I saw Dr. Clark for an external cephalic version (ECV or version) to try to turn my breech baby. I found out my baby was breech super late, at 38 weeks and 4 days (saw Dr. Clark at 38 weeks and 5 day). I cannot thank Dr. Clark enough for his help and compassion and skill - our baby turned! Dr. Clarks office fit me in very last minute for an appointment and he advocated to get me into the hospital that same day. He is clearly very experienced with this procedure and I know its not always up to the doc whether it will be successful or not, but the outcome of our baby turning obviously makes us elated. Regardless of the outcome, however, he was gentle during the intense procedure and very professional throughout. We are so very grateful to Dr. Clark enough for helping us so greatly during this very intense time. Thank you Dr. Clark. You are the best!!

Lone Tree’s Pellet Treatment for Men is no PanaceaOn my appointment date I called before going in and reiterated that I had experienced no improvement. Ms. Slocum called back and advised that Lone Tree would not be able to give me a “bump” in my treatment until after my test results. Then she told me I had waited too long to get my blood work, which puzzled me, as Lone Tree had set the appointment, not me. I was polite and didn’t argue about my “tardiness.”Soon after I started calling to learn if there was a plan for my treatment. When I reached Ms. Slocum, she advised that my tests were back, and my hormone levels were great!”I told her I didn’t feel “great,” and she said my failure to benefit from the treatment probably had to do with another medication I take, a medication Lone Tree knew about before telling me I was a candidate for the procedure. I was polite and didn’t dwell on Lone Tree’s advance knowledge. Ms. Slocum again mentioned how “late” I was in the treatment, but I saw no benefit in reminding her that Lone Tree was doing the scheduling not me. I let it go. Doing my best to keep the frustration out of my voice, I said that regardless of what her tests showed, I didn’t feel any different. Ms. Slocum responded by telling me that the treatment is not a “panacea,” and that people often “don’t realize how good they feel until the treatment wears off. She went on to say that “if I decided to continue with the therapy……..” Always a gentleman, I resisted the temptation to tell her that “if I decided to continue the therapy I would have to be an idiot. The loss of $750 is not going to send me to the poor house, but it does sting a bit, kind of like the feeling you get when someone sticks a probe into your hip to insert magic pellets. Im counting this as a lesson learned, and I say to you: Gentlemen, If you want to feel better, you’re going to have to do it yourself. Eat better, exercise more, and do those things you know you should to improve your well-being. There is no magic pill (or pellet) that’s going to knock ten years off our charts and make us feel like champions again.I wanted to believe, and for many people, the wanting is enough to make them believe. After all, placebos are shown to work in about half of all patients. So now I’m off to the gym. It is going to be hard and slow, with no magic pellets to help me on my way. If by chance you find yourself in front of Lone Tree’s office, take my advice and keep driving. There’s a gym down the road just a couple of miles.

I have delivered two babies with Barbara and both experiences have been amazing. I was able to have the deliveries as I wished, without medical intervention. The whole staff is great and is always so friendly when I come in. This is truly a place for ANY type of female needs. I recommend them, especially Barbara to all of my expecting friends.

When I started with Lone Tree, I had a bunch of hormone-related symptoms which no provider ever took the time to understand. In the most empathetic, professional yet human, and intelligent way; Barbara ordered test after test to get the answers I so wanted.I wish I could write about every step of this journey but the end result is that I know exactly whats going on with my body, I know how to manage, and I know that when I have children I want Barbara by my side for that journey too.Id recommend her to every single woman. :)

All the staffs are nice and friendly. The only thing Im concern about was i never seen an actual obgyn doctor. I know the midwifes are knowledgeable and all but it would be nice to meet an actual doctor that will deliver your baby as well.

I love everyone at this office but Barbara is by far amazing! I would not have made it thru 2 difficult pregnancies & the horrible postpartum issue this last time around with her love, support, knowledge & guidance. Thanks for being you Barb & going above & way beyond what any Dr does for me & my littles. They wouldnt be here without you!

