DO NOT GO HERE, STAFF IS VERY INEFFICIENT! I was quoted a price of $1,663.00 for work that was to be done and then the day before I was scheduled they said they made a mistake and that now it will be $3,463.00. BIG difference! Dr. Kim explained to me what he was going to do and then his front office staff gave me completely opposite procedures. Being that this was an emergency situation, they couldnt care less. They couldnt get me in any sooner and had to wait 2 weeks before my appointment. I AM VERY ANGRY and have filed a grievance against this office. Its unbelievable how they treat patients! This is his testimonial on his website. His passion is provide excellent dental care for all patients from children to the elderly. Dr. Kim believes in treating not just the oral cavity, but the individual as a whole. What a joke!!!!

Pure Dental deserves 10 stars.I had an appointment today for deep cleaning, I was so terrified because the last dentist I went to see, was not good at his job, he hurt me bad that my tooth was in pain for almost a year that I didnt want to get my teeth cleaning again but, the Dentist at Pure Dental was so gentile that the cleaning didnt hurt, not even when he gave the shots to numb my mouth and I am so thankful for it, I gotta say that when its about me going to the dentist I dont look forward to it but this time I feel good going back for my next appointment in two weeks for another cleaning because I know this time I wont be suffering while he is doing deep cleaning.

Amazing dentist love going here always polite, office looks amazing always clean. Quick service I have been 3 times in 2 months for fillings and my wisdom teeth removed and will continue to go. Keep up the great work

I have been a regular patient at Pure Dental in Cathedral City for a few years now. Both of my adult kids are patients as well. I like their location and how smoothly their practice runs. I have had Dr. Tak & Dr. Kim for my dental care. They are both super. I am able to communicate to them easily. And I get the care I need and want. Today was for a check up and cleaning. Their office is working extra hard dealing with the pandemic drama and still providing care. Thank you so much and keep up your good work.

5 Stars! This was my first time at Pure Dental & the staff & Doctor were very friendly & professional. The Doctor is very knowledgable, professional & knows what he is doing. I felt comfortable with him & staff during my teeth cleaning. My wife & I had our appointments scheduled back to back & we were helped in a timely manner. The dental office was also clean & organized! Thank you all for the service you provided to us!

If I could only explain to you the amount of horrific service from this place youd be scared.They made myself and small child wait almost two hours after our scheduled appointment. They never bothered to acknowledge our presence as we entered the office. Cold and heartless. They couldve been nice and made a call suggesting that they were so far behind. Cecilia was also at the desk acting far from decent as well. There was a moment of conversation when I had asked for complimentary floss and as for her reply she told me to go purchase some for a dollar elsewhere.Going to the dental office is hard enough as is. This is just torture to have a run in with useless people. We will be taking our dental elsewhere from now on. Their doctor is great btw. Its his helpers that cant run the show very well.

Best dental office I’ve ever been to. Very clean, professional, they get it done fast and right-no run around or long waiting. Everyone has always been super polite and in a good mood. We moved and couldn’t find dental office that measured up so We drive 1.5 hours from out of town to go here every time. Worth it!

Today was my first visit ever to this dentist. Doctor Kim was SO professional and knowledgeable. The front receptionists and dental assistants were equally as professional and very helpful. I’m usually terrified of dentist visits but My experience here has eased most of my worries. I’m looking forward to getting my dental health back in check through this office.

IF i could give a zero i would. This facility was pre selected for me through my insurance. I called 3 weeks ago to schedule appt for a possible infection and tooth pain. I was not able to be seen until the middle of Jan. Most other dental offices take tooth pain as an emergency. The receptionist is a real piece of work. My employer will no longer have this office as the primary default for our dental insurance any more. Put it this way,,,thats how rude and unprofessional the receptionist is.
