This office is ramping up patients(2 other patients in the same room when we arrived on time at 9am). My child did not get a proper cleaning (just electronic toothbrush cleaning). After that, we waited 15 minutes to see Dr Franklin. Dr. Franklin spend >5 minutes, a quick look at his teeth, and applied fluoride. She also recommends way too aggressive treatment plan. Baby root canal. The cavity is not even close to the root. Of course, more $$$ for her I guess. I went to get a second opinion else way and they recommend filling since it is just a small cavity.

Very inviting and open office. Seen by two different doctors in the office and both were very friendly; so are the rest of the staff from front desk to assistants :) My kids are 9 and 12. We will be bringing our 1 y/o also. Although I am present during the appointments, doctors/staff engage the children directly which is helpful in allowing them to be involved in their own care!

Everyone here is so nice. The atmosphere is awesome. I wish that I was a kid, so that they can be my dentist lol. Dr. Franklin is very efficient, and aware of more than just dentistry. My 3yo son had a traumatic experience his first time at another dentist office, and Dr. Franklin and everyone here catered to my baby. Dr. Franklin is so aware, she noticed my son tapping his finger, and told me to make a doctors appointment for him. Long story short, hes going to be evaluated for the way he processes stress🤞🤞🤞. Incredible experience as always! My 3 year old is scared going to the doctor. But she loves going to the dentist. I really appreciate how her dentist explains what he is doing and how patient he is with her. 100% great experience. The staff are always friendly and so kind.

My husband and I came in not knowing what to expect and feeling very overwhelmed. All the staff in the office were friendly, communicative and informative. Dr Yazdi was very thorough and our daughters treatment was quick. I have seen so much improvement this past week alone. Highly recommend this specialist and his office! We left the office feeling so much more at ease and relieved that our daughter got the best care.

He fixed my infants mouth (severe tongue, lip and both cheeks). Her gas, eating and overall behavior has drastically improved. His, as well as his teams, follow up and receptiveness are great.

Both of my kids 1st time seeing a dentist. 3 years old and 6 years old. My 6 years old was so scared and she cried the whole way in the car. After arrived the dental office. Staff are super nice and friendly. Both my kids had an awesome 1st dental visit. He loves the idea of getting token for game after they completed her visit. My 6 years old told me she loves going to the dental office and she is looking forward to her next appointment.

My husband and I took our 1 week old son here to get a tongue tie cut, after getting a referral to Dr. Yazdi from our lactation consultant. We had a great experience. The Dr. and his staff were professional and clear about what would and wouldn’t need to be done, and why. They answered questions and weren’t pushy, but gave us space to think and make a decision. The procedure itself was incredibly fast - our son was out of our arms for less than 2 minutes. They did an amazing job giving clear instructions for what we would need to do at home and how best to care for our son. We left feeling we honestly couldn’t ask for a better doctor, staff or experience, and felt confident our son had received the best care. Thank you, Dr Yazdi and staff! We appreciate you greatly!

A friend recommended this office to me and I was a little scared due to bad experiences in other dental clinics. Since the moment I called to make an appointment they treated me with great kindness. When we got to the appointment yesterday, the office surprised us because the atmosphere and the vibe is great. The place is highly recommended. I found the orthodontist for my boys. Try and you will not regret it. Did I mention they have an arcade? 😬

My 4 year old had got a couple caps there in the past! I was totally scared to put her out for that procedure. But it went smoothly it and they made me feel really comfortable about it.During our recent visit one of the caps had came out due to it being a porcelain crown for the second time. Mrs. Franklin was the best she took her time to make sure my daughter Haley was completely comfortable the whole time. My daughter also has a speech delay & can be a stubborn girl at times. Everytime weve been there before she cried hysterically. Mrs. Franklin is our favorite dentist weve meet so far and cant wait to see her again for her cleanings! She also got 3 game tokens and was very happy about that! ☺️

We have used Dr. Yazdi and his staff twice now for our daughters tongue and lip tie adjustments. Every single wonderful person we have spoken to or dealt with in person has been beyond great. They explain everything, speak with kindness and never seem in a hurry even though its always busy. Dr Yazdi is honest, smart and so SO knowledgeable. He makes sure that he goes over everything with you before he even does his exam and as a mom I love that. I even love that he has you help with his exam and take pictures of your babies mouth. Make sure to ask questions and review the very thorough packet that they give you. It has everything you need to know in it.

Been taking my 6year old son to see Dr. Franklin since he was 3 yrs old. He loves going to this dentist office primarily because it’s very kid friendly - play area in the waiting room, and the kids get a token to play at the arcade room after their check up. The staff and doctors are all very good with kids. Highly recommended!

