I was in a jam, I was bleeding profusely from my nose, for no apparent reason, I could not get it to stop, the local urgent care center could not get it stopped, I have a doctor who was out of town, his staff recommended Dr. Allison Rasband M.D. It was her or the emergency room. She was able to get me in first thing the next day, she found the problem, took care of the bleeding, (it is still stopped) and gave clear and understandable explanations and care instructions. I cant thank her enough. She really knew what she was doing and was kind and caring. If I ever have another ears nose or throat problem, Ill call her first.

Theses folks are great! They run on time, send you plenty of reminders about any upcoming appointments and the doctors & audiologists do terrific work. I have never felt rushed and get to ask all my questions.

My boys (21 months and 3 years) see Dr Rasband. She put tubes in both of them; one at 15 months one at 2 years. Shes so great. Shes amazing with them, telling them what shes doing and why. She takes the time to speak with me addressing all my concerns and questions. I know she is busy but she makes time for everyone. She sees both of them together at their bi-annual check ups which makes it easier for me and she doesnt keep us waiting understanding (as a mom herself) that its challenging to have little kids in a room for a long period of time. I highly recommend her for the little ones.

Dr. Allison Rasband is knowledgeable, efficient, personable and professional. I had been referred to her by my surgeon. She completed what I needed quickly and showed me the digital results within minutes. Her staff are very responsive and helpful as well. A very good experience ending with a well-deserved recommendation.

If you enjoy waiting 25-35 minutes past your appointment time, this is the place for you. I have been here twice, once in the afternoon and once in the morning and both times the doctor saw me 30 minutes or more past my appointment time. My appointment today was at 950am, it’s 1025am and I still have not seen the doctor.

Dr. Rasband is terrific. And so are Dr. Swartz and Dr. Lipkin. The entire staff is wonderful in both the Castle Rock and Lone Tree locations (haven’t been in their Denver office but no doubt they are top notch as well). I’ve been treated and tested for balance problems, hearing loss and severe ear infections (flu to sinus to ear). Very impressive, professional, knowledgeable team who puts the patient first. Dr Rasband is amazing! After my sinus surgery I can breathe through my nose for the first time in 40 years! The entire office is great! They all work hard to make each patient feel as if they are the only patient they have! I’ve never had to wait for appointments, my aftercare has been wonderful! They were able to take care of my 11-year-old daughter easily after a nose injury, and I plan to make an appointment for my father to get his hearing checked. I waited for almost 30 minutes to see the doctor. When she finally came in, she spent less than 10 minutes with me, didn’t let me ask any questions, and didn’t take me seriously. I’ve been having chronic ear problems for months and have seen many different doctors. I was so hopeful that this appointment might finally solve the issues I’ve been dealing with for months. Instead I feel like the doctor blew me off. Now I’m in more pain than ever and feel like I completely wasted my time and money!

I had to have my nose reset after it was broken in two places, from an assault. I was able to get an appt right. away with Dr Rasband. I would definitely recommend Dr. Rasband and the staff at the Castle Rock office. Scheduling was easy, my appointment started on time, very little wait time in the exam room. Dr. Rasband is very good at explaining procedures, anatomy, and possible paths to take toward a solution. Dr. Rasband-Lindquist and her assistant were both super friendly and helped me feel at ease. They explained things well and answered all my questions.
