Absolutely terrible. From start to finish this was a horrible process. I scheduled online and showed up 20 minutes before my scheduled time period it was an hour and 15 minutes after my scheduled time that I was actually seen also I was overcharged. My insurance as a blatant co-pay of $75. They told me that they have a different contract rate, but they are in network with my insurance company which means they actually agreed to those rates and just chose to charge me extra. Now I have to allow it to clear, call my insurance company who will then called them and make them refund my money. So fortunately it is only roughly $30, but at the same point in time it is absolutely ridiculous that I was charged almost the same as not having insurance at all, and I have to wait a month or 2 to even get my very own money back in no way shape or form is this acceptable. I would rather Google MD myself then have to go back here again. I will die from cancer because I am afraid to seek treatment of for some reason these people are my only option. Also it should be noted that this was all over a urine analysis. From a little bit before 4 oclock until 7.

Dr. Jacobs was very thorough with her questions and patient to listen to my answers and my questions. I was pleasantly surprised to get a well check call 2 days after my appointment-from her personally.😊

Great location, friendly and competent staff. Doctor B REALLY cares and takes time to consider and communicate. The tech that took my blood had a few tricks to not only minimize the sting but also got it on the 1st try. I felt almost nothing. Many times other techs stick my arms a few times and end up in my hand.

If i needed to self diagnosed and basically rushed out i couldve just stayed home and googled it, the lady basically told me chose one of the symptoms and go to you regular doctor for the other ones which now it seems like the better option for me, apparently nowadays to be a doctor means sitting on your rear and just look in your eyes and listen to your heart and get a nice bill of over $200 and she did nothing but sit on her rear end, shes an embarrassment and gives doctors a bad reputation .. i havent been to a doctor in years and the first time i go HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT NICE THANKS FOR RUINING IT FOR ONCE MORE! I REFUSE TO GO BACK!!

Went in for Migraines after being seen at the other one in Lexington a week before (which was a joke) the doctor here actually listened and cared enough to look into ways to give me relief and I actually left with some hope that I may wake up tomorrow with no headache!! Everyone was so friendly. Overall I feel more optimistic after leaving here than a week prior at the other location.

The staff does not seem very knowledgeable. I had to go back 3 different times to get three different diagnosises none of which were correct. If you still feel like going and want to be seen in any sort of reasonable time you better get there 10 minutes before it opens. If not youll be stuck waiting in the waiting room alone for at least 2 hours.

I showed up there several weeks ago with a pretty significant gash on my leg from a broken glass table, and could not have been happier with the care I received. The attending nurse and Dr. Frye were very friendly and professional, putting me at ease (I had never needed stitches before!) and explaining what they were doing every step of the way. The price was reasonable, too, especially with the discount for being a self-pay (uninsured) patient. Nearly a month later and my injury is healing up wonderfully, with only a minimal scar despite how ugly the original wound had been. Everyone at this DoctorsCare went above and beyond with their level of care and compassion, and I would strongly recommend them to anybody who needed patching up.

Checked in online but all the walkins after me on the list went first. Waited for over an hour after arrival. Why offer online check in to skip the wait?

I came into the office with CHEST PAINS on a Saturday. I left work early because of it, and came straight here. There was one other patient in the waiting room. The wait time? Three hours. Three hours for chest pains? Thats absurd. To top it off, the woman at the check in said that it was probably stress related before I was ever seen. I will never go here again.

Worst experience ever, visited this place for a blood test.The blood specimen was rejected by the lab sent for testing. Apparently, they do not know how to do sample collection for a test that they proudly advertise at their reception area. How strange!

I loved my experience at Doctors Care Knox Abbott, the directions before my drug screening was very thorough and the receptionist even offered my son a bottle of water, that small but kind gesture really made me happy.

I have never used a check In online before. But I have a very painful condition that makes it very hard to wait in a waiting room when it flares. Well I saw the online check in advertised recently and decided to try it today. The entire process went smoothly. It was a bad day to be in pain because I had my daughter with me. So I checked in online and rested until I got the text to come. As soon as I got there they brought me back. It was a very big relief to have it go so smoothly. Then the dr I saw seemed to be very knowledgeable of my condition (interstitial cystitis). Most dr.s are not. She was very kind and could tell I needed to get in and out. So she was great with that as well. It was the best experience in my current situation that I could have asked for.

If youre self-pay, call each location for a quote, because they price the same services differently, and wait times vary also. This location was the MOST expensive by far--$170 for the basic visit PLUS x-rays START at $100. Call any other location!