My wife and I brought our 6 week-old son in from an hour away to see Dr Yazdi for a tongue-tie and lip-tie release, because we had heard good reviews from multiple people about him. Dr. Yazdi was fantastic, his team was great and really nice, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a pediatric dentist (and especially for a frenectomy!). They made the procedure super fast, and they helped us feel as comfortable as possible during a stressful time for us with our baby getting a procedure done. I wish we lived close by so we could bring our son for dentist appointments when hes older!

My daughter is 4 years old she was a little scared to be at the dentist but they made her feel comfortable. I love that they gave her glasses to feel cool and the TVs playing kids movies. She specially loved the token they give the kids after the visit to get a little price. 100% recomend!

I scheduled my son’s follow-up 6 months in advanced to ensure a time availability for afterschool. On the day of his appt when I was picking him up from school, I noticed on the text reminder that they had him down for an appt earlier in the day which I inadvertently missed. I called them and they were able to accommodate me for the time slot I had on my calendar. I’m not sure how our lines got crossed with the scheduling, but very happy overall with staff and dentist. My son even looks forward to going!

Unfortunately, not such a great experience with Dr. Franklin this week. We felt she didn’t give our family the proper attention, instead she rushed to give us a treatment plan without an opportunity to discuss options or questions. It was a busy day, so we could sense the urgency to move on to the next patient, which is exactly what happened. Dr Franklin gave us 5 min of her time at max. She quickly completed her evaluation with minimal parent involvement or understanding and instructed her staff to “schedule the next visit”. Definitely not what was expected from other reviews. I decided to return to the clinic to get a second opinion, with a different doctor next week. thanks to the efficient and well informed administrative staff who actually answers many of our questions. So, in sum my opinion is that if you’re looking for an empathetic and caring dentist, from my experience I say, Dr Franklin is not for you.

Dr Yazdi is very respectful, compassionate, knowledgeable and efficient. His office is beautiful and inviting and staff is incredibly kind and professional. We had the greatest experience and I’d recommend him to anyone and everyone!

We took our 3 month old daughter for a consultation for lip and tongue ties and were pleased with the care and support given by Dr. Yazdi and his staff. The procedure was quick and we saw immediate improvements on latch while nursing. Highly recommend for anyone looking for lip, tongue or cheek buccal revisions for their babies.

I have gone take my 4year old to other locations and I didn’t like the treatment . Nor my child or me weren’t calm when came to checking up his teeth, he had so much anxiety. This is third time we come to this location, Dr. Yazdi has been absolutely amazing when comes to talking to kids and his experience. My child is not afraid to come back. Dr. will explain more than once of what is going to be done.

I took my son here after learning he had a lip and tongue tie. Dr. Yazdi did a consultation with us and walked us through the procedure and after care. I couldn’t believe the actual procedure only took a minute! We had a great experience here and I highly recommend Dr Yazdi!

Tongue tie center: our fourth child was born with a serious tongue tie and weve never dealt with that issue before, Dr yazdi provided ample information and gave me confidence to proceed with the tongue revision, and confidence that I could deal with the aftercare. The office will give you a booklet that has all the information for aftercare that a stressed exhaustive parent will need. (You dont need to google everything as you go!) The waiting rooms for the nervous parents are designed to be a soothing as possible 😊

One of my kids is very scared of going for any kind of medical or dental appointment and we’re so glad we found this place for her as they’re accommodating and know how to work with fearful kids as well as how to adjust the treatment plan with this in mind.

I really like the dentists, orthodontists and staff. Since this is a pediatric dental office, it would be extremely helpful if they were open some evenings and Saturdays to accommodate school age children, and working parents. It is terribly inconvenient and impacts their education.

Dr.Franklin was amazing. Her and her assistant where very caring and understanding of my 3years old. They had better patience than me! My 3 year old kept getting up and bitting down.This was my friat time with them and now we are locked in. Not going anywhere for the time being.

I have been bringing my daughter Ariel to this office for about two years now and the entire staff have been the same since day one! They are very welcoming, and professional. I took my 19 month old son here for his first dentist appointment. The team was professional and friendly, and took the time to answer all of my questions. Their office is very kid-friendly, which helped put my son at ease. We will definitely make this our son’s primary dentist going forward.

Dr. Franklin is an awesome dentist, who is really good with kids. She works hard and is very efficient and personable. Only a good pediatric dentist would know how to put a child, who hates shots, at ease without laughing gas.

