Dr. Smedley, the nurses, and the staff are so pleasant and easy to work with. They make you feel at ease right away when you arrive. Dr. Smedley gives you great confidence he can get to the root of your problem and find a solution. I just completed my first surgery and am pleased with the whole process.

Always friendly yet professional. Dr always spends time enough to answer your concerns. I have never felt like I was rushed through to get to another patient. Would highly recommend as a great podiatrist.

Office is clean and the physician was professional. Would have liked to have been notified that staff behind the desk would not be wearing masks. My son who was the patient is a recent cancer survivor and immune compromised, so we try to be cautious. All patients be aware this office closes for lunch, so appointments need to be made with that in mind.

I broke my foot yesterday and ER said to follow up with an orthopedic. A friend recommended I see Dr. Smedley, a podiatrist, and his office was able to work me into their schedule. I was seen in a timely manner, the office staff was nice, and Dr. Smedley was nice as well. He went over my xrays and told me a bit about the type of break that had occurred. He wrapped me foot again and I will be seeing him again once the swelling goes down. The visit went well and I would recommend this office to anyone having foot or ankle problems.

Dr. Smedley and his staff were caring and professional when I took my 13 year old son to them to have his in-grown toe nails fixed. Dr. Smedley and his assistant explained each process clearly to my son to ease any nerves he had and the procedure was successful. They did a great job explaining the after procedure care to both my son and I and we have a follow up appointment in two weeks. I highly recommend Dr. Smedley for any of your podiatry needs.

Pin pointed the problem right away. Gave me path to healing through exercises and rub. Every thing from diagnosis to remedies was explained thoroughly using pics and easy to understand language. Also explained how long the healing process would likely take.

They have good Covid-19 precautions in the office. Front desk ladies were very kind of as well as Dr. Cohens Nurse. She was great at setting up and demonstrating how to use the boot etc. Dr. Cohen was a great listener. He explained everything thoroughly to me. He also wrote out, in detail, clear care instructions for me to follow . His recommendations were spot-on. I liked that he had an x-,ray machine in his office, and the equipment/supplies I needed to heal my foot. I will definitely go back if I need to, and definitely recommend him to others.

Doctor Smedley is an excellent Podiatry doctor, both my daughter and i go there for any foot problems. He spends good time with the patient and listens patiently. He conducts thorough diagnosis, and we are very happy with the service and results.

I am a diabetic and had an I grown toenail. The scheduler went out of her way trying to get me seen quickly even though I didnt ask for that! I was seen by Dr. Smedley the next morning at 9 a.m.He quickly removed the ingrown toenail AND because he noticed I have weak pulses in my feet, referred me for ultrasound testing. Above and beyond!

Dr. Smedley and his office team are top notch! Especially Tonya Robinson! Great communication and very patient with me even though I always have a million questions to ask. Im extremely happy with the service and the outcome of my lapiplasty surgery. Im on week 5 post-operation and healing up more quickly than expected. I had caused my surgery site to bleed while trying to get into my apartment after the surgery and a few days later I fell in my apartment and had to call the Paramedics. They suggested the bandage needed to be changed asap so I called Dr. Smedleys office and they allowed me to come in right away and the bandage was changed. That was Awesome to me especially because I was thinking it would be scheduled for another day but it was not. Way to Go Yall!!

This place has been absolutely atrocious in dealing with. I was in pain and called precision podiatrist for a walking boot. I was given the boot and was not given a price for the boot. They said just sign for it and go. I also asked for pain meds which it took 2 weeks to get a return phone call. I received a bill in the mail for $150 for the boot that really didnt work (it had a flat bottom and I needed a rocker bottom) so I only wore the boot twice. I called multiple times about the boot and never received a call back. When I finally got in touch with Crystal she told me that THEY dropped the ball on their end and should have sent me an email to return the boot. She said because THEY dropped the ball that I could bring the boot back and there would be no charge. I took the boot back and received another bill. Now, go figure, I cant get anyone to call me back. This has to be one of the worst places I have ever dealt with. VERY unprofessional! When you tell someone to bring back the boot and there will be no charge, you make that happen! You dont send a bill and avoid thier calls. Thank God I found a professional podiatrist with Dr. Wayne Hurst.

Started seeing Dr. Smedley at Precision podiatry for my left foot a couple years ago. He really explained everything very well, answered my questions and did an amazing job with my foot which required surgery. The entire staff was excellent as well!!Just recently went there for an issue with my right foot....same excellent service as before.If you are not using these folks I STRONGLY recommend that you do!!!! You will not be disappointed that you did!

