A very kind place to take your children for their dental needs. I am very pleased with the service. Dr. Benzley is super compassionate and friendly. Im pretty sure we will keep driving to castle rock for our childrens dental needs. My daughter has 7 baby teeth removed and didnt flinch due to his kindness and care. I super appreciate everything you have done for my family.

Castle Rock Smiles is hands down the BEST pediatric dentistry office. The front desk staff is kind, very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. The hygienists provide great services, and Dr. Benzley is the most patient, communicative, skilled dentist that Ive ever met. My 13-year old son has seen him for years-- and our experiences there have always been consistent-- top quality all the way around!

My daughter has been going to Castle Rock Smiles for several years now. The staff is always friendly, great with the children and knowledgeable. The office is clean and welcoming. I know that Dr. Benzley is the only Dentist, but he takes his time with his patients. He always starts off the visit with “do you have any questions?” I appreciate that he talks to both the parents and the children with respect.He is always willing to answer my questions and doesn’t make me feel dumb for asking them. We love Dr. Benzley and the entire team at Castle Rock Smiles. The fun atmosphere is both calming and exciting for the kids. They love going to the dentist. It is clean and comfortable and everyone there is so kind and warm. I have 4 children oldest just turned 7 its been a great place for them to learn the importance of dentistry but also to not to have fear. It is a very clear goal of theirs to help children develop a healthy view of dental care.

Top notch. Everyone in the whole place is kind and lovely. Kids said it was the most gentle dental cleaning they’ve ever had and it’s not like they have good flossing habits at home. It really was the best dentist trip we’ve ever had and after 18 months of not going I was expecting it to be rough. Wish they treated adults bc I’d go here too.

We just joined their practice after our previous dentist left his Castle Rock practice. Everything about the experience was really good.First, the office is a nice and warm reception to walk into with friendly staff who were very engaging.Second, they were on time! I really appreciate it when medical offices honor their own policies and see patients at their appointment times. All the staff and the Dr. were really friendly and upbeat and did a great job with our kids.The practice is really kid focused and that made it a great transition for our kids. The Dr. was great at explaining all the details of what they saw with the kids teeth and was really patient answering all of our questions.The other thing we really appreciated was their efficiency in getting our details online prior to the visit, and the ease of their online system. That carried over well into their in-office practices. Everything was tablet based and super easy and efficient and fast.I would certainly recommend them to anyone looking for a pediatric dentist.

The entire team is friendly, welcoming and professional. I felt both my children (3, 1) were in capable, caring hands. They take the time to answer any question and address any concerns. My son loves the tv he gets to watch during his cleaning and the surprises (small trinkets) at the end.

I have been taking my children to Dr. Benzley since they were toddlers. He is punctual, patient, thorough, kind, and funny. He and his staff are truly fantastic with kids. Today, he put my eight-year-old daughter at ease about getting her very first filling, something she was nervous about. My daughter said she experienced no discomfort during the filling, and that she understood (and was fascinated by) every step of the process! What started out as a stressful experience for her ended with huge smiles.

Yesterday was our first appointment at this office. We recently-ish moved to CO. My kids not only were behaved (added bonus!), but our visit was very comfortable. My kids are 5yo and 2yo. This is not their first dentist appointment and I didnt know how my 2yo would respond to a REAL cleaning. He was very comfortable with the dental hygienist and the dentist. Did everything they asked of him and wasnt scared once! They made an impressionable experience on my boys. They gave them t-shirts, sunglasses, little prizes and of course awesome toothbrushes and toothpaste! It was all my boys were talking about for the rest of the day into today. 😊 We did have to wait a bit of a long time to see the dentist, but I do understand that he has other patients and some patients need more time with him. I can see why. Hes very informative and takes his time. He did not rush us and made sure we had no questions. Extremely wonderful doctor. Since we did have a wait, he even gave us a gift card! That was very unexpected and very thoughtful. This office is excellent from the phone call to make the appointment to entering the office, meeting the front desk, seeing the hygienist and dentist, then ending with making our next appointment. They were sweet and were able to get both of my boys at the same appointment date/time. Excellent office! Highly recommend!

Dr. Benzley is wonderful! We have visited Castle Rock Smiles for over 9 years and have always had a positive experience. One of my children recently hurt his mouth over the weekend. Dr. Benzley quickly responded to my call and talked through the situation with me. The office was then able to get us in first thing on Monday. I’m so grateful for how they took care of us. Would definitely recommend Castle Rock Smiles.

Dr. Benzley and the team at Castle Rock Smiles are simply the best. From the second you walk in the door and throughout the duration of the appointment, you are treated as if youre a member of their family. The care received for a basic cleaning, extractions (and my kids have had a lot of extractions!), fillings, etc, is consistently amazing. They take such great care of my kids and all of their dental needs. The team does an excellent job to ensure the kids are supported and heard during procedures that can often be very scary. I cannot recommend the Castle Rock Smiles team enough.

Dr. Benzley and his staff are wonderful. My kids are little, so cooperation can be a challenge. The whole team is excellent at making them feel safe and comfortable, and are truly able to complete a thorough exam! My toddler had a cavity and Dr and staff took great care of him. He wasn’t even scared even after finding out he would have to have the tooth removed. Out of 4 kids he is my only one that has had issues at a young age. So I was very worried about the sedation and work being done. They made me feel comfortable and I was able to be in the room. Great office. If I could give 10 stars for customer service and care I would.

