If MedStar has more than 1 star its only due to the 5 stars that were given when it was Righttime urgent care. MedStar took over Righttime urgent care , I know this because I was a patient at Righttime urgent care and they had the best staff and processed everyone quickly and the wait time was short. They always diagnosed me correctly and answered all of my questions. Also , because of Covid 19 the Righttime staff made patients wait in their car , then they would call you and take you directly to a room , no one was allowed to wait inside for their own protection against Covid 19. My experience with MedStar was a nightmare. I came in with possible covid 19 exposure and they had me sitting in the waiting room with other customers. When I came inside of MedStar I informed the lady at the front desk that I may have been exposed to covid 19 and why are they telling me to come inside and sit , she just said ok , basically she didnt care about me exposing the other patients waiting , but I was concerned about their safety . They would not let me wait in the car , said that if I want to be seen I need to come inside and wait. I was waiting a long time in the waiting room feeling so sick. I finally got in the room and the nightmare begin, seems like once I got in the room I was trapped for hours waiting on a covid test . The whole process took hours. The bathroom was horrible , dirty and no way to dry my hands , no soap to wash my hands. I had to go back to my room and use the sink that the doctors and nurses used to wash and dry my hands. Do not go here, it is the worst, you will be waiting forever and the staff is the worst. You will no longer get the great service that you had with Righttime, this is no Righttime , this place is poorly managed. I am only giving them one star as far as a rating , but they dont deserve that.

I had 3 people in front of me when I got there still waited 3 hours because the receptionist was taking patients based on demographic so multiple people for whatever reason got to go ahead of me even though I was there because I was having difficulty breathing! If I could give zero stars I would! Then the doctor asked how many pregnancies Ive had in front of my children (one old enough to comprehend the question) even though completely unrelated to why I was there.....

Dr. Brian West always is so pleasant first off. He goes above and beyond for his patients he is very informative and helpful. His approach is gentle but necessary and never aggressive like some doctors can be. I wish he could be our pcp. He is wonderful and never overbearing and always caring. My 11year old daughter and I love him 💕 Every time I visit the center I only want him to treat my daughter and myself lol.

Terrible front desk . i had a scheduled appointment and still waited an hour only to be told i would have to wait 2 more hours to be seen because they were short. i was then told i dont know what to tell you.After a few minutes of back and forth a nice gentleman came out and helped me. i was in and out. upon leaving i was told by front desk that i would still have to wait because i wasnt registered. i also do insurance verification and there is no way it was over 1Hr and she hadnt input my info yet. all of this was after i was there the day before and was told to wait then after waiting i was told i would have to schedule online. Terrible 😢 service two days in a row. Right time was never this unprofessional.

I’m Not much for going to the doctor. But I got a cut on my back while at work I was forced to head to the urgent care. The people at this location treated me so well I just had to tell somebody. All of the staff are friendly and genuinely seem to care. An otherwise horrible experience was made better by the quality of service. Thank you all medstar Catonsville

So I scheduled an appointment online today and was lucky to get an appointment for this evening. When I arrived I was told that no appointment was in the system. Imagine my confusion when I had an email confirmation.Apparently it was other people here with the same issue. The front desk staff was acting irritated by the situation because it was getting close to closing time.Please be mindful that it is not the patients fault that it was a computer glitch scheduling patients but then knocking them out of the system as well. Please dont show an attitude and act out. I appreciate all healthcare workers for what you do but I absolutely didnt deserve that. I was respectful, and nice.

My experience at this urgent care was not bad at all. I didnt wait long the doctor and nurses were pleasant. They listen to my concerns told me what was wrong with me. Prescribed medication for me and I went home and Im doing fine. They also test for covid19 right there.

Drove by this clinic every day for several years... Finally had a chance to give them a try. Made a same day appointment via their call center and couldnt be happier with the service. (Recommend you call for an appointment first). Hope I dont need them again, but if I do, I ll happily visit again.

