Recently, I experienced awesome care, great service, professionalism, and attitude when I needed it the most.Thank you for the great care!

Do not mention youre a veteran. They make you wait in pain. Nurse Anna Flores gave me morphine which did not work for the pain I was in. Later I was supposedly given dilaudid. Had no effect. 20 minutes after the so-called dose of dilaudid, I was sent home. If I had been given dilaudid, Im sure they are required to keep me there for longer.

Whenever anyone in my family had to go to the ER we would purposely drive all the way out to Georgetown to avoid this location even though it was right down the street! My grandmother came here with food poisoning, vomiting, and the nurse had the audacity to say to her could you try not to vomit on the floor? Then she just left it there and never called on anyone to come and clean it up. Insulting!

My mother was just in there and let me tell you this theres a male nurse there that has a major attitude problem and my mom was trying to get a blanket because she was cold said something to him and he ripped the I.V out of her arm and proceeded to tell her u can leave then she told him I have been ringing my bell for yall for a hour now and the lights been going off and nobody has came in why and he tells her u can just leave u have only been here for 30 to 45 mins and by the way u have alot more wrong with you then ur heart so just so the hospital knows be expecting a law suit oh and hes on the shift thats working around 7 on Fridays so I wouldnt so in at that time if I was you

The care at Cedar Park Regional medical center was impeccable. ER nurse Sally was especially attentive, conscientious, and professional.

Check in/check out process was quick and with no issues. Our visit there took no more than one and a half hour, considering they had to take some x-rays and put a splint on my sons hand (broke his wrist). All medical staff was courteous, informative, and very professional, especially Dr. Lawson.Was it expensive? Just what is expected of the emergency room and the type of insurance you have. Two thumbs up for these people.

They have had my father almost 48 hours and not one nurse or doctor has called me with an update. Per my smart phone I have called 14 times since Thursday with no call back. It is Sat noon. Nothing. I feel like he has been kidnapped.

The check-in process for the Emergency room is very smooth and easy. You just walk in and someone is always there to talk to and check you in.

I went with my brother to his appointment the Receptionist told me I couldnt sit in the lobby she told me to go out side to sit and their were no chairs to sit and I said I been up two times and the other Receptionist didnt have no problem me sitting in the lobby and she didnt take my temperature I have witness she was rude

On January 8,2020 I went to the emergency room, Dr Ari woods gave me a long evaluation and determine that I should go home.. I left to stay with my brother for two weeks to later I reviewed my exit report that states I did have a silent stroke. I called and talk to the quality supervisor Michele and she stated that this couldnt have happen. Dr. Ari Woods is a old man that should not be treating individuals any more, I wonder how many people have died under his care. He needs to be evaluate by the Department of Health, and the Medixal Licensing Board, the documentation states he know I did have a stroke before he sent me he home. He needs to be seen by a Psychiatrist to determine if he should work or not. Google this to find a high percentage rate Older doctors linked to higher patients death. I filed a complain They promotet with the hospital and the old simile doctor is still caring for the elderly, these types of stories are hidden and removed from the hospital website. This hospital and a few on staff promote patient abuse.

Staff is very slow to respond, making it very clear that your emergency, is Not an emergency to them. They definitely make you feel like they could care less. So if you’re dying, and time is important. It would probably be quicker to drive right on past Cedar Park regional emergency room. Just go to the next ER down the road.

Fast to get in during our stay in cedar prk. Staff friendly. Took hours to get done though so 4 not 5 stars...

We went to this hospital as I felt my son got choked but he got better soon. I wanted to check if everything is fine with my son. Hence we went to emergency in cedar park regional medical emergency center. The treatment was good but for 5 mins check up they charged 1500$. That too my son didnt have any problem.Only checkup.

I was brought to the ER after falling out of a mountain bike. The ER experience and care was first class. Communication with my family out of ER was great. I couldn’t be in better hands.

Took us right back after a head injury. Made sure my son (4) was ok and walked him through every step! Discharged us and he began throwing up in the parking lot, they were able to reverse the discharge and get him some Zofran for the ride home. Shortest ER visit we have ever had. It was awesome.👏

This is such a hard reword to write. Facilities new and clean and quick to get seen in ER, downside is hospital is small therefore getting admitted can take time (in our case waited in Er bed until next day).Staff- all depends who you get. Some are exceptional and caring, a few just are there to do a job.

Let me tell y’all something. I have had tendon issues and an extra bone in my foot for 3 years. I recently had surgery to get the bone taken out and the tendon restructured and was non weight bearing for 2 months before I started PT with Kimberly McElroy. She has been absolutely phenomenal since day one. She has been gentle and careful, but also very positive with pushing me to do new things that she knew I could do! I will sing her praises all day long! If y’all have orthopedic issues please, PLEASE hit her up. I’ll miss her when I don’t need PT anymore.

I have to thank Dr. Edward Kim for the fantastic job he did on some stitches I received on May first in the emergency department. When people see the picture of the initial injury and look at how it healed they are absolutely blown away.(start at the bottom left and go counterclockwise through the pictures, the large final picture at the top was taken on June fourth one month after the accident) Thank you Dr. Kim for saving my face

Had to take my wife to the ER, she was having a bad allergy reaction.Tongue was swelling and throat was closing, hives from head to toe.The staff immediately attended to her and took her to a room. Hamilton was her attending nurse and he immediately accessed her then had a physician come in right away. The sense of urgency to treat her was great.After she was treated they advised us to get her to our primary physician.THANK YOU!!!!

My husband went in severe pain due to gallstones and needing gallbladder surgery. When I arrived the morning shift were just basically more worried about ordering breakfast and not attentive at all. When I asked what was going on because he was in so much pain it was as if I was interrupting. He said the night shift were fine which is why I did two stars and once we got into out patient it was great. If you have other options you might want to try them instead of here

They made me feel verry at ease with my situation.
