I Was booked an appointment, they took my $35 initial fee, and I never made it in to the office due to an emergency and I havent been able to contact anyone since to reschedule.

The chiropractors here are friendly and professional. They took the time to learn what my problem was with x-rays before adjusting me. My wife and I have felt great since starting to go.

Went here as a new patient last week. When I booked my appointment I asked what would be done... xrays, exam and use of the decompression table. That is what I was looking for... i went in, saw the doctor who took xrays, told me to bend side to side, back and forth... and then come back next week for the table.... extreamly disappointed I made an appointment for this last monday... But Wait... I get a text message Saturday stating the doctor will be out of the office all next week, and to reschedule my appointment for another time.. When I called to ask why they booked for monday if he wasnt going to be there, the receptionist stated.. he just decided to take a trip, and wont be back till the week of the 1st.. How unprofessional can you be....

Dr. Jeff is the best chiropractor in the Bay Area, period.He literally saved my military career.I highly recommend his professional services to anyone!

I have been coming to Dr. Tom for 3 years. He is great at what he does and personable. His office set up is nice and encourages patients to be able to chat while waiting for an adjustment. They also offer massages and have a great team for that.

I have been coming here for 3 weeks now and it has made such a huge improvement in my life. I was feeling sharp pain in my back every time I turned to look at my blind spot. I have had this pain for years(bummer since Im only 32) and headaches that also stem from back pain.I had done occasional chiro in the past in Minneapolis where I am from and so I thought I would go in and get a single adjustment for temp relief. I went to Wellbrook and felt convinced after speaking with the Dr. that a series of visits to address it more thoroughly made sense. I have never been more pleased or more convinced that it is making a positive impact for me. I am sleeping 1000X better, waking up with no pain, and the pain is gone in my neck and the headaches are gone.Its nice to feel 32 again and not 62. My only regret is that I didnt come to Wellbrook sooner as I feel so good :)

Ive been a patient for almost a year and theres nothing i could say and describe Dr. Tom that hes awesome and renders quality patient care. I had a wonderful care and positive results for my lower back pain issues. the staff are amazing and accomodating. as a matter of fact Im bringing my brother as a new patient today coz i believe that this is the right place and Dr that will take care of you.