The greeting from the front desk on thru to seeing the Dr. Probably my 1st encounter where the ENTIRE staff was actually friendly at this particular Unrgent care (Formerly, Righttime & I liked it when it was then as well). The young lady at the front desk was kind, smiling & respectful. The triage lady was sweet and very intoned & the Dr was on it! I must say THIS visit was well worth the wait, I pray each experience is this nice. Thank you!!!

Mu aunt, my mom and I went to get a Covid test because she (my mom) was going to travel and the airline asked him for a covid test. So we went, they told us that we have to wait for 3 hours for her turn. Since my mom doesn’t know how to speak english, my aunt and I were helping her, but the person who was in the lobby spoke in Spanish, it was good but how she treats us not all. We didn’t know at all how the medical system works here, so we were doing a lot of questions but she was a little rude with us when she was answering our doubts.

Coming here for the last 2 yrs. Came in today for covid test. The receptionist (Antonia) is always pleasant and friendly. The entire staff are professional, courteous and caring. Always in and out less than an hour even when I had xrays done. The place is always clean and organized. Thanks again Right Time for a great experience!!!!

It would be helpful for MedStar to update information to reflect that concussion evaluations are no longer offered. When I arrived for my scheduled visit, despite check-in being very friendly, I was advised to go to the ER. I specifically sought urgent care to (a) not overburden an already burdened ER system and (b) to not unnecessarily expose myself to COVID-19 risk. I was then advised to call HeadFirst, which I did, but was ultimately told I could not be scheduled without an auto claim number. My experience since the MedStar acquisition is that more efforts were undertaken NOT to see me than to provide me with care. I am a healthcare executive and this is not what should be happening. This is not a good or appropriate level of care.

Receptionist was very polite and the nurse who took my vitals was okay. Dr. Khajae Monique Newell made me feel incredibly rushed...to the point where I couldnt even finish answering her question before she cut me off. Did not feel like the type of care that they promote. Mind you, there wasnt a single person in the waiting room so it cannot be excused for being busy. Just plain rude.

Dr. Brian West-Pearson was great. He had amazing bedside manner! He was caring, informative, and funny. They got me in and out, with very friendly staff. I will be going back for this great service!

If I could give zero stars I would I brought my son to be checked for a persistent cough and issues with asthma the front staff which was a woman of Asian dissent was very nasty not just to me but the others that came in after me she barely may Eye contact With any of the customers as they came in we finally got back to the room the nurse assistant that took his height and weight and proceeded to take his Covid test was pretty nice then after meeting with the PA She was very nasty and dismissive once she found out my son head tested positive for Covid she barely wanted to have a conversation with us not to mention my son is only nine years old and was very nervous and scared I just believe at the end of the day if you’re not ready to deal with a world pandemic you should not work in healthcare I will not be returning and I will be making a formal complaint.

Today was my first-time using the Catonsville office since there were no time slots available at the one near my home. The staff here was professional and courteous.

I was seen my a very pleasant MA. The provider was good as well. However, after taking samples from my children (whom the visits was for) I was placed in a room and a different MA came in and handed me discharge papers and said all your information is in the paperwork. Terrible, usually a doctor comes in and explained what was found. I would never recommend this location to anyone.

Upon visiting Righttime (now MedStar) Urgent Care, 6500 Baltimore National Pike in Catonsville, I had pleasant interactions with and received clear instructions from the front desk staff, my nurse, and also from Brian, my medical provider. All employees with whom I interacted during my visit were kind, knowledgeable, and conducted themselves in a professional manner. I will definitely visit Righttime again (as needed)!

I visited the location today for my son. This location is highly recommended. All the staff were professional, prompt, and attentive. From check in to check out.

The intake personnel and nurse were optimal in their positions. The doctor /practitioner I was very dissatisfied with. I went to a local pharmacist I showed them my eyelid and the skin over my left eye. They instructed me to go and be seen. They said they believe that I had some type of infection.I immediately I went to Righttime Medical Care. The medical person that I was seen by said that he did not see no reason to prescribe any type of antibiotic or cream or even suggest over counter medication I explained to him that the area was itching and irritated you can see that there was some sort of rash,swelling and that it was irritated.His suggestion to me was to put hot and cold compresses on my eye. Which made no sense to me after being told that I had some type of rash or possible infection. You can visually see skin irritation and rash Im very dissatisfied to have to pay such poor service. Also I was not provided with a copy of the service that were rendered at Righttime Medical care.