The moment my daughter and I walked into the office I knew we had found her dentist home! Angie greeted us with a smile and protocol. We were asked immediately to sanitize our hands, our temperature taken and if I had been tested.Dr. Franklin and her assistant were on time! This was major for me as a busy parent and I appreciated it so much. They then introduced themselves and showed us pictures of what they look like without masks. This was a small but impactful touch as it made them “human” versus being a person behind a mask.My daughter had a complete screening, cleaning, treatment plan, and was scheduled within an hour!We left feeling safe, educated, heard and empowered. We absolutely love it here and grateful for them.

Wow. Where do I start...? It was an amazing experience. After learning my daughter was indeed tongue, lip tied and cheek tied, he suggested moving forward with the procedure with absolutely no pressure. Amazingly, he was able to hear my baby struggling nursing from across the room. After taking photos and explaining everything, he was back in about two minutes with my daughter in his hands and the procedure was done. It was amazing.The most intense personal moment for me was when he heard me speaking and asked me to safely lower my mask so he could see my tongue and he immediately said, “Yes, you have a severe case of tongue tie.” He noticed my speech impediment with my “S” sound (lateral lisp) that I’ve lived with for 39 years. Just to know that this may have been the cause, or that correction was even a hope, was enough for me to feel like I was in the twilight zone. I’m in awe of his expertise.His staff was extremely kind and safe. They are highly aware of being safe with the pandemic. I highly recommend this man and his team. We drove two hours to him cause we researched and decided he was the best idea for our family. I’m so grateful we met him and his team of professionals.

The service is fine but the billing department is a mess. I received a bill while I was told its all covered on the day of the evaluation. Later I called but they were inflexible and not willing to resolve the issue.

Wow, Dr. Yazdie is an angel! Our toddler has a language delay and some sensory processing issues (including strongly disliking his mouth to be touched). Dr. Yazdi has deep knowledge and experience with kids with special needs. She and her team were gentle and understanding. We developed a plan together together to give our son a positive experience and develop healthy teeth habits. We feel so lucky we found her!

Truly wonderful experience here. Its been a hard road with our newborns tongue and lip ties but thankfully Dr.Yazdi was able to give us thorough teaching and do a phenomenal job on the surgery. Baby is recovering quickly.

Our daughter had a bad tongue tie & the team here gave us great post care instructions before & after the procedure so we knew what to expect. When we brought our daughter in my pain when I breastfeed was 10/10 post procedure we are with out pain. I recommend taking the plunge with Dr. Yasdi .

My son has had two revisions done by yazdi. Unfortunately both appointments where very rushed, and he talked way too fast, his after care instructions where very, very confusing. I did not walk out feeling confident about the aftercare.

We have been to this dentist office twice. Both times, I was super impressed with how they handled my four year old. He wasn’t nervous with the assistants or the dentists. They are so so fantastic with kids!Our most recent visit was for a dental emergency. The on call doc and an assistant came in on a Saturday to help my little boy and they were incredibly kind. They put him at ease, kept him distracted with the hard stuff, and were really communicative with me and him throughout the whole process. I was honestly afraid to visit a dentist in Covid times, but the extent to which they clean, I have no more fear of that.Every surface is disinfected, I was allowed to be present and sit in a chair nearby while giving the staff distance.Highly recommend this office for your kiddos. Bonus when they are able to re-open fully, their play area is super fun!!!

I highly recommend this dentist, especially for children with sensory disorders. Dr. Franklin is amazing and seems to be very knowledgeable as far as working with children like my son. He’s moderately autistic and scared of getting his teeth cleaned, yet Dr. Franklin is very patient, gentle, kind and understanding with him. I am blessed to have found this dentist because finding a dentist willing to work with Autistic children is not easy. Also, I felt very safe taking my son there to have his teeth cleaned during Covid as they take all the necessary precautions. Five Stars!

As another doctor I have high expectations for other providers, and Dr. yazdi does not disappoint. He is incredibly personable and articulate. And his skills were top notch on my sons procedure. In the follow up his staff was always available and he was even willing to review updated pictures via text to monitor healing. I would highly recommend him if you are looking for someone to give advice on or perform a frenectomy.

Such a wonderful place and staff. I remember dreading the dentist as a kid. But my kids love coming here. My youngest is on the spectrum and he has a lot of sensory issues. They have always been so very accommodating and flexible to his needs. They are so very sweet to him and gentle with care.

Expensive practice and promote too aggressive treatments.The hygienist is less than mediocre. Barely scraped any plague of my child, only check 1-2 teeth, and said it looks great. Spend time only brushing. The doctor did scrape off the plague on every tooth which why I give 3 stars.Dr. recommends too many unnecessary treatments. SDF costs $35 per tooth instead of per treatment compared to other dentists. Good for a single tooth but if you have more than 1 cavity, this gets expensive.Staffs are not very competent. Mistakes on records and billings.