Family affair! Fourteen years ago Dr. Smedley performed emergency surgery on my husbands lisfranc injury...considering the severity of that fracture, he put him back together seamlessly (few nuts and bolts were required ;). Couple of years later, he saw our three old in order to help evaluate a limp our regular doctor could not identify the cause. We knew he would take the due diligence to properly diagnose the problem...and he did. So now, here I am in my 40s and Im having foot problems. Its so comforting to have the best podiatrist around! Dr. Smedley continues to demonstrate compassion, patience, knowledge and integrity to the fullest.

Dr Smedleys office staff are so kind and professional. Every time I go I am in and out very quickly. I’ve never been disappointed in the staff or Dr. My foot was very infected and in bad shape. I was sepsis and ended up losing my fifth toe on both 🦶 but Dr. Smedley showed up on a Saturday and again on a Sunday to perform the surgeries that I needed. He’s not afraid to work!! And I healed completely after four incisions. I’ll always go back if I’m in trouble and I’m from Southwest Fort Worth!!!!!!

At first walking up to the office was a little difficult on crutches but Dr Smedley was awesome. He was very patient and explained everything to me as well as showed me my x-rays and what he would need to do to repair the break in my ankle. Scheduled surgery right away, even on his day off in order to accommodate my situation. Very pleased with the service from the staff as well. Very friendly and answered all my questions.

Getting someone to answer the phone is almost impossible. They need someone just for the phone. A simply queestion takes all day to get someone on the phone, and when they answer its only a few secs to tell them what you need.

I have always received excellent care from Dr. Cohan. He kind, respectful, and always explains a facets of the procedure. He gives honest expectations of the outcomes, and is always a so for questions or concerns. I highly recommend his practice.

Unbelievable the poor communication that this office staff has, i have been trying to get biopsy results for almost three weeks and no one has reached out to me after leaving several voice messages. No one is ever answers the phones, so frustrating and unprofessional!!! I must point out that the doctor that saw me was great, very profesional and caring. Otherwise I would have given a 1 star.

Friendly staff and doctor. I was grateful that they worked me into his schedule for my infected toe. They also scheduled a follow-up. If the antibiotics dont clear up the problem, the doctor will do a small procedure to take some of the nail out. I hope the pills work.

The doctor, Brenda Cohen, was great and I am very pleased with her and the outcome of my appointment. However, I was not impressed with her nurse?, assistant? as she did not introduce herself or give me her title when she took me to the treatment room. The room had not been cleaned prior to me being taken to the room and she promptly blamed her assistant for not cleaning the room. She then cleaned the room in my presence. Im in the medical field and find this somewhat disturbing and unprofessional. Also, I have called the office 2 times, once to make my initial appointment and again with a question after leaving my appointment. I did not receive a follow up call for either.

Dr. Smedley is a professional Doctor and so full of knowledge. My diabetes causes many foot problems and he has helped me through them all. I dont feel better until Ive seen him and he tells me what our plan is and how hes going to fix it. Im truly blessed to have found such a knowledgeable and caring Doctor.

I went in to have my ingrown toe nail cut out and fixed so it wont grow back. The very sweet front desk people told me the only part that is uncomfortable is the shot to deaden my toe. Well, I didnt even feel that, he frooze my toe first and was very good. All of a sudden he was done and putting the bandage on. If I could give 10 stars I would! Loved my experience!

Had an ingrown toenail that was infected and extremely sore. Dr. Smedley was very helpful and fast at removing the ingrown piece of the toenail. Later on that night I had concerns and was able to reach him personally. He was helpful and reassured me the pain would subside. In April 2016, my Father was hospitalized with severe calciphylaxis in his legs, which included a large unclosed wound on his right shin that had contracted MRSA. While in Houston, he was advised that due to his poor circulation that the wound would probably not heal for years, and to just keep it dry and treated with Betadine. The doctors there stated that amputation of his right leg was probably the only way to guarantee that an infection would not spread. This continued for two months, before the decision was made to move him to the Austin area near me.In June 2016, we visited a Wound Care Specialist in Cedar Park who recommend Dr. Jon Smedley with Precision Podiatry. Upon meeting Dr. Smedley, we voiced our previous advice and urged him to just keep the wound dry as the desert and to not remove the large scab. He described to us that without being able to control the environment, that he could not heal the wound. We trusted him against previous medical advice and a debridement procedure was done to scrape all of the dead tissue off of his leg. For about two months, we visited Dr. Smedley on a weekly basis to unwrap and re-wrap his leg and treat the wound with stem cells.Today, two-and-a-half months after his surgery and five months after the initial grim diagnosis, my Fathers leg is completely healed and no longer needs treatment. We are grateful for Dr. Smedley, his team, and Precision Podiatry for turning a dark prognosis into a full recovery.