This place USED to be fantastic! I loved it and preferred it over any other urgent care center. They were fast and never too busy where it felt as though you were waiting forever. Within the past year, I’ve come here twice and have had horrible experiences. I literally just got into an argument with the girl at the front desk about the time they opened! My previous encounter was just as bad. I had to call a million times just to get my results. The old staff used to be friendly, helpful, and efficient. These new people are horrible, from the doctors to the secretary. Octavia is very helpful though. I will just go to my PCP from now on.

I wish I could give them a 0. I was left for a full hour by myself in an exam room by a nurse that said shed be right back. Im a patient person, but I just find this to be ridiculous after waiting another hour to get an appointment. I would save your time and money and go some place else.

Easy online booking, not crowded, clean facility, friendly & knowledgeable staff, quick process. We’ll be back next time we need urgent care, for sure!

I am not generally a fan of “Doc In A Box” facilities. However, this facility is the exception, by far. I have had an occasion to visit the Cationsville Righttime/Medstar several times over the past year and they have been phenomenal- professional, courteous and the place is spotless! In a hurry? Can’t see your family doctor and need minor medical care or a COVID test- Righttime/Medstar (Catonsville) is the place.

Whenever I visit Righttime Medical in Catonsville, it’s always a pleasant experience! The staff has such an amazingly warm energy that makes me forget that I am not feeling that great. They are also extremely informed and go out of their way to accommodate you when they can. This location isn’t the closest to my home, but I don’t mind the extra drive for the friendly service.

The staff were Very kind, upbeat, and helpful during my quick visit. The x-ray tech was especially personable and charismatic.

The staff is very courteous and professional. They let you know what they are doing and explain what needs to be done after your visit.

It was very difficult for them to fill my prescription and when I called multiple times no one was very helpful.

It has been over a month since I had given my sample for COVID testing. I have called them twice regarding the results, which at this point doesn’t really matter, but I have been put on hold forever and In the end I just hung up.Also same is the case with their terrible customer service, I wish I could rate them lower than 1 star.

Staff was incredible, friendly, helpful and caring. The wait time was short and the attention to detail and concern for my issue was amazing. Nurse practitioner Brian and his staff was absolutely amazing.

My experience was excellent. The staff greeted me as soon as I walked through the door, and I had no wait to get my Covid test. The PA and the nurse who did my test were very good at explaining what was involved with the test and I was on my way in 15 minutes.

Although I was able to get serviced, I did not like that I could not schedule an appointment online for the next day. I was informed that the online option would open the next day to schedule for same day service.

So I went to the center and I was told there was a 3 hour wait from the rude front desk receptionist. I was also told to give my name, phone on a sheet of paper and I could wait in my car or sit in the waiting room for 3 hours. So my husband and I went home which 10 to 15 minutes away. So about 1 1/2 I received a call the they would see me but I had only 5 minutes to get to the office. Then the rude lady said if I get there before here next patient I can get seen. Then I took the chance to go to the office which only took me 10 minutes. She said I had to start my 3 hours wait all over again. This is sad for all of us who are sick and really need to get help.

Righttime should be call RIGHT PEOPLE the entire staff did everything possible to make our appointment pleasant and efficient. It was our first visit to Righttime, but I would not hesitate to use their services again. They took the time to explain everything and were unlike other services who rush you out the door.

I went in and the service there was impeccable. The time frame was great they got you in and out the Nurses and Doctors were very concerned of your needs and they made sure you were taken care of .The facility was very very clean sanitation is a plus for me because I am in health field myself so I applaud them for the keeping their center extremely clean .I recommend them 1000 over to anyone in my Family .

