Dr Fackrell has been our family dentist for 15 plus years. I’ve delt with him and his staff with every situation possible and he has been AWESOME!! He is honest and so kind and polite. He only works on what is needed and the work he does is top notch. We feel very lucky to have affiliated with him so early on.

Dr. Fackrell is an honest and ethical dentist and is the best Ive ever been to. He takes care of my whole family, and there have never been any surprise expenses or unnecessary work. He is very up front and explains exactly what he is doing. Dr. Fackrell has a calm and soothing way and is FANTASTIC with kids!

Dr Fackrell explained to me he was fixing 1 cavity however I was billed for 2 cavities. That was very dishonest because I was told they were ONLY fixing one but instead fixed 2 apparently. The wouldnt work with me because he had fixed both. Because of this I will be going to a dentist who will explain EXACTLY what will be done. Other than the high bill he was a good dentist with good bedside manner. He worked quick and had my 2 cavities fixed in under 15 minutes.

Best dentist ever very good have used him many times he is honest and you are never in pain when you are there.
