I called 3 times to speak to someone and left me waiting on the call for more than half an hour when they said 5 min. The doctor said the referral would be urgent because of an amputated finger and it was made regular. The people that work here are rude and careless about your health.

My parents had been going there for a few years. my stepfather was complaining of pain and the doctor kept saying its cuz youre old. thats all she would say cuz youre old. She never ran any test nothing just kept giving him pain medication. They end up changing doctors and find out that he has stage 7 prostate cancer. it probably could have been detected way earlier. Instead she just kept saying that his complaints werent warranted because he was old. Also had him taking diabetic medication when he wasnt even diabetic. Never had him take any test for that to. she kept saying that he was old and this is what happens to old people. What a joke he was 60 at the time. worst Doctor ever she should have her license revoked.

This place hardly deserves one star. Its over 2 hour wait time. My favorite thing is to watch the young staff roll their eyes when they arent sure of what theyre doing. The doctors are at retirement age and always assume just because you look Hispanic that you automatically dont speak English. I went to this clinic only because of the convenience of hours and location. Im very surprised they remodeled the interior of the building, but the exterior still looks ghetto but hey look at the location.

Really bad place to have as a medical clini, staff it’s very unprofessional they don’t have no medical training because they can’t handle it in the professional way, my experience with them was very bad it was a total nightmare, I pay to see the doctor and the doctor don’t even want to see me, they just want to refill my Rx’s and sent me back home, with out seen the doctor, I was very upset, because I pay to the appointment fee to see the doctor, and I asked that I need to see the doctor, finally she came, but it was not a real doctor it was. Register nurse trying to do the consultation, but I really was looking to have a primary doctor not a primary register nurse, she didn’t have any clue of how to do a consultation. It was my first time going to the clinic, later my Rx’s was never sent to the pharmacy, I have to call several time to get in touch with them, the receptionist doesn’t know how to manage the situation, she told that, she will let Gaby know about my Rx’s refill, she said “ I will let her know thanks” and the receptionist hanged up the phone, I have to called her back to ask her what was my full name, my date of birth, and my phone number, she has no clue who I was and what Rx’s I needed it. Really bad place!! Please go somewhere else this place is a Zoo!!

The waiting area his huge and comfortable. The Doctors care about peoples issue and take the time to address the problems in full. It can lead to longer wait times it seems, but when it comes to my health, I would rather it handled right then fast. Im not looking for fast food speed at a place treating Ill people or I would never go there personally.

The doctor there always has an attitude with me every time I go there, she makes dirty looks at me and my mom when my mom asks her a question she answers with lots of attitude and she doesn’t know how to properly speak Spanish so when I had to translate it seemed like she got more annoyed when my mom didn’t understand what she was asking. Another thing is that the doctor said that there was nothing wrong with me but she still wanted to send me to another place far from where I live so they can figure out what was wrong. NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN. The vibe that the nurses and doctors give off are soo bad and not welcoming.

Walked in when they opened at 8:30am, and after filling out paperwork, was called right in. Everyone was nice and friendly! Saw Dr. Zebrack. Very nice and knowledgeable! Good bedside manner!

Dr. Gulland is The Greatest DDS Ive ever sat in a dentists chair for/She is most personable dentist, more importantly, she does a greatjob at minimizing any pain whatsoever. I will definitely be returningand feel confident that I now have a local dentist who cares for me.

When I went to the doctor it was the worst because I had to wait more than 2 hours and its very dirty. I heard the girls in the front desk just talking a little bit of working. When they take your blood out there they did there job terrible because when they took out blood the first time the blood shooted out everywhere and then the lady did my other arm and this time it didnt shoot out everywhere. Then one day later my arm was purple and bruised. Then my daughter was sick the next day then I took her to the doctor there again we had to wait more than 2 hours. When the doctor came the room then after the doctor finish with my daughter I told the doctor and show her my arms and she didnt even say sorry or neither did the lady who took out my blood out. THE END!

Worst place. Front desk folks are rude. Furniture is old and worn. Dirty facility.

Worst service ever the clinic is dirty and not well kept does not seem sanitary at all. The front girls are rude and shouldnt be in a clinic setting they dont care about anyone but themselves and there conversations. Patients always need to come first even if it puts you out. There was no one in the waiting area and we waited for 2 hours. I wouldnt recommend anyone coming here find another place where you will actually be treated well and not feel like you are inconveniencing anyone.

They open 8am to 5 pm thats what the schedule show in the app.. but they only attend people from 8:30 to 10:30 and 1:30 to3:30 from 9 hous only four are really open... this is the worst place in the valley

Before I even came to the clinic, i called to make sure that they would accept the walk in physical . The lady said yes just be there before 4:30pm. So I Took my brother there for a walk in physical at 4:05 & got turned away.. they close at 5.. no excuse besides them wanting to get out of there soon .

This place sucks the wait time is so ridiculous we waited over two hours to be seen by a damn doctor! It smells like crap in the office and the girls at the front desk seem to careless about us having to wait. Even being early to a appointment didnt matter the doctor was behind with patients like really...