I took my family of five for COVID testing as a precaution after a week of passing cold-like symptoms among us. I called ahead and was advised to make an appointment, and I was able to book back-to-back appointments with relative ease. (You must make appointments the same day, which is annoying but I looked into other options and many were booked out several days.) We registered for the patient portal and completed the (glitchy) online patient questionnaire ahead of time to make our check-in experience a little smoother. When we arrived, we were immediately taken to a private room by the friendly receptionist and seen quickly by the excellent nurse practitioner to assess our situation. He was reassuring and kind. We waited a few more minutes for the testing itself and were in and out in less than 30 minutes — with balloons for our kiddos!

Very efficient processing for Covid. Customer service by all was impeccable. Facility very clean and compliant with current health and safety measures.

Went to right time on 1/27 the service was great in & out! Received an prescription, none of the pharmacy had the medication. Called the 888 # to request a new prescription because there is no number to call the location, was told it was closed and they would send a message to call in the morning. Nobody called! Talked to Octavia at 8:20 after being on hold with the 888 # for 20mins , she told me give it an hour before i go to the pharmacy! Called the pharmacy 3x still no prescription!!! Sit back on the phone for another 20mins with the 888 # for them to tell me they’re waiting on the doctor to write the order!? So why would you tell me an HOUR! I’m sick, coughing my lungs out an have to keep on calling yall to get my meds! Now if i have to get my sick tail out the bed to go to right time to get my own prescription it’s going to be a problem! ANNOYED! This was my first time at right time i usually go to patient first! I will continue to go with what i know! 😡😡UPDATE: I’m currently sitting in the lobby waiting for my prescription! I had to get my sick tail out the bed and come to get it myself because clearly they were NEVER going send it over! Went all night without the meds!

I went inside the clinic for an appointment. I was told to sign in with my name, email, and phone number. So I did as instructed. The receptionist told me to wait in my car and receive a phone call once it was my appointment. I sat in my car for over 40 minutes, no call. I drove off and went to another medical facility. I never received a call or email from Right Time. I understood sitting in my car, but the follow-through was not good.

Website says you can make an online appointment for COVID testing, but you cant choose a day or time. Making an appointment on the phone is just as impossible and you cannot get testing on a walk-in basis. I should not have to drive to the clinic simply to make an appointment that is not a same day appointment. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Recently went to Righttime Medical Care for a COVID test following a trip to Florida to see our grandkids. My spouse called first day back because she had cold symptoms. Same day appointment, excellent customer service from start to finish. Easy test. They provide a patient portal for test results. Wish us luck! They’re great.

I called at exactly 8 am when they open in order to schedule a same day covid test. i was on hold for 45 minutes and then they picked up just to hang up on me. then i called back just to hear an automated machine say that they can’t take my call. ridiculous.

Once the looong wait was over everything else was excellent. The staff was quite cordial, despite the appointment being at the end of the day; the electronic registration was, as usual, annoying; the doctors excellent, very knowledgeable, easy manner, great communication, and willing to take time answering my questions. All-in-all, a great visit.

Beware that your covid test, which is free, comes with a mandatory check-up, which is not free. You will be charged urgent care fees which for me was $120 even though I have solid insurance

The facility is very clean, staff is very friendly and compassionate. I just wanted to get a Covid test, no symptoms, just to know. They explained everything well, overall very pleasant experience. Walked in the office it was clean, and was greeted by a young lady with a huge smile on her face. She was courteous, friendly and we were chatting like we were family/friends and she also took the time to help an elderly patient complete her check in. Did not take long to see the Doctor. Awesome job guys.

Went in twice this week. Once for me and once for my son. Each time was pretty quick.Got us in and out quickly. The front desk staff was helpful and Kelsey was great to work with. This is a great way to get minor health issues taken care of quickly and least expensive. Well be back...I am sure.

Awesome experience. The doctor saw my son was in distress and upset she immediately attended to him to try and calm him and see what brought us in. After assessment the doctor and nurse on staff quickly administered medication and treatment needed. My son felt safe and much better after leaving. Thank you to Dr. and nurse on duty today . happy mom

It took me almost TWO HOURS to get inside the building.There was no notification that appointments get seen before walk-ins.Once I got inside, I waited ANOTHER hour to be seen by any doctor.When seen, I told the PA-C that I was allergic to a specific antibiotic; guess what? She prescribed the antibiotic that I said I did not want!! Thank God the pharmacist listened to me when I told her the situation.I shouldve left when someone there told me that is was ghetto and unorganized.