I always go to this location, when i cant get in with my physician. I love to see Dr. Buzhardt, i think hes great, he takes his time and listen, as well as check out the problem thoroughly. He goes beyond, and he explain redults to you, instead of fast talking you, or just givin you papers to go home with.

I would not recommend this location, seems to be very poorly managed! Walked in at 1:00pm and was informed this location would not be taking in anymore patients after 2:00pm. At 1:35pm the staff informs everyone waiting, some for an hour, that they would not be seen today and that this location would be closing by 2:00pm, which is six hours early. Seems there is a lack of communication among the staff and/or a simple lack of respect for a patients time.

I would not recommend trying to be seen here. It use to be great when they accepted appointments. I checked in online and waited over 5 hours before giving up. According to status updates 0 people were ahead of me for over 2 hours. I called to make sure I had filled out the information correctly and was told there wasnt anyone ahead of me. When another hour and a half passed, I gave up. Horrible new system

Most possibly the most inept front desk personnel in a medical clinic I have ever encountered. Uknowledgable regarding insurance or even basic questions pertaining to what an office visit will constitute. No wonder the waiting room was empty.

I received fast service the day I visited. I’m assuming because I was the only one there and it was 30 minutes before closing. I received xrays(not helpful) I was diagnosed and received a script. However I have been in more pain than before. Dr. On duty,Burzhart? Is very unprofessional. I spoke with him about my level of pain days later and asked if we could do something different? Well, he only suggested I take an OTC Med like Aleve or ibuprofen. I made multiple phone calls and I finally got set up for physical therapy. To my surprise, Dr. B wanted me to come back and get checked out again. Why? Not only am I having pain in my right knee but the left as well. Save your time and money..go somewhere else!!

Walked in without insurance paid a 30 dollar charge from 2 years ago which I dont understand because I paid them then. Paid 125 dollars for the walk in fee. Paid 90 dollars for a urinalysis for a possible uti, sti, or std. Tests came back negative for std or sti. Never once received a antibiotic. Took a at home uti test which came back positive. (The Dr said he could tell it wasnt a uti by looking at the urine.) He said he looked at the urine under a microscope and said tricomosis wasnt the case bc he didnt see anything little swimming with a tail. Called back and asked why I never received any medication and was told I would need to come back in (for another urinalysis.) Do not recommend this place. Very unprofessional and quite frankly do not care about peoples health. If there was a no star option in the reviews I definitely would click it. Waste of time and money.

Dont know what it was like a year ago (I saw an older review), but when Jeremie Sherman is on duty, you can count on professional treatment. Highly recommend.

The nurses (Rebecca and June I think was her name she gave me a shot) and Rick the doctors was all extremely nice and caring. I will only be going here when I need to be seen for the basic stuff.

Needed blood work done for insurance purposes and they tested for everything but what I needed. Needless to say I will be paying a higher deductible due to fact they cant get me what I need before our deadline. If I could give a zero star, i would.

EVERYONE was a pleasure to deal with. Dr. Buzhardt is especially careful to make sure he treats a patient as a person rather than a task. Dr. Buzhardt is also a wonderful communicator using patience and eye contact to ensure the patient understands in everyday language what options there are as well as treatment during and after the visit.Dr, Buzhardt and his staff are a great asset to the organization and personally, I believe that Dr. Buzhardt could teach the human side of patient care to many others in the organization (particularly some of the other doctors).

The service is terrible, Ive been waiting 5 hours and theres 5 people in front of me. The lady at the front desk was so rude. Would not recommend this urgent care to anyone.

Fairly fast service considering the nature of a walk in location. Friendly staff.

They did not charge my insurance correctly the first time and then I was harassed by Amcol a debt collector. Then after I finally talked to my insurance & Doctors Care & Amcol, I convince them they need to reprocess it correctly and the charges went through. Now, I have a $25 fee on my credit report from Amcol from them not doing their job correctly the first time. This is not my fee and they should of never of put this on my credit report in the first place. This is Doctors Care error and it needs to be fixed.

Hands down worst experience with a physician I have ever had. Very rude and uncomfortable. They never actually examined the problem area. Don’t recommend this place at all.

I came here for chest pain related and I’m never ever coming here again rather go to a different urgent care or a actual hospital they are very slow wait over an hour, and they aren’t even busy very frustrated I rather wait over an hour at a place that is actually busy 😡 I suggest they work on their waiting time

Basically was told that they only have time for two issues. Place is just a pit stop. No real patient interest. Find a place that cares.
