I have been going to Precision Dentistry for several years now and I have nothing but positive things to say about everyone there, starting with Dr. Elraheb who sets the tone for his entire staff. The doctor is quietly confident and extremely compassionate. At one point I had to make some difficult decisions and the doctor explained every possible outcome in terms that were easily understandable and salient to my particular experience. I highly recommend this dentist office to anyone looking for a very kind and extremely competent dentist!

When you walk in you can see how clean and beautiful the place is. It is very clean and calm. The people here are kind and welcoming. Also when they did my teeth it wasnt painful at all. It didn’t leave my teeth and gums in pain like all the other dentists I’ve been to. Overall the experience was very nice.

I have been a patient at this office for at least 15 years (probably more). In all those years the office staff has always been very friendly, helpful and willing to explaining any questions I have. My treatments have always been painless and done in a timely manner. Its always a pleasure to see everyone from the receptionist to the dentist!

I honestly love this place. It’s client centered and that is extremely hard to find. They are welcoming and friendly. What I love about them is they take the time to get to know you and interact with you making it the best experience possible. I highly recommend!

I’ve been going here since 2019, I live in palm desert but I don’t mind taking the drive to this office in cathedral city, because out of all the Dental offices I researched by looking at there reviews and how their dental clinic was practiced. I found that Precision Dentistry met my every standard and they have met my expectations, from the dr.’s treatments being done to answering all my questions about any concerns, to the front offices kindness, to the assistants, the hygienist and of course the doctor. It has been fantastic.

I must say that I highly recommend Precision Dentistry. I have been going there for a few years now. I am blessed to have Dr. Elraheb as my dentist. He is very knowledgeable, up-to-date, explains procedures very clearly, and gives you options. When he needs to refer you to a specialist, he recommends the top and best. All in all, he is a real gentleman. I have had many major procedures done in this dentistry. Whether it is deep cleaning, cavities, extractions, bone grafts, and more, I always get the best treatment and a follow up call the next day after a major procedure. Lastly I would like to say that the staff are very organized, professional, and friendly. The office is inviting, modern, and super clean.

I moved here recently and was looking for a new dentist. I made an appointment to see Dr. Elraheb at the recommendation of the dentist that I went to for 35 years. The staff was very welcoming and the Dr. Elraheb was very personable. From my experience, I am confident that I have found the right dentist. Ive been a patient at Precision Dentistry for just about 5 years now and have never had a issue or bad experience. Dr. Elraheb is very personable and has a great chair-side manor. The front desk staff is always accommodating when it comes to scheduling my appointments and they always make me feel like family! This was my first time getting my teeth cleaned by Jen and she did a great job. I usually get my teeth cleaned by Danielle, who is fantastic, but Rose was able to get me in sooner so I agreed to be seen by Jen. I was very satisfied with the way she cleaned my teeth and explained in detail what was going on regarding my oral hygiene. Also the x-rays were painless!After the cleaning Dr. Elraheb examined my teeth and found a few things that needed attention so we set up a treatment plan and I made an appointment to return in 2 weeks.I recommend Precision Dentistry for your dental needs!

Last minute appointment great customer service doctor was great pulled my Moller and I didnt even feel the numbing shots with that being said this is my new dentist for myself and my family recommended to anyone that needs or wants better teeth to top it off the nurse that helped me and the guy next to me has allot of pride in what she does after getting great service I listen to her explain her opinion to the patient next to me what really caught my attention after the great service from the whole office was the best phrase Ive heard (i wouldnt perform this on my family member so I wouldnt recommend it for you) being a handyman those words were music to my ears

In 40 years this us BY FAR the best dentist Ive been to. The office is a positive vibe, the staff is top notch, and the dentist always makes me feel right at home, easy to talk to, and does excellent work! I never get nervous anymore going to MY dentist. I get excited.

My tooth was hurting but they made me feel so much better. The dentist and the lady that cleaned my teeth was really nice.

This is a very well run office. Clean!I’ve only had cleaning service so far, but was very impressed with the hygienist’s thoroughness. It the better part of a hour versus the 10 minute treatment I’ve had elsewhere in Palm Springs.Very impressed.

My handicap ride bus arrived at Precision Dentistry with time to fill out my medical info before seeing the dentist. The receptionists were pleasant and so was the dentist. I had scheduled my return home trip at a specific time so informing them of it was Important. The exam was thorough and not rushed and I was treated in a timely manner with the follow up appointment for my next visit. I feel I will be more at ease when I return.

I have been a patient at Precision Dentistry for many years. I have always had anxiety going to the dentist, but the various hygentist I have had over the years have been gentle and very understanding. Dr. Elraheb is very thourough and gentle as well. I refer all who need a dentist to come to Precision Dentistry.

I hardly write reviews but this one was very much needed. I was looking for a new dentist since my old one made me feel uncomfortable and when I read the reviews for Dr.Ayman’s office, I was impressed. When I came in I immediately noticed how clean and safe they were with temp checks and social distancing with other people in the office. I was greeted by Kessia and Rose as soon as I came in and they were so helpful in accommodating me with the application since I cant write too much due to my hand problem. I’ve been needing to go to the dentist for a urgent matter and I have been so nervous to go but after meeting the staff then telling Ayman how I felt, they were so kind, patient and understanding. I came in with my powerchair and they were patient with me transferring to the chair and was next to me in case I needed assistance. After Ayman told me what the problem was with my tooth and the treatment that was needed I told him my concerns and he was very thorough on the options of treatment the approximate cost since some of my insurance didn’t cover and what would be the best option for me. Out of all the years I have been to the dentist I’ve never had all around wonderful care like I did today. They were so helpful and very patient that I decided since today I was the guinea pig I would also follow up with appointments to continue care for my significant other and our five kids ranging 3-14 years old. If anyone needs a new dentist, this would be your best option! Thank you Precision Dentistry!!!

My initial visit, Dr. did some corrective adjustment to a new cap that had been done elsewhere and I felt confident to have additional work done which has been started. Im completly happy with the results thus far and would recommend Dr. Elraheb to anyone looking for an excellent dentist and very professional staff.

Dentist was nice, and it worked out great. He pulled the rest of my broken tooth out; after they numbed and x-rayed it, and it feels soo much better now. I would appriciate if he corrected my supposed friends teeth though.