This is the best pediatric dentist office that we have ever been through. They are very kind and always give the best care to my kids.

The nurses are so friendly and caring with my kids. They have TVs above every chair so the kids can watch something while they are in the chair and it puts them at ease. Dr Benzley is very good and gentle and explains things well. My daughter had tooth pain and he didn’t see anything wrong so he ordered x-rays, which revealed her adult teeth pushing down on her baby teeth, which is the likely cause of the pain.

This is a great place to be. Dr. Benzley is amazing and my daughter loves going here.

Our daughter enjoyed her first visit to the dentist! The entire staff at Castle Rock Smiles is welcoming and knowledgeable. Our daughter had fun brushing the teeth of the dinosaurs and alligator. Dr. Benzley did a wonderful job calming her down when she was not liking laying back with her mouth being looked at. She was kept calm, safe, and secure the entire time. He even gave us helpful tips on how to effectively brush teeth at home together. Now, just a week later, my daughter LOVES laying on her back and showing off how good she is with getting her teeth brushed.

My son chipped his permanent Tooth in a scooter accident. I called in the morning and was seen right away. The service was amazing as always. The tooth was only superficially damaged, so it was filed down. The charge was literally $3 for their service and time. I could not be more satisfied with this pediatric dentist!

Such a great dental office. They were patient with my wiggly child, and gentle and inviting with my nervous child. Dr. Benzley took the time to talk with me about concerns I had, and lay out a plan explaining the dental work and therapy my daughter would need to correct her bite. A great staff all around.

WONDERFUL pediatric dentist office! I just took my daughter to her first appointment with a dentist and I was blown away! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful when we checked in and made my daughter feel like a princess. Once we were taken back for X-rays and cleanings, they took their time helping my 4 year old understand everything and ask as many questions as she needed to feel comfortable. Dr. Benzley was very thorough in his consultation and took plenty of time of listen to our questions and give us advice on things we can do to help. When it came time to take my oldest kid to the dentist for the first time, I wasnt sure I wanted to go to a separate pediatric dentist. But Dr. Benzley was recommended to me by some friends, and Im so glad we went! I have a fairly difficult daughter who struggles with some special needs issues. She was very nervous to go the first time, but from the second she walked in the door and saw her name on the chalkboard welcoming her, she was put at ease. Every staff member has been very gentle and kind and patient, even when my son freaked out about getting x-rays done. Theyre all very good about explaining what theyre doing so kids can feel prepared and in control. They even have some fun stuffed animals with giant toothbrushes so your kids can clean a friends teeth while theyre having their own done. Thorough, clean, comfortable... I genuinely have nothing but good things to say! My kids actually look forward to going to the dentist and will always point out the office when we drive by.

I brought both of my daughters in my oldest was nervous because she had been going to the same dentist for years and loved our former dentist office and staff but we moved and needed to find a closer dentist. Both of my children walked out happy my oldest said she loved this place she had a great time. I was very happy with the staff friendly and patient took the time to show them how they should brush their teeth educating them which our other place never did we use to be in and out in 20 minutes with their cleanings. Smiles took there time and did a fabulous job. Thank you guys.

Absolutely loved our first visit to the dentist!!! Jill at the front desk is so warm and friendly to the parents and the kids! The dental assistant was kind and cordial and so good with my daughter. She explained everything to her prior to doing it and made my little girl so comfortable.The only issue I had was that we had to wait 30 minutes before being seen. We were on time (3 minutes early) and the only ones in the waiting room and had to wait a great deal. Just glad I didnt bring my other two as it would not have worked.But other than that we had a great experience and will definitely be going back!

We’ve had to have fillings and cleanings and my kids still love going. They actually choose to come early instead of going to Target - as in tears when I offered to kill time at the store. All the staff are wonderful and go above and beyond to make sure your kid is never traumatized.I drive from Highlands Ranch because he’s that worth it.

Dr. Benzley takes the time to thoroughly explain the health of our children’s teeth and comes up with the best case scenario line of treatments for each one individually. My littlest had so much fun having a cavity filled, he asked to go back for more. And that was without the happy medicine mask!

I took my son here on Friday, he had to get a 6 month check up and get a front tooth pulled (baby tooth) that wouldnt come out, the dentist, the dental assistants EVERYONE made it such a relaxing and low stress environment, my son was SO comfortable. This is the best pediatric dental office Ive ever taken my son. From check-in to check-out, the staff are competent and friendly. My 5 1/2 year old son did great in this child-friendly office. It is clean, organized, and neat, with lots of things to keep children interested and busy, helping with any anxiety they may have. The assistant who applied a few sealants prior to the teeth being pulled was awesome and friendly. She sensed my daughter was nervous and talked to her the entire time, making her laugh and feel better. The atmosphere is welcoming and the care is top-notch!

All 3 of my kids have been to Castle Rock Smiles and I love it. I drive from Highlands Ranch because I couldnt find a pediatric dentist I loved in town. My 3 year old who has sensory issues was put at ease and wasnt pushed at all to do her X-rays or cleaning. When she was done, she was done. No problem. I love that they help make the experience one that isnt traumatic.

Dr. Benzley explains whats going on with my kids teeth and even tells me when work can be postponed or omitted (when a tooth will be lost soon, etc), rather than recommending unnecessary visits.
