughtfulness, sensitivity, and excellent customer service at P & H Service. The employees provide a very personal service with professional conduct. They worked with me when I had to reschedule my appointment and changed insurance. Melanie was the fitter with whom I worked. Her knowledge helped me make better decisions. Ordering off the internet wasnt working for my situation. Working with P & H Services solved the problems.

What a lovely group of people. I had to purchase some compression stockings and didnt want to have to bring my mom in for measurements as she is 4 days post-op. They told me how to measure her and made me aware of the different compression levels. I called them with the necessary information and they had them waiting for me when I dropped by. They also offered to drop ship so if I was unable to go to the store, theyd make sure I would have received it.Having to care for someone who is recovering from surgery is difficult and to have a company willing to make finding supplies and getting them easy was truly appreciated.

I have worked with this group for a couple of years. They have always been courteous and have met all my needs. Love them!

Called to ask their hours. Was told open until 5pm. I drove all the way out only to be told they are only seeing people by appointment only due to Covid. Im sorry but if someone calls to ask the hours, wouldnt that be the time to tell them that you are only seeing people by appointment and not wait until they find someone to bring them all the way out to your location? Poor customer service!

Remarkable! I suffer from Lymphedema and the pain in legs can be and is bothersome! Compreesion wear for the legs calms the legs down and ease the pain! Compression wear and I wont leave home without them! Missy is my rep and shes awesome! Her professionalism is the best! Shes very patience when explaining how to use garments and youll leave with a understanding of all garment as to how to properly put them on, how to care for them and shes make herself available if the customer has additional questions about their products!! JOB WELL DONE MISSY!!!

Hilda knows her products and what they can do to help Lymphedema patients. This was a complete turnaround for my wife. She has struggled with different wraps and compression wear and at wits end with having something that would give her anything close to a normal life. After meeting with Hilda and being properly fitted with the correct garments things changed for the better! My wife is able to wear clothes she wore before Lymphedema changed her life. Comfort and control. If you are familiar with Lymphedema then you will know what I mean. ***Update***I retract my last comment. The fraud owner of this business “Hilda Eisele” charged my insurance $800....you heard me correct $800 for two arm sleeves! I tried to reconcile the situation with her and she refused. She needs to be put out of business for conning customers.Stay away from this business at all cost!!!!!