This is an excellent office!! My daughter loves it! Excellent covid policies in place I felt very safe! The staff and Dr. Franklin are super friendly and know just how to talk with the children. I would highly recommend this office!!!

We love love Dr. Franklin. Been sending my oldest here since she was 1.5 years and now my youngest just started seeing her too. Weve had a few procedures done here....a tooth removal due to an accident, some issues with crowding and the subsequent iffy spots, and Dr. Franklin has been a dream in her ability to make my girls feel comfortable while making sure their dental needs are well taken care of.

Dr. Yazdi was very informativeabout the pros of releasing my son’s tongue and lip tie. He did not pressure us at any time during the consult and stepped out so my husband and I could discuss if we wanted to proceed. We decided to proceed, we heard our son cry for a minute and then he was brought back to us swaddled and sleeping. He extensively reviewed how to perform the wound card to ensure the procedure was successful. We were given the option to come back in a week in person for evaluation or send photos. I chose to return back to the office. Dr. Yazdi stated that we had been performing the wound care well and reviewed how well our son was doing and how he had improved from prior to his procedure. If your baby needs their lip or tongue tie done, we highly recommend Dr. Yazdi.

Dr. Yazdi did an amazing job with my sons lip and tongue tie revisions. He is worth the 2 hour drive we made to see him. He is gentle kind and caring. I don’t have any negative feedback whatsoever. From the very clean and lovely office to making me feel comfortable with my decision it was a flawless experience. If you are wondering if he will be the right fit or if it’s worth a long drive to be seen at his office, just do it! You will not be disappointed.

Dr Yazdi is a wealth of information. He is very knowledgeable and well versed in lip, tongue, and buckle ties and did an excellent job of explaining them in terms parents understand. We felt comfortable with him and his staff to perform the procedure, which took all of 2 minutes. He has a packet of information that is sent home with parents that is also very useful. We felt our daughter was in great hands with her procedure and highly recommend him.

My daughter needed to replace stolen retainers. They were able to get her in the office quickly to get new impressions made. She had temporary retainers in one day. Great service, they saved her smile.

My family and I love this place. Everyone is super kid friendly and makes going to the dentist an easy, non -scary thing, unlike when I was growing up. My son has an extreme fear of needles and I was worried when he had to get a cavity filled but because of the way they handle everything my son didnt even know he was getting a numbing shot. They have movies on the ceiling and kids sunglasses to make the bright lights easier to take - lots of care is taken to help kids feel comfortable and happy at the dentist. Their entire staff is kind, confident and knowledgeable. Their customer service is very reliable and warm. We have been very happy with our experience every time.

I have two young adults and a kindergartner who all have seen Dr. Yazdi and his colleagues. I have NEVER had a bad experience. Most recently my youngest son needed a procedure requiring a filling and nitrous. I was nervous. Dr. Franklin was outstanding with him, she is perfect for her chosen profession. I went to see Dr Yazdi when my son was almost 9 months old. Breastfeeding had been tough since the beginning and every problem we had circle back to possible tongue-tie. The lactation consultants dismissed my concern while confirming that he may have one. After a lot of research, I found out that dr Yazdi was the pediatric dentist I should see to have my son checked. The process to make an appointment is well explained on their website, their clinic is modern, clean and welcoming. All the staff is sweet and professional and dr Yazdi is amazingly calm, professional and nice. He diagnosed my son, explained what he recommended and the aftercare to be done and the procedure lasted less than 5 minutes. I highly recommend seeing dr Yazdi and his staff

Dr.Yazdi was extremely informative and professional when I came to my newborns procedure. Would of loved to be in the room when it was done but Im glad it was done really fast❤

Dr Franklin is my 6-year old daughter’s Dentist. She is kind, patient, and wonderful when it comes to caring for my daughter. She is very in tune with the likes and interests of my daughter and is able to chat (and distract) her with talk of all things Disney. She is quick and efficient and gives specific feedback to me on how we can improve the overall health of her mouth. :) We really like her a lot and would recommend her to other families.

We LOVE this dental office! DR. Yazdi, Dr Kim and all the other dentists and staff are very professional, courteous and wonderful with our children. At times, my youngest has not been the easiest to handle yet they responded to challenging behaviors with patience and kindness, and a positive approach.

Our family feels well-taken care of and safe every time we go in to see Dr. Wang. The energy is positive and encouraging, which is a relief for us to bring our children into when having their dental health needs met.

We drove 2 hours one way for my son’s lip and tongue tie revisions. It was quick! Dr. Yazdi was informative and answered all our questions. My son cried for a bit right after then started to sing.

