I had Amanda as a private instructor and she was so nice and helpful! I felt very comfortable. It was my first time in many years and i felt so good afterwards. She moved at perfect pace for a somewhat athletic beginner. Definitely going back!

Great place, Awesome classes. Went to the 10:30am Saturday Kind of hot yoga with Amanda. She was fantastic. Temperature was perfect. I highly recommend this studio. The clientele was super friendly. I cant say enough great things about this place. Ive been looking for a place like this!! Couldnt be happier!! They also have an introductory price for new people!!

I love Buka yoga! Great instructors, lots of variety. The feeling of community and caring starts at the top with Brooke. Im really grateful to have found this studio and all it offers.

I primarily go to the Mon - Wed - Fri classes at 9am. Each of those 3 classes has a different FANTASTIC teacher. All of them speak so clear which allows me to flow along easily since it has been a while since Ive been doing yoga regularly. They are VERY professional and know their practice thoroughly. Each of them have a great message to share through out the class that I feel like Im getting 2 for 1. Yoga and an excellent meditation message.

First hot yoga experience and it was amazing! The studio is adorable and clean. The instructor guided us through an amazing 26 pose class in 100 degree heat. Felt amazing during and after! Booked our next session as soon as we left and are looking forward to going back.

I am so grateful to have found Buka. The community is unconditionally supportive and kind. It is a gathering place for all of the rare and diverse gems of Castle Rock. I truly feel a sense of sangha when I am there. Your instructor will learn your name and welcome you each class you attend. Although I have not been to every instructor’s class, some of my favorite and most influential instructors to shout out are Brooke, Lourdes and Jeanette. Overall, I have found out more about myself attending classes and community workshops there than I ever would have alone. I am so lucky to be apart of such a beautiful studio.

Buka Yoga is my yoga studio, even though I now live on the road. They have zoom yoga classes so I can stay connected to the amazing yoga community that is Buka. If you’re lucky enough to live near Castle Rock, go try them out! The instructors are all amazing. Highly Recommend!

Buka yoga is the studio I needed in my life. In the midst of other studios that are okay but more exercise based or workout focused, Buka is the balance of spirituality, breath work, physical movement, and calming the mind that I had been yearning for. All of the classes and teachers are amazing wonderful, and you truly feel home in the studio. Brooke, the owner, is amazing and I cannot recommend enough checking out Buka!

I love this yoga studio! Amandas sacred sculpt class is my favorite! Best yoga ever, wakes me up and preps me for my day! I never want to miss her friday class! i also enjoy sarahs hatha flow, and Beths Hot yoga! Tracy has a morning bike class which is Amazing cardio! Danny is supper nice and was really helpful in the beginner class! Brooke and everyone at Buka are so nice, thank you for teaching me so much, im having so much fun! ☮

I went to a class at Buka Yoga while visiting family in Colorado. It was my first time taking Yoga Nidra and I fell in love. I could not find anything like it back home in the Boston area but thanks to 2020, I’m now able to take Yoga Nidra virtually! Brooke and Katherine are amazing and I highly recommend trying a class!
