The staff is friendly and professional. My children and I use them for our primary dental care.

I have been bringing my children here for over 5 years and the experience everytime has been very good. The staff is very nice, clean and work great as a team together with the Dentist.

The staff was AMAZING!!!! They take their time with the kids and really patient... They make the kids want too be there...From beginning to the end was worth the visit

My daughter had an appointment last year towards the end of the year and they call me almost last minute to let me know that they will have to reschedule due to doctor was on vacation. WTF? And I had to make a new appointment that was more months to wait!! Now they told me that I have till certain time to straighten up my daughters medical coverage or it will be canceled and then reschedule.......well they are good at that but not to update me ASAP about the doctors vacation. Very upsetting. -10 star. Thats for sure.

I love this dentist.. the staff go above and beyond I got my teeth cleaned x-ray and a filling done in one hour and thats with the wait time ...you guys are amazing I feel and look great because of you ...wow Im very impressed and thankful ...thanks again..

No only was I referred for the purpose of sedation dentistry, and they made me an appointment for a day they DON’T do that, but then said we had to go through what we ALREADY did before THEY would do sedation, which would be 4-6 WEEKS out. Did I mention this is for a CHILD IN PAIN , who has autism? Yeah, then when I got upset I was told if I don’t like it I could leave.

The ladies at the front desk have been more then helpful. The first time I went in, I went an entire month early. They still managed to get me in that day. She was scheduled out a few months out( understandable) while waiting for her next appointment she ended up in terrible pain and infected. I called and they prescribed her antibiotics instantly and also rescheduled surgery for the very next day! Such a blessing! Every one has been great not only with myself but my babygirl as well. This office is appreciated!

I make my appt first thing in the morning on my days offs because let’s face it they get busy and wait time can go for a while. The STAFF is AMAZING!!! Both of my boys have been coming since they started seeing the dentist and never once have they made them feel uncomfortable it’s a whole 180! Their attitude and personality towards my children makes my heart warm because I know they are in good hands. They explain everything to the boys so they slightly understand and are not scared. I absolutely LOVE this dentist practice and I have always recommended them. Thank you Dr. Putrasahan staff for being outstanding and always 100% towards my kids and I on explaining and our comfort while in your hands. I am a parent of many questions on why, what if’s and the possibility of something and never once have I felt like I annoyed the Dr or the staff and they are always so informative to me. Thank you a million times 🙌🏼🙌🏼

I dont know why they even schedule appts. When they obviously dont respect patients time. Wait more than a hour past appointment time to be seen for 3 minutes by the dentist. They really need a staff meeting to talk about how to be prepared when scheduled appts. Come in and how long procedures take so the people up front taking appts. Know how to block the time properly.

Best dentist ever recommend to everyone especially for your kids my son is no longer fussy at the dentist sits still for everything thank you. Polite staff, fast and efficient in procedures, all in one vist my son got xrays & filling & cleaning in that one visit, and staff is very helpful love this dentist I am going to keep my kids here 😁 💚💙❤

Everything was explained thoroughly and performed without pain or issue.

I called the dentist the day before my daughters appointment to confirm the time and they tell me they were running behind and they need me to bring her in 30 minutes late. I was ok with bring her in but a little upset because if I would not have called them I would not have been aware of what was goin on. The day of her surgery when I walk into the establishment I stood at the front desk for about 10 minutes before anyone came to the front desk to greet us! When the nurse finally does come to the front I ask her questions in regards to the delay and how long the actual procedure would be. She reaponded with frustration and a attitude telling me they should have told me that prior to her appointment then goes into telling me that the appointment we were scheduled for is now pushed back for 2-21/2 hours before she’s seen. This is not even the beginning of her procedure this is just for her to be seen, so our approximate time for this hour and thirty minute procedure has now turned into a 4 hour appointment witch was not plan and became a complete inconvenience to me!!! I am beyond disappointed and feel like I was not treated with the professionalism that was own to me and my child. I would not recommend this dentist to anyone!!! This is all factual and truthful events that took place.

I had previously given Dr Perri a 5 star review but I have to take that back after my 2nd visit for my daughter. I would give 0 stars if I could. The first visit went good but they scheduled her 3 MONTHS OUT for her next treatment appt. After waiting an hr and a half to get called in the assistant had to retake xrays. She was getting frustrated with my five year old... as we were waiting for the dr to go in a few other girls that worked there which looked irrirated were just there having a conversation... My daughter was a bit nervous on her first visit and dr and the assistant (i forgot her name, she was sooo sweet) were able to work with her and make her feel comfortable. On this visit after waiting 20 more min dr went in, didnt even acknowledge us. He put the nitrous on her (it wasnt even on) and my daughter asked what it was.... he got up and said to bring her bk to be put under GA. He hadnt even turned on the damn nitrous. I said so youre going to reschedule my appt 3 months out again? This is insane my daughter wasnt even crying. On the 1st visit she did and we all managed to calm her down and it went good. He was in a hurry and in a bad mood. I do not recommend this office at all... i had to find another pedo dentist for my daughter. Also, he needs to retrain his assitants for infection control & HIPPA....

I took my 4 year old autistic son to be told by so much noise that they had like loud music between the dr a dr and an assistant were not able to be able to check it they did not try at all they gave me a next appointment in 6 mesessss for that the child gets used to 😡
