Great gym with great coaches!!

This is a awesome gym. Everyone is very welcoming and very encouraging. I didn’t know much about CrossFit and was pretty intimidated but Kindel(owner) talked to for a good long while answering questions and ensuring me that is wasn’t all crazy like I thought it was. Hero’s gave me something that I love and have a passion for. It’s not about who is better it’s about challenging yourself but being ok with the journey. One thing that I love a lot about this gym is that it is VERY family oriented most people have kids. Which is very comforting. Everyone is accepted. Give this place a try

I dropped in at Heroes CF for two days while in town and Im bummed that I didnt have more time to workout here. From the moment I walked in the door, the owners, Josh and (Kendal? sorry!), and all the other members were friendly and professional. The workouts were just what I needed, the facility was exceptionally clean, and the gear was all in great condition. Im a coach myself, and I noticed the close attention the staff paid to all athletes in their facility, keeping everyone honest and safe. While the exterior is unassuming, the gym inside is a truly fantastic and inviting community and I would recommend it to anyone.

Great environment to get in shape, they are attentive to everyone in each class, and really care about getting people in shape. Lots of good class times to fit anyones schedule.

Best coaches, awesome environment that emphasises teamwork and family, and pure fun. So glad I joined Valor. Im a crossfit junky now.

Great gym,very friendly and not over bearing

In my totally biased opinion, I would call it one of the best gyms in Central Texas.
