Baywood Court Retirement Community is not only a great place to work, it is an amazing opportunity to make a intangible impact on the lives of extraordinary residents. The enrichment culture of the community is definitely unique and vibrant. I would absolutely recommend anyone who is looking for an extraordinary and life fulfilling experience. After four years, I am still fascinated by the continued impact that Baywood Court has made on resident lives and its caring friendly staff.Baywood Court also offers first class food and dining experience. Serving certified Angus beef, locally grown sustainable produce and freshly delivered seafood daily. A very talented culinary team creates the most scrumptious and healthy dishes. The dinning room offers an open seating for residents and guests to enjoy, with a casual atmosphere and high standards of hospitality.

My mother lived here very happily for 12 years. Wonderful facility with outstanding staff, decent food, lots of activities and a lovely outdoor pool and gardens. I spent a lot of time here with her and I am grateful for the warm and lively community they have created here that made the last chapter of her life so enjoyable. It is a nonprofit that really listens to the input of residents. In my opinion, it is outstanding and I would give it 6 stars if I could.

The fact the retirement facility is basically attached to a rehabilitation hospital is unique and comforting to some degree, but the living cooradors are fairly outdated. Many of the residence rooms are not very friendly to wheelchair access. I know this is not unusual for a facility this old, but this is the reality of an aging population where wheelchairs are becoming the new normal.

I currently work here and I love working here! I started off working casual/oncall as a receptionist, then a year later I became full time working NOC shift. A bit after that, I got promoted to HR Assistant and love it. There is always work to do, we have over 200 employees so they keep me on my toes. The work atmosphere is great; for teens, getting a job as waitstaff is a great learning experience, as well as works with their school schedules. Management likes to promote from within and Ive noticed thos first hand. Im thankful to be working here to attain the same goal in mind: our residents. If youre thinking about applying, do so! If youre thinking of having a family member come live here or stay while rehabilitating, come check it out! Our front desk staff and marketing director/sales rep are always helpful. Hope to see you soon!
