Im so appreciative of this service! I get premium service for my family and myself at a more than reasonable price. My family was traveling out of state and my son got sick. The customer care, accessibility, quality of doctors/staff has absolutely been top notch in our experience. I even had an unexpected emergency room visit... the doctor and staff were outstanding. I received an MRI, complete blood work, and treatment on site and was dismissed in under 2 hours... with no unexpected out-of-pocket expenses.If you are on the fence about this model of healthcare, I can tell you firsthand that our experience and care has been outstanding... from our ER visit to simple Teledoc services. Having an affordable, quality option has given us a HUGE peace of mind.

I love cage free care! The service is out of this world!! They really care about their customers!! When I came across this option for my healthcare, I’ll be honest, I was a bit skeptical! But the gentlemen there really took their time to answer all of my hesitations!! They were caring, and considerate!! They really care about my health vs. just making a buck!! When they explained how everything worked this just made sense for me and my family!! I’ve never been able to have health care before because I unfortunately fall into the bracket where I don’t qualify for assistance and I can’t afford the other options!! PSA: BUYER BEWARE AND READ THE FINE PRINT!!!My family and I began our coverage with CFC about the 3rd week of February 2020. Our initial deposit was for $400.00 ($350.00 for the one month family plan and $50.00 admin fee).On or about March 1st, I was billed for another $350.00. I called to ask why I was billed so soon as I just paid the $400.00 just over a week before. I was told that all members are billed on the 1st of the month and that I would receive my remaining 3 weeks at the beginning of Jan 2021. At this time I was a bit suspicious. I mean why didnt I just get billed for the 1 week in Feb and the month of March? Sounds like it would have been better to do this and start me fresh in April. Not make me wait till Jan 2021 to receive my credit.Fast forward to May 2020. I called to cancel my service with CFC because we now have a major care provider. I was then told there was a cancellation fee because my 1 year contract was not up. The amount to cancel the contract is $1,400.00 which is 1/2 the balance of my remaining contract. YIKES! These guys are worse than the cell phone companies!OK, admit it. I overlooked the 1 year contract. That was/is totally my fault! But $1,400.00 is a bit steep dont you think?!My family and I never used any of the actual services. So I can not speak about the medical team(s) that CFC uses. What I can speak about are the poor business practices of CFC directly. All I can say is BUYER BEWARE before you actually sign into this insurance. There are PLENTY of other options on the marketplace.Good Luck!B-

The staff are incredibly friendly and dont mind taking their time to explain the program and answering all of my questions. Honestly the best part is the no out of pocket cost once your enroll. I no longer have to worry what my bill is going to look like whenever I need to go see my doctor, which is a huge stress reliever for me, thank you so much!

This company is great. After signing up in September Ive had to use my membership twice already. Ordered medication over the phone and an ER visit. Everything was covered and taken care of seamlessly. Happy I made the switch.

Ok! OMG! Where do I even start! From the customer service, to the front desk staff, to the nurses and doctors..everyone was so amazing! Every time I go to the ER I’m always so nervous, unsure, confused, and feel as if I’m being rushed. Cage Free treated me like family, they treated me with so much care..the nurses and doctors even sat down and talked to me sharing their experience in the medical field and just every day life. I started to feel like I wasn’t even at the ER because I was actually enjoying myself LOL. Sounds crazy but you have to experience it to know what I’m talking about. IT’S AFFORDABLE! Cage Free Care makes healthcare plans easy to understand what is covered in your membership and they never charge extra fees or out of pocket expenses. For what it provides, it is waaaaaay less than any traditional insurance company Ive found, especially when you factor in that they dont have any deductibles or co-pays.
