I have been coming here for 4 years! Natalie is amazing! And I mean AAAMAZING!! It’s a quiet place where I could workout 🏋️‍♀️ and do my thing without being judged from anyone. It’s clean and most important private. I love the PRECOR machine!! Knowing that I have the bathroom to myself while I am taking a shower gives me a sense of security. There is always a great variety of drinks and protein snacks available 24/7.. I LOVe the private studio 💯.. Anyone that may say anything bad about this place or Natalie I feel bad for you because you are a bully.. I recommend this gym.

Great gym for those who want a smaller gym. I love it! Ive never seen it crowded and the staff is not only great. They also offer advice.

Acces from 10am to 4pm on the basic membership??? Guess thats the price to pay for being poor :D

Great gym! Clean and comfortable. Very nice range of equipment from machines to free weights. The owner Gustavo is wonderful and very involved in the gym. Its refreshing to be able to talk to an owner rather than a corporate entity. They will put on music that you like to work out to and motivate and encourage you to succeed in whatever fitness goal you have. Personal training with Gustavo is great, he helps you stretch after the workout and is very knowledgeable about health and fitness. I recommend to all my friends and family.

I like coming here because it’s private, clean, and practically empty. I wish there were a few more machines but it is a fairly small gym and more equipment would make it crowded. This 24 hour gym is great for new gym-goers as well!

This hidden gem in Cathedral City is a great place to work out. It has all the equipment I need but is small enough not to be overwhelming. The staff is great. I am happy I found it.

I love coming here when I am in town. Great variety of equipment and workout options. Clean and safe! The owner, Natalie, is usually on site and readily available if needed.

The staff members are kind , charismatic and helpful ! Work out in peace and in a judge free zone, here. They even have punching bags for stress relieving purposes !

Nice quiet gym , 24 hour decent equipment , could use a stair stepper and some ab equipment in addition to what they have but for the solitude and lack of bs salesmanship I love the place

At 58, this is the first time I have ever walked into a gym. I have health issues that I am trying to get under control. I am also a member of Silver Sneekers through my health care.I like that if I have a question, there is someone to help me, but I dont feel smotherd. Im able to work out at my own pace, and best of all, many of the people working out are my age. I am enjoying working out. Who knew!
