The freezer where they store the famous thrifty ice cream is now working. When it didn’t the kind team members still sent to the back storage to get me some.

I like rite aid but wish they had more products.Also friendlier staff. Theres never a smile.

This is a good pharmacy. Got what I needed and also got what I wanted. Prices are affordable. Snacks are cheap too.

What happened to the thrifty ice cream? sad that corporate would take away our delicious iced creams during the summer especially in these tumultuous times.

The 3 stars is given to RITE AID CORPORATE If the store is opened until 10pm pay their OT WAGES so employees can accept all forms of payment that RITE AID accepts throughout the day up until 10pm not just debit/ credit from 950 pm - store closing time. If this is corporate policy then direct me to this information and I will change my rating. Otherwise, please POST IT.

I got there about 8:20 cuz a friend told me about the special that rite aid had went back to the alcohol cabinet ring the bell waited waited and waited nobody came so rang the bell a second time same thing another customer came looked around we talked a little bit he rang the bell I laughed said Ive been waiting a while he left still waiting five more minutes then left down the street CVS better service wouldnt recommend this store here for no One it really sucks!!!!!

One cashier, long line.Had to lower the stars given the horrible customer service I received from the pharmacy. I dropped off a prescription at 9am Friday. Called today, Tuesday, to see if it was ready and was told they still needed to verify it with the Dr. Why didnt they do it on Friday? They had 9 hours. She said they could not make contact with the Dr. office on Friday. Hard to believe. I called the Dr. office and they had no missed calls, vm or fax from RA. 🤔 And the kicker is that they didnt even order the medication. I switched from the San Ramon RA, as this location is closer to my home. I loathed this location before, but this is more than I can take. I will never step foot in this store again.That being said, the employees outside of the pharmacy are fantastic. Just the pharmacy is horrible.

This Rite Aid looks different than a typical Rite Aid. The building is huge for some reason (looks like it could have been an old strip mall with multiple spaces and it is super spacious. It is a 4 star, because the inside looks a bit old and also its ridiculous that only one self checkout register is open.

This is my preferred pharmacy...The pharmacy department is generally prompt and helpful...The store itself...Im not sure about buying items...But the store decor, ambiance, and design gives off a really 80s/90s retro wave vibe...Which is charming and nostalgic...Feels like youre walking through a time warp when you come here...

Every time I go to this Rite-Aid the workers are very helpful & they are nice to everyone, including myself. Great employees, no joke. That includes the managers.

Persons at the Pharmacy are helpful most of the time. They are very helpful and friendly.

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. They clearly do not put the patient first. They just refused to fill an urgent prescription because they “closed in 5 minutes”. I’ve also had them violate HIPPA laws and had to file a complaint on one Pharmacist. My Dr made sure made sure my prescription was sent in electronically because it was needed TODAY for an urgent infection. She literally told me “sorry I can’t have any overtime”. Now I don’t have an option to go anywhere else because it was sent electronically. What happened to humanity these days.

Double charged for a $100 item. I called in and the person who answered said and. Really? Thanks for being rude. No Im sorry no please come back in and get a refund Not sure what I expected as when I was in there they didnt seem to customer service saavy. Sadly this is the closest one to my house. Still 20 mins away.Please take my advise and check your receipt before you leave.

This store is huuuge! The ladies in the morning are super friendly and very helpful. I love their selections and the 20% discount aint too shabby either.

I found better prices at Wal-Mart but the staff here is very nice and helpful.
