I’m very leery of massages because of bad experiences in the past but I decided to give Massage Heights a try and loved it!! I ended up signing up for a membership & can’t wait to go back! My masseuse was very gentle and in tune with my needs at the time. The lady who helped set up my membership afterward was very nice and knowledgeable also. I was very impressed overall with the experience!

Exactly what I needed!! Dan was professional and welcoming and made me feel totally comfortable. He worked on the problem zones with the right amount of pressure and gave me space to be silent. The Covid safety here is excellent, and I feel I’m a good one to judge since we literally have ZERO people contact because of being an autoimmune household. Highly recommend this place to help relieve tension, stress, and pain from whatever is happening in your life!I never sign up for monthly subscriptions to services, but I actually did here. The pricing and terms were totally reasonable and I’m looking forward to coming here regularly :)

I cant recommend this place enough. Atmosphere is extremely welcoming and warm. Staff are so incredibly friendly. Massage therapists are sooo professional and skilled. Lots of availability for different schedules. I always leave feeling incredible! My favorite therapist is Cat.

I was so happy with my first experience here (I received a 1hr custom facial) that I opted to join the year membership!! Great service from every single person I interacted with from beginning to end. My skin already is glowing from one session!

The ladies here are professional and accommodating. My out of state gift card wasnt working so they provided alternative options that made me happy. They sanitize the rooms after every use. Had a questionnaire to complete before arriving. Took my temp upon arrival. They have add on options for extra luxury and provide facials as well! Overall great service and I will drive a little further than my normal massage place. My normal place was booked and couldnt accommodate same day scheduling but Massage Heights had same day availability within 2 hrs of scheduling! Very pleased and looking forward to a facial soon!

Customers beware! I came in for an appointment to have a knot massaged out. After the session I was convinced to book another appointment for a future massage with an extended time. However, after I booked that appointment they retained my credit card information and didn’t notify me upfront that their would be 100% cancellation fee. They only notified me through text message and a phone call a day before. It’s my mistake for not having the time to read it but, as a customer this should be brought up at the first substantial conversation about a future appointment. I won’t name anyone in this but, please be careful and make sure they explain to you their cancellation policy before you book a future appointment.Terrible way of doing business in my opinion but, to each their own. Tried calling to resolve this issue and I was only met with hesitation and disrespect.

I have been going to Massage Heights for a few months now and absolutely love it. The front desk staff is always pleasant, professional, and helpful. Due to a sports injury years ago I suffer from chronic neck pain. I have tried various massage therapists but nobody has ever helped as much as Tiana. She really listens when I talk about my pain points and uses a variety of techniques to get rid of knots and ease my tension and discomfort. Even though Massage Heights is a bit of a drive from my house, if Tiana is there I will always go without complaint! She is fabulous and I highly recommend her.

My first and last time at this location. Although my massage was great and relaxing the front desk staff ruined my experience here and most likely will not return to this location, which is quite sad considering the masseuse was so friendly and did her job well. After my massage when I checked back in with the two very pushy front desk workers, they proceeded to try and up sell me for a solid ten minutes. I understand sales is their job, but people come in to relax and alleviate stress not be hounded repeatedly after saying no many times to purchasing more. Needless to say I did not leave relaxed due to the front desk. It got to the point they almost didn’t want me to leave without purchasing a monthly membership and tried to re-book me in the following weeks even though I stated I would be out of town. They then tried to book me in the city I would be visiting! I reiterated “no” many times, these two front desk workers clearly could not read the room at all.

I have been a member of Massage Heights for probably running on 2+ years now. I just recently moved from the Mueller location. I can honestly say that I have never had a better massage from them until I had one at this location today. I told Randi that I was in to relieve stress and tension, also that I normally get deep tissue massages. Gave her all the freedom in the world to do what she does best. She found and identified all my problem areas, talked me through what she was going to be doing to relieve tension in those areas and got me adjusted accordingly. I never book my next appointments when I finish , but today that changed I look forward to my next massage!

Had a really good massage and facial.

