The Park Models are really cute but absolutely too close, barely room for 1bed room & 1 space for a car !!!.Park Owner should take out every other small house & plant more trees & grass !!!.It needs shade from Hot Sun & more privacy for Residents !🥳😎🌹🏜️⛱️....

Very well maintained. New black top, pool resurfaced, etc. HOA is among the lowest, even considering it is on BIA land ($289 total). Two friends own there and they love it too. Theres a 2☆ review below that is from 2007 (!) and it sounds like a personal issue that she made it a Sungate issue.Very quiet. Unobtrusive neighbors. I hope more people return, COVID seems to have keep Canadians from returning. It was a lot busier last year.

I bought my lot here because it was right between downtown Palm Springs and a La Quinta and I visit both places a lot... The property is always been well maintained and the mountains surround it keeping the winds to a minimum... Its nice having a pool at the lower part of the property and a larger pool at the top with a very nice clubhouse and television Room for entertaining the kids... In the most recent years I found that there seems to be a higher and higher demand for these lots and mobil trailers during the season ... In the last few years or seems to be and influx of snowbirds.... Properties have maintained their value over the years and everybody in here is very friendly and the parties are great... I have been here over 25 years now and it just gets better every year

Had the opportunity to replacer repair a few roofs here. The people were always super nice. The grounds, pool, clubhouse and rest rooms were very well kept and clean. There is also a pretty good view.

This is an amazing place to live or vacation! I moved here this year in march 2017. I live here all year around.. lovely well kept up! Quite and respectful!!

Awesome RV park. Good people live here and all are friendly. Always clean, excellent facilties. Dont hesitate if you are considering Sungate.

Well I lived there back in 2000-2007 with my Husband An 3 Children...My husband and I ended up getting Grandfathered into the park, Since we already owned 2 lots An a manufactured home on one of our lots..There were only about 2 or 3 people who were under 55 an or had family’s that lived there at the time we did...The Gated community was very quiet, An it had awesome curb appeal...The Ambience was also beautiful, Trust Me it was very Palm Springs..It was also very Safe, we could leave our doors unlocked during the time we lived there all 7 to 8 Years ...Beautiful sparkling clean Pools an Spas an great large clubhouse as well...Now the People that lived there were mean horrible nasty people that would start rumors, Harass us at every time they could... they were so bad that the old perverted men would all stair into our living room window an watch our 9 year old daughter get dressed for school in the morning...we never could understand why they all hated us as much as they did...When we finally was able to move ... we were sooooo happy to get the HELL OUT OF THERE, we never looked back...There were a few ppl who we still are in contact with they are like Family to us, they To were also Grandfathered into the Park...She also still happens to live there ...hope this review helped out many of you ...Good Luck if your young An wanna Live at SunGate .... They will harass you until you leave, if your not strong enough then you will leave an loose it all ... if you own a home in there DO NOT LET THEM PUSH YOU OUT STAND UP FOR YOURSELF AN STAY STRONG
