Kate and Dave are amazing. Great service is so difficult to find nowadays, but not here. Kate is very thorough and incredibly kind. She laid out every price scenario for us when adding our teen driver. She offered every available discount which is much appreciated. Then, Dave talked to our teen driver about responsibility and really cared about her safety. They both are incredible.

We are so impressed with this location, but especially with the service Joe has provided us. We were with another company for well over 10 years and got to the point where we knew we needed a change. Joe has been incredibly helpful getting our cars switched over and now, getting us a great rate on our new homeowners insurance. He knows his stuff, not just about insurance, but also where to find the best tacos in the area too. Although personnel have changed over that timeframe, the service and attention to customer service detail have always remained at the highest levels. Ive made continual changes and scenario requests for different vehicles I want to purchase and I always get the best service possible. Even if I leave a recording I always get a response within the same day. Great Job!

Ive been with State Farm since my first car at 16 and have always been impressed with their level of service. I have been with Davit Topolnicki as an agent since my wife and I moved to Castle Rock back in 2002 and they have done an amazing job even with our big home hail damage claim and a few very small car claims. Since my kids turned 16 and I added them to our plans, the team at David Topolnickis office have been fantastic to work with and get me all the discounts available.

Originally we thought Jennifer Vigil and this agency were great. After 2 months we figured out this agency, or at least Ms. Vigil, does Bait & Switch.Long story but bottom line is we have been lied to and told total BS.Example: I can prove that we were told we would receive a discount for using the State Farm Automotive App. The State Farm Automotive App doesnt work on Android Phones like ours so we are SOL. Not Our Fault Their App doesnt work with Android. But now we now have to pay extra.Then we were told by Ms. Vigil this would cost us about $10/month even though it was State Farms problem! We just got the bill and State Farm has raised our rate $27.00/month!We were told one price as an Estimate on Homeowners Insurance then charged an additional $197 one month later.We ask for a $38,000 Rider Policy which they changed to $103,000+ and sent us an $800+ bill!Farmers Insurance says the replacement cost of our home is several hundred thousand dollars less than what State Farm says. i.e. State Farm increases the cost of insurance because they claim a much high replacement cost so they can charge more! A local builder said he could replace our home for the Farmers Insurance price and the State Farm Ins price was Highly inflated.Bottom-line here is Do Not Trust Anything you are told by these folks!Get everything in writing and then double check what you are told.My dealings with Ms. Vigil started as appearing to be very cordial and nice but quickly turned into a nightmare. We have now paid more than $1,000/year More than our old insurance for less coverage even though Ms. Vigil originally stated she could save us money and provide the same coverage.

Great staff, easy to work with and very professional. Sold a car, then bought a car and needed to cancel one policy and add a new one and the process was flawless. In fact, they offered to see if they could get me better financing on the new car and they did - again professional and efficient.

Cintia was great! Last Thursday, I bought a car from a local dealership. Understandably, I couldnt leave the dealership with my newly purchased vehicle until I had insurance for the car. I remember being a little anxious because the dealership was about to close for the day. The South Wilcox State Farm office was also about to close but Cintia was gratefully able to assist me.