The good parts before the bad. The staff was friendly, the massage and facial were both very nice. The staff member who checked me out didn’t add my Groupon and then double charged me. She apologized and said she would get it fixed, but it would take 8-10 days to be refunded! That is an insanely long amount of time (1-3 days is normal). I paid with my debit card, so that is money I can’t access now for 8-10 days. They need a much faster turnaround time on refunds!

Greg and Tiana are awesome! I would recommend Tiana if you need some deep work done. Shes great with sports and deep tissue. I would recommend Greg if you want a super relaxing massage that will put you to sleep and melt your muscles! Shout out to front desk too. They are always super friendly.

UPDATE: the manager gave me 90 days to use my massages. Added STARS for her ability to realize they were in the wrong.After several years of a membership I felt the need to cancel. I had 6-7 massages left and over Covid was not able to use them. When they finally reopened I called and they would not honor them.Prior to: There were several visits that I would show up to my scheduled appointment and the therapist wasn’t there or many calls to reschedule my appointments... I finally canceled my membership and the company will not honor the prepaid massages.Not a great way to do business.**Therapists have always been great!**

I had a 90 mins massage appt with my go to therapist Randy and unfortunately had to cancel with me and the front desk called me as soon as they were aware giving me other options that were available and I was still able to get my appt done ! Very good communication on their part.

Hello. Im an LMT in the industry for 7.5 years, Ive been a Lead, Manager, and Trainer. Im here to offer my professional feedback, not just here to gripe. Im offering 2 stars and not 1 star because my back feels a little better, and the front desk staff was courteous.However, Massage Heights was given 4 opportunities to listen to my needs, and its as though I still wasnt heard.I filled out my intake form online to be told that theyre not even a digital location and I would need to fill out a form manually. I indicated both digitally and manually that I wanted *R shoulder and upper body focus*. I checked off Swedish and Sports (Swedish being more for circulation, and Sports involving body mobilization techniques and stretching).They called me a few hours prior to my session and asked me if I had any specific areas of focus, I said my *right shoulder and upper body* and my LMT asked me yet again and I said that I wanted focus on my *right shoulder, otherwise just upper body*.I received the same amount of attention on each shoulder and it was only effleurage, no real movement of the shoulder girdle, except for some slight repositioning, so I felt that the therapeutic quality was lacking. There wasnt any shoulder movement or work for that matter while we were supine. And also, his hands were very shaky as though he had had too much caffeine, or maybe his table was too high for him and he was working too hard for the amount of force needed for a medium pressure?Even though I really only wanted *upper body/R shoulder*, he still also worked on my legs, but only the back and no glutes. The way my legs were draped made me feel uncomfortable because when he was undraping the left leg, the sheet and his hand both went right in my intergluteal cleft, touching below my tailbone. I could maybe understand the sheet being there, but his hand should not have been, even for a moment. This was my biggest concern because this tells me he needs to revisit appropriate draping protocols.I didnt use the opportunity to discuss this in the lobby with management as there were several customers in there and I was already uncomfortable that I would have to address the draping problem, so I called immediately afterward to discuss it more privately.As an LMT myself, I was surprised at the lack of technical abilities and left wanting more but not in the good way. Customer service was overall friendly, but I wasnt too thrilled with the outcome. I hope they can provide the LMT with at least a refresher on draping and active listening.

Sarah is hands-down the best masseuse Ive ever had. Shes so good at identifying your pain points and truly helping you. Go see her! and if you like your experience, get the 1 year membership thing. Itll cost you less in the long run.

I rescheduled my appointment the day before with the receptionist Anatasia when she called to confirm because I preferred a different masseuse. I get a call the next day saying I missed my appointment, because the change was never made the day before. The receptionist, Hannah, repeatedly asked me for the persons name that I spoke to as if that conversation never happened. I made sure to go back and get both names. If you record your calls, go back to 1245 on 1/31/20. I wont be rescheduling. Please train your staff better.

Me and my husband went to get a full body massage and the ladies at front desk are very attentive, we have Sarah and Victoria both are excellent on what they do, Victorias hands feels like has a GPS, tracked right away what she needs to worked on, she knows exactly what I came there for. Something like a massage can really revive you body. We will be coming back monthly, u can also request therapist, this 2 lovely ladies will always be our favorites. I want to give them more than 5 stars!
