Shawn was able to fit me in with next day service, which I wasnt getting elsewhere. He showed up on time and had my AC unit fixed in less than 15 minutes. He was professional and very easy to talk to! I would highly recommend EMCO and will definitely be making them my go to HVAC company!

Shawn was excellent. Our ac unit went down on a Friday night around 5 pm. In desperation I started calling to find a repairman open. Shawn answered the phone. Although this company is not open on the weekends shawn helped us diagnose the problem. He even agreed to come help us if we werent able to solve the problem on our own. You wont find better. Excellent customer service...Late last Friday (June 10) I realized that our AC was broken. This was particularly disconcerting because I had two sick kids and family coming from out of state on Monday. I called several places to see if someone could come out and all were scheduling out in the mid/late of the next week. It was after 5pm when I called EMCO and Shawn spent 30 minutes going over some of the possibilities of what could be wrong. I was most impressed with his willingness to take the time to explain things so that I could potentially get it working on my own (and I did). He was great and I will call EMCO the first time if I have any other AC issues.