I love this place so far. I am 31 weeks as of now and all the midwives here have been fantastic. They are quick to answer any questions I have had. (And I have had a lot) lol. I moved here from Texas and had the same Dr for my other two children, so I was very nervous about getting a whole new Dr and hospital, but they have made this transition easy and comfortable. O would highly recommend Lone Tree OBGYN

Horrible bedside manner. And don’t even think to go to the Castle Rock location where they have one midwife once a week. The equipment is EXTREMELY outdated. The ultrasound was all of 3 minutes and we didn’t even get to hear baby’s heartbeat. The experience wasn’t treated as special, rather than a ‘this is your 3rd, you’ve seen it all before’ type of experience. Highly do not recommend. I went home in tears and switched to South Denver OBGYN.

I use to love this place but not anymore. I have had a procedure done here and I have been waiting for my results for over 3 months now. Now that I have been patient enough they will not give me a straight answer when I give then a call. They never get back with me even when I leave voice mails. I dont recommend anyone coming here in the future so do not consider it not unless you wont to be treated like you dont exist.

I absolutely love everyone at Lone Tree OBGYN! I started my pregnancy in Cañon City which wasn’t a good experience for me at all. Then around 6 months pregnant I moved back up north and started going to Lone Tree for my appointments. They took care of everything that Canon City didn’t for me. Kathy and Barb are amazing midwives and all the nurses and staff have such great attitudes and actually care about all the patients that walk through the door! On April 24th, Dr. Furr performed my C Section which went so perfect and I was taken care of so well the entire time. They had someone from Lone Tree check on me every day I was in the hospital. If anyone needs to have a c section done I highly recommend Dr Furr! I couldn’t have asked for better care. I’m so thankful that I have an OBGYN that I trust so much. Thank you All so much!

This is my second pregnancy. I had a different doctor for my first child. This docs office has been by far the worst doctors office I have ever been to.1. They wont call you even if your blood work has an issue and follow up action and more blood work are required.2. Very hard to change/make an appointment3. Doctor accidentally performed the wrong examination and sent it to my insurance. Of course, my insurance will not pay for it.4. One of the Midwife brought a student in. Without my consent, the midwife let the student to perform an examination, and the student did not know where to even start.5. I went in with a fever on Fri. They told me to go to an emergency room where their doctor was at. Of course they had no idea how much they were making me pay for going to the emergency room just because they did not have a doctor on-site.6. They seem to be more interest in selling products or performing beauty treatment than my health. (While doctor is not on-site, posters for the beauty products and treatments are everywhere)7. This is the first OB/GYN that never asked about domestic violent or depression issue.

I switched to Lone Tree OBGYN when I was around 12 weeks pregnant, I am so glad that I made the change!!! Dr. Furr delivered my son and it was such an amazing experience. He is truly one of the best doctors out there! His staff was always so friendly and they never cared when I would call the nurses line asking questions. Thank you Dr. Furr for all your help! :) I will miss my weekly check ups at this office.

The midwife and staff are nice. Their billing department is curupt!! My wife and I have UHC Insurance and all prenatal care is covered 100%...that is if they bill it correctly as routine prenatal care. They instead billed everything as an illness! (to get more money) We discussed this with their billing specialist and she refused to resubmit their claims! The reason, thats how we bill it here... It was extremely disheartening. This all happened in the first and second trimester...the last thing u want to be worried about during these precious moments are people trying to suck all the money out of you that they can. We chose to take our business elsewhere.

Terrible experience here. I had some genetic testing done during my pregnancy and was never called or given any results by the office even though I tested positive as a carrier for something. I only found out a month later when the actual testing company called me asking if I wanted access to separate test results I had gotten done and these results popped up along with them. I called the office and confronted them about this and never heard back or received an explanation. After all this my husband was then tested to see if he was a carrier as well (with the results being sent to them) and again never heard anything almost 3 weeks later. I called the testing company once again and found out that the results had been sent over to the office weeks ago and I was never contacted by anyone at Lone Tree. I would absolutely not recommend this office to anyone!!
