I experienced my first massage appointment at Elements Massage a few days ago, and to this day I continue to be overwhelmed with gratitude. Upon check-in I felt very welcomed and attended to, and as soon as I met Tony (as well as throughout our appointment together) I felt very calm, joyful and safe in his presence. Tony carefully listened to my history, and immediately addressed my concerns. I felt instant relief from his massage. He also checked in on my comfort periodically, and applied the perfect amount of pressure throughout. He is very knowledgeable about the human body and I feel that he really cares about his clients health and wellbeing. He even took the time to write down instructions and draw pictures of exercises I could perform at home to prevent further discomfort. This was the best massage I ever received!! I left with the biggest smile on my face and tears of gratitude in my eyes. The following day the studio kindly called to check on my experience. I would highly recommend this massage studio.

Tony was amazing! Sitting at a desk all day is brutal, the stress and impact on your body. He stretch the muscles and workout out knots. Even tips to maintain a better state. Feel like so much better. Will be back and choosing him next time!

This was my first massage. No problem with the concept, just didnt feel the need. That has certainly changed. Morgan was my massage therapist and she was fabulous. I had a level two massage and it was transcendental. I honestly dont think I have ever felt this relaxed in my entire life. I highly recommend giving a massage a try, even if youve never done so in your life. This may have been my first massage, but it certainly wont be my last.

Impressed with? The ease with which to get an appointment, and the way there is always a therapist available by gender, pressure, and location. (There are two in our town.) The experience has always been excellent (the atmosphere, the effectiveness of the massage, the people), all really excellent.

My husband works over 72 hour weeks and we needed a massage! Him more than me. Anyway, we looked everywhere and we called around they got us in the next day, and he LOVED it and he is sooo picky. We had a couples massage and it was price i admit but totally worth it! The ladies were super nice. & our massage therapists were professional & great!

Had a wonderful massage today with Kendall, who was trained as a medical masseuse, and whose confident strength and experience made an hour-and-a-half massage fly by. She has an almost topographical knowledge of where shes been and where she still needs to go, as she navigates her way around your tired, aching body, making sure all points are worked fairly and thoroughly as she goes. Equally deft at conversation, I came away with book and podcast recommendations, as well as a much-relaxed back and loosened shoulders. Thanks, Kendall!

Today was my first time at Elements. I got a 90 minute massage. The ladies at the front desk were very nice. They asked if I wanted to upgrade and have the therapist use Himalayan salts. I said yes and they said they added it to my service sheet. My massage was scheduled from 3:30 - 5:00. They didnt call me back until 3:35. After undressing, I waited a good 5 minutes for the therapist to come back in, so we didnt get started until close to 3:45. She didnt use Himalayan salts and she ended at 4:50. I told the ladies at the front that the salts were never used and my 90 minute massage was actually only 65 minutes. They took the salts off my bill, and apologized for the shortened time, but I felt like more should have been done. I was hoping to join their monthly membership club, but after today, Ill look elsewhere.

I get the very best massage from Elements. Devyn is not only an amazing massage therapist but a awesome person! The staff is wonderful and compassionate. I highly recommend Elements to anyone looking for a great massage and terrific service from the staff!

Maggie was wonderful! My daughter is a competitive swimmer and I took her in for a massage as a way to recover. She was really nervous as it was her first time getting a massage. Maggie was patient and kind, explaining everything to her. Within minutes my daughter was in heaven lol. Maggie was able to target her sore and tight muscles and make her comfortable. Front office staff were so sweet, talking with my daughter and encouraging her and very helpful with scheduling and check-in. We will definitely return. Very impressed with the professionalism of the Castle Rock location.

Great experience! I was given a coffee while I filled out a few forms. My massage therapist Morgan was excellent - found and worked on a bunch of knots, explained muscle connections and their specific impact on painful spots. She gave me some stretches to work on to help reduce the pain I was feeling on a regular basis. Would highly recommend!

I love Elements! Ive been going for a year now (my insurance pays for it) and it has helped me in so many ways - mind, body, and spirit. I love the hot stones (ask for Megan - shes AMAZING)! The facility and the staff are great! I love how clean it is. The hours of operation work with my busy schedule. I always leave feeling better than when I arrived.

Everyone was so friendly and caring. The atmosphere is very relaxing and inviting. Devyn is excellent. I have many health problems and it’s very hard for me to relax during a massage and she put me right to sleep. I wish I lived closer because I would definitely be back. Elements Massage in Castle Rock is very clean, relaxing and their massage therapists are excellent. They will work the areas you need specifically and do a great job. I will return without a doubt. Since I began going here monthly, seeing Rhiannon, my back pain has gone away, I always walk out feeling great. There was an evening I ran late and I was able to still get in for 30 minutes. They were very flexible and that impressed me a lot. I find that the prices are reasonable. The waiting area and rooms are clean. You get a few perks once I a while: free hot stone upgrade is one Ive used before. So awesome, never had one before.

Orlando did a great job! I felt so bad because my shoulders were so tight, but he didnt give up! And thank goodness my tension headache I have had for 3 days is finally gone! Ibuprofen wouldnt touch it, one hour massage and I feel a thousand times better!

Love this place! There are 17 different MTs offering pretty much any kind of massage you are looking for: hot stone, deep tissue, sweedish, prenatal, sports, myofascial, reflexology, and lomilomi. Customer service is excellent, every person I have met there is friendly, and the prices are great, especially with a membership.
