Excellent supplier of all things Chiropractic and P.T.s

I rarely write reviews, but I felt this needed to be said. I have used this company for some supplies and a table purchase over the past year or two. The communication has always been slow or delayed, but did not detour me from doing business with a local supply company. I think it is important to support local business. Purchasing my table was a bit of a nightmare. The process was rushed for me, the delivery time was almost unchangeable, and the owner of the company is just rude. Another local business (MHTT) really stepped up and helped me find a new home for my old table. I will be supporting them from now on.

I contacted MSC with interest in purchasing a chiropractic table. I thought I was just going to look at inventory and decide on a purchase but I got so much more! Adam listened to my needs and took into consideration my current office set up and budget and was able to guide me to the perfect table! The old owner was great but the new one already has a bad name in the chiropractic profession l, as I found out in one day on Facebook, for lack of integrity, unprofessional behavior, lack of attention to detail and in my case he flat out lied to me and refused to refund a down payment that he said would be refunded. There are complications with my situation but when he called me “Ms.” instead of doctor and wrote lies to me and insulted me after keeping my $1000 I strongly advise finding another company. When Gary owned this it was great as he’s a good man but Kent lacks in many areas including honesty and integrity. Buyers beware.