Scheduled a Covid test at midnight last night online system was a little glitchy so I had to do it twice. Pulled up this morning parking lot was quiet and empty! Walked in 5 min early to check in was sent directly back to a nice clean room where I was given a pad to sign in and wait for my throat swab! I was in and out in 45 min. The nurse and doctor were very friendly and answered all my questions! This was an excellent experience considering how nervous I was. I highly recommend Righttime Medical for Covid testing!

This was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had an urgent care center!!! Arielle at the front desk was very sweet, got us checked in quickly and efficiently! Tiffany the nurse and Doctor Whipple were super friendly!! They made sure I understood with clarity what was going on with my son and they treated me like family. I would definitely recommend this Right-time location to friends and family!!!

Covid testing is a joke here. It is expensive and takes over a week to get results. The test is free but they add lots of fees for handling and other things to make it almost 200$ for a test.that is suppose to be free.

I went in for COVID test at 7:51pm to get checked for work with no other symptoms but congestion and the front desk employee said they were done for the day and not accepting any more walk-in. They close at 8pm and they had just checked in someone that had came in right before I did. Not sure what the rules are but I assumed they shouldn’t be turning anyone away.

I went to Righttime Medical Care Clinic on Saturday November 30th due to a dog bite. I got there late at 10:45 pm. I wasnt sure if they would be able to help me since it was very late. They were kind, knowledgeable, and professional. The entire staff went over and beyond to help me!

I used this place twice within the last 2 months and I was impressed on the first visit and surprisingly I received the same service on the my second unexpected visit.. the Nurses were kind professional and very nice.. rooms were very clean and I noticed everyone washed hands etc..

Every person we talked with and saw at the RightTime clinic were wonderful. They were kind and understanding and provided clear explanations of everything that was happening. They answered all of our questions clearly and did not make us feel rushed or like we were an inconvenience. I would absolutely recommend this clinic for any urgent care needs and covid-19 testing.

My family went for COVID testing. Everyone was professional and friendly. It took a little while to register four of us since we had never been there, but the testing went quickly, each family member received quick exam, and they took time to answer all our questions.

Covid testing don’t even bother here. Wait 11 minutes on the call just to find out they only book same day appointment and the cost even with insurance is over $100. Crazy also the wait for the results back is 7-10 days.

Scheduled an appointment for a sports physical. Decided to get a flu shot while we were there. The entire staff was professional, courteous and friendly. The waiting area and the exam room were clean and welcoming.

The staff there are NOT friendly at all. (Front desk, nurse, etc) They don’t even greet you or seem to care. No one was cleaning or sanitizing after the prior patients. They don’t even have a runner over the beds. The Ipad they handed to me was filthy. But the provider was very friendly, patient and caring.

If you want to do take a covid-19 test, dont go here. They charge $125 per person. They said urgent fee. but rhe result takes 7-10days. The other place takes only 2 days and free.People are kind but the policy price is ridiculous. This is covid-19 situation. Do not go to ANY RightTime for Covid testing. Results take ten days! There are plenty of places that will give you results in hours.

Meline Haupt, the attending NP and Octavia the EKG and intake nurse were professional, personable, punctual and focused. I was impressed with this facility and will recommend patients here.

I was at Righttime with a stubborn husband who refused to go to the ER. He was deathly pale and had to lie down. The nurse saw this and offered him an ice pop, thinking he could have a sugar drop. THen she offered to let him lie down in one of the rooms, since the wait was very long. In passing, the doctor on duty saw my husband and immediately instructed the nurses to tell us to go to the ER because they wouldnt be able to meet his needs there. Everyone was very caring and helpful!

Waited over 3 hours to see a doctor. Only one doctor on premises. Wasnt adequately served. When asked how much longer was rudely told to wait my turn. All staff seemed more involved in ordering their food then helping customers. If possible I would give them zero stars.
