Home Instead, Castle Rock has been an amazing support to our family during a very challenging time. They responded immediately to meet our elderly mothers care giving needs. From the first phone contact to everyone we have worked with, both admin. staff and all the caregivers, we have found them to be so kind, understanding, courteous and helpful. And, our mother has responded to the new caregiver team without a hitch. I investigated other local caregiver agencies and the experience was nothing like Home instead. Home Instead puts the care of their clients first and work with the family to provide the care we need.

The vice president was very informative, compassionate and knowledgable regarding my wifes AD and all of the needs and assistance that is required. An incredible staff of caregivers; all of whom are incredibly attentive, industrious, compassionate and caring. They are becoming family. We also appreciate that this company has made every effort to ensure we will always have coverage and maintain their commitment to the agreed upon schedule of care.

Great Care first of all, but also their responsiveness to any concerns, the ability to add extra hours when needed, and excellent communications with their office and staff.
