Called ahead of time to schedule an appointment but the young girl stated, were not taking appointments only walk-ins, would you like to be put on the waitlist?Naturally I asked how long the wait would be with her response as, its a twenty minute wait.By the time I arrive, mind you it took me only 10 mins to travel here, very same woman asked if I had called ahead and said there were, 7 people in front of me and the wait time was 1 hour longer.Worst customer service ive seen since before COVID-19. Glad to see they havent fallen short of bad customer service.

(Update: today I was contacted by owner who apologized i appreciate her for taking the time she took today to contact me to apologizeing thank you Kat) When you ask for this! and you get Dora! I feel horrible and look hideous all my hair was cut off which I knew was going to happen but not so short! my hair still looks horrible its long in the back and short in the front when I specifically asked please do not cut my hair so short! I feel ugly cause my hair was ruined at Supercuts in cathedral City.I was told the whole time your hair looks beautiful your hair looks beautiful but when you know someones lying just because they ruined your hair what else can they say! They Charged me for the haircut and I had to ask if I could get a discount the lady said unfortunately I could not give you a discount I would have to come tomorrow and talk to the manager as I was walking to my car they called me back and told me that the haircut was free of charge and said that the money would be loaded back to my card.the fact that I walked out of there with three people trying to fix my hair cutting it shorter and shorter every single time I walked out disappointed and nearly crying. I know this doesnt matter and everyone says its just hair it will grow back made me mad. I will never go back to Supercuts in cathedral City.

Ask for JP if you want your do done right.... Not sure if Timmarie is still the, but if she is she works magic, you can literally sit in her chair & give her free reign over your head without one single instruction & walk out looking dope & shes a good judge of people (i.e. she wont give you a wild or edgy new hairstyle if thats not what you want or the vibe she gets from your personality)

I had my hair cut today at Supercuts in Cathedral City. Juan was my stylist. He was very pleasant and did a very good job. I will definitely have him cut my hair again. Thank you Juan.

One for the two cuts came out great, the other was really choppy. With the new year there was a price increase so a basic trim for boys was $23. Would like to see more effort for $23 when their competitor across the street is $11.

Short waits and good service. But 23.00 for a quick cut! A bit steep. Mom and pop stores start at 15.00

The service ok, but I presented a free haircut coupon even before I asked for appointment to the lady at front desk. After the service she denied the coupon and made me pay for the service.

Staff is attentive and polite and my girl Aubrey always does an awesome job. I have never had a bad experience here

Even though I almost always have a different hair stylist on each visit, the cuts are consistently good.

I am new to town and needed a haircut so I thought I would give Supercuts a try. The girl was efficient so much so if fact, that she had me in and out the door in 10 minutes! So quick was my $23.00 experience that when she showed me her work on the back of my head in the hand mirror, it was like a passing a road sign at 80 mph. So I didnt realize she had left me a holiday mullet until a few day later! I travel for work and could not go back right away but when I did return and asked to have it fixed, I was told I would have to pay again because I had waited to long! Not as long as my new mullet I thought, as I turned and walked out the door. NEVER AGAIN Supercuts.
