Called with a small problem that I thought they would have to send someone out to fix. The person answering the phone explained to me the probable issue and how to fix. No charge-- but rather a Merry Christmas from her. I have always had good experiences with the Company.

We’re new in town and needed an electrician almost immediately to resolve an issue with our new home. Called yesterday, Shelly was great and scheduled us for today. Clyde showed up on time,got the issue taken care of, and was so competent and friendly that we had him do a couple more projects on the spot.If you’re needing service in a new town, you might as well make friends while you’re at it. Had a recommendation for Harvey Electric. I gave them a call, they confirmed availability, we setup a time, they showed up as promised, gave suggestions and recommendations on how to best do things, got the job done, everything is working great.

They have about done it all for me. I would not trust my home to any one else. The worker bees are the best, friendly, know what you are talking about even if you are guessing what needs to be done. They know how to help you and get it done and done the correct way. From the person who answers the phone, who happens to be kind and patient with you listening to what’s wrong….to the guys saying goodby…….this is the greatest electric company ever.
