He is kind, compassionate and listens to what I have to say. We dont always agree, but he listens. All of the staff is friendly and caring.

Doctor Cutler has been my doctor since childhood, and now that I have moved away I struggle to find a doctor as good as he is. Hes always thorough with any questions you may have and how to treat whatever ailment you may have. Hes very nonjudgemental and has never failed in diagnosing me or anyone in my family. He is personal too and makes sure his patients feel comfortable telling him anything thats bothering them whether it be an ailment or if they are nervous or embarrassed about something. Its hard to find a doctor you can feel comfortable telling them anything too. His nurses are also very good with patients. I have never met any other nurses that can make a shot painless such as the ones employed at Dr. Cutlers clinic. I hope there may be some recommendations out there for Cedar Rapids that will be as good as Doctor Cutler.

Our family has been going to Dr. Cutler for many years. He is very friendly, never rushes you and is very thorough. He is prompt at responding if needed after hours. He goes above and beyond for his patients.

Dr Cutler always is prompt for your appointment, and never seems in a hurry to push you out the door. Some reviews seem to complain that he likes to talk -- which blows my mind. I have never had an issue of him talking too long. Instead of talking too much, he gave me the impression of someone that genuinely cares and wanted to make sure all my questions were answered completely.Twice now, I have have had screw ups with insurance paperwork (both my fault), and Wanda, the front desk lady, has gone above and beyond to assist in getting it cleared up. She actually had me call my insurance company from the office, and then *she* talked to my insurance company to directly ask the questions needed to straighten the issue out and get my issue resolved. She went above and beyond to make sure the issue was resolved.At no point have I ever thought that the staff was unpleasant, or grumpy, or that I was being rushed out to pack a few more clients in each day -- something my last provider always did -- appointments routinely started 15 minutes late, and I was pushed out the door as fast as possible.Very happy with the personal service Dr Cutlers office gives.

One could not ask for a better, more caring, Dr. Not only is he very knowledgeable and helpful, but he and his entire staff, give personal service and personal care to everyone that is his client

Glad I dont have to come here for myself. Its bad enough sitting through my SOs checkups. The doctor wont stop talking, adds a lot of extra time to the checkups... Not to mention Wanda at the front desk is a snotty old grump.
