I cannot fathom how you can take a 2 week vacation during Christmas and leave patients without the proper support and help. Im sorry, but cancer does not take vacations and if you decide to leave, then at least provide patients with a proper alternate source so we do not feel like we are being abandoned. Second, Dr. Joshi seems oblivious to the nature of patients particular pain and does not prescribe the proper pain medication. From what Ive seen, this doctor runs his center like a business and completely lacks empathy or awareness to dial in on patients unique needs that fall outside his system and awareness. If you have a run-of-the-mill type cancer, than this might not affect you. However, should you have a unique case or desire a more emphatic approach, then I highly suggest you find an alternate doctor.

One of the most expensive in the area. The staff are nice but the doctor spends very little time with you. They make billing errors that are nearly impossible to get fixed.