As an IBCLC, I’ve had a lot of clients use Dr. Yazdi and love him, so when my own baby had issues, I knew who I wanted to use. His bed side manor is very comforting when you are in such a vulnerable stressful time. Also his office is absolutely adorable which no one else told me about, so it was a present surprise. It didn’t feel like a standard medical office. The procedure was unbelievably fast. Faster than I thought was possible and so far the results have been a breath of fresh air. My baby couldn’t transfer more than 0.5 oz at a time, so I was having to pump, finger feed with an SNS. No matter how much I burped her she was also projectile vomiting 80% of her feeds and I was having to refeed her. My life was seriously pumping, feeding, burping and washing everything getting ready to start all over again. Right now it is only 1day post op and she hasn’t spit up at all and is already transferring 1.5oz at the breast. Dr Yazdi and his team were wonderful. We had my 4.5 month old son’s ties revised and chose Dr Yazdi after seeing him referred to as the best pediatric dentist in California, particularly for ties. If you are a part of any supportive tongue tie group on Facebook then you have seen his name hundreds (maybe thousands) of times with parents singing his praises! It’s all true! Dr Yazdi and his team were kind, gentle, and thorough. We are 4 days post op and the stretches are getting a bit easier. We are so grateful for Dr Yazdi and his team. Our guy was severely tied in four places. I wish I would have sought him out sooner but grateful to be on track now. If you’re on the fence and reading this, just make an appointment, I wish I would have! Also recommend going to the Walgreens near his office and picking up more arnica (they carry it), it was our first introduction to it and it really seemed to help and was harder to find in our area!

My daughter has extreme anxiety over coming to the dentist. Our experience here was superb! The Dr. put my daughter at ease and explained what she could expect gently. I feel prayers were answered and we will never go anywhere else.

My girls and I absolutely love Dr. Franklin and her dental assistants! We have always had positive experiences at this dental office. My 1 year old doesn’t even cry and it’s her second time going. Dr. Franklin does a great job with distracting her by singing her songs. My 5 year old loves going to the dentist as well. Super sweet and friendly staff!

I wished I would had taken my kids to their office sooner. In the past the words dentist’s appointment created stress to my daughter. Now she looks forward in coming to the office and see Dr. Franklin and her assistants. Everyone is very friendly and make the process go smoothly. Very professional and they take care of you promptly.

Dr. Yazdi and staff were friendly and professional. Dr. Yazdi answered all of our questions in depth and we felt no pressure to make a decision. The procedure was surprisingly quick and the results were effective and immediate. At 3.5 months my daughter was still struggling to latch but within a minute of the tongue and lip ties being released I was able to nurse her and it was like night and day. I could finally hear her taking big gulps of milk and the latch was nearly pain free for myself which is something I had not experienced until that moment.Just four days after the procedure I have already begun to notice an increase in my milk supply which was has always been struggling. I would recommend Dr. Yazdi to anyone who needs to have their childs tongue tie released. My only regret is that I did not contact him sooner.

Shervin Yazdi was very knowledgeable, patient, and gentle with my baby. All his staff were wonderful from our first phone call through to the follow up after our appointment. It was easy to schedule a time for the following week, fill out all the forms online, and do a quick COVID-19 questionnaire through text. I’m very happy with the entire experience and am grateful for the professional consultation.

Dr. Yazdi has perfect bedside manner. He’s kind, professional and interested in having the parents of his patients be informed and comfortable with the decisions they’re making. We are pleased with the results of our infant’s procedure. She now has full tongue mobility and the nursing improvements were instantaneous.

Our newborn had a tongue and lip tie. We were referred to Dr Yazdi’s office and he was incredible. He made us feel confident in the procedure! When we need to take our kid to the dentist in the future, we will be choosing Dr Yazdi!

The BEST dental office in the Bay Area for children and teens!!My now 14 and 16 year old children have been Dr. Yazdi’s patients since they were 18-months old. I’m grateful to have received that referral so long ago, and have been very pleased with the service and professionalism of the doctors and staff. They’re now Dr. Franklin’s patients and she’s very welcoming, attentive and professional.I would recommend Dr. Yazdi for specialty needs (frenectomy), Dr. Niekia Franklin for dental wellness and Dr. Kim for Orthodontics.You can’t go wrong with this team of doctors!!!

My son was referred here by my dentist and Im so glad! I had been looking to switch him over to a pediatric dentist but hadnt found one. The office is fun and cheery right from the time you walk in the door. Dr. Franklin is super sweet and thorough, my son is always at ease. I wish I wouldve found this office sooner!
