Waited many years to be able to afford to do hormone testing and reached out to them. They are happy to take your money and not much else! First off, they had my test 10 days and I had to call them to ask if they got it back. Then I had to wait almost 2 weeks for a phone consult. I did get some very simple suggestions with a lot of; let me know how that goes, check back in with me. Well, he doesn’t ever respond to any emails and Absolutely No Follow up! So, supplements are on Amazon and guess what there are other compounding pharmacies around!!!

I love this pharmacy; they are very helpful and informative! They actually carry products that will help you, instead of just putting a Band-Aid on your symptoms!

I wish they’d have disclosed everything before I used their service, it I knew they were miracle workers I would’ve bought the full quantity provided for in my prescription!! A fingertip of custom compounded topical cream was the difference between limping around the house and walking around town nearly normally. They were very professional the whole time and I will likely be back this week to fill the rest of the prescription. It may be my doctors formula, it may be the pharmacy, but I am crediting both for changing my life.

I have dealt with multiple employees here in the course of getting scripts filled and every single one of them has been a delight. Friendly, helpful, and just downright nice. It must be a great place to work! Their compounding services are reasonable as well. Highly recommend!

NEVER USE THIS PHARMACY! There is one word to describe this organization: PATHETIC. If I could give them 0 stars, I would. It has been over a month and I have not received my prescription. They shipped it to the wrong address and have been nothing but a total pain to deal with. Instead of making things right and express shipping it or overnighting it, I have spent an absurd amount of time on hold day after day trying to get someone to help me get my prescription. Ive had to push back my doctors appointments because these people cant get their $hit together. NEVER EVER USE THIS PHARMACY!

Not sure what Maddie is talking about ..not to mention they cant control USPS OR UPS...ITC does not deserve that ridiculous review from a entitled individual who demands to be catered too and I say this with absolute certainty that there is more to that story that they were not in control of.....ITC and its staff cares about every patient...its worth EVERY SECOND OF YOUR LIFE!!The staff at ITC are amazing....VERY knowledgeable ...VERY profesional and helpful....It is amazing how many people I personally know that feel this place is a life changer if not a life saver...they are a great resource for personal health concerning supplements etc too...The Pharmacists are amazing and helpful and take the time to help and answer all concerns....There is now a Doctor of Medicine in house as well who is highly recommended by locals in the area ( including ME ! )....So its a win win Thx ITC and Dr.M for everything !!
