I love this place. They are always so helpful and patient. Austin is a wonderful receptionist, as well as the other gentleman Ive talked to a few times (Sorry Im not sure what his name is). Overall, this place has helped me so much on my journey to better my well-being! :)

Friendly staff at the front desk and great clinicians on the outpatient side and the community wellness side! Its right by a creek and you can see a beaver in the pond. Many groups to chose from and if you dont know where to begin, just call the main line and they will help you find what you need!

My initial appointment was scheduled for 3 weeks after intake. Then on the day of the appointment they called me to inform me that the doctor had called in sick and I would have to schedule another appointment. The earliest available was in another month. So I will have waited 7 weeks for an itinial appointment for a possible diagnosis. I cannot afford to go out of network so Im waiting. But after reading other reviews Im not too hopeful I will ever get seen.

This place will give you an anxiety attack and then try and say they care. I had faith in Dr. Neucks and she ended up lying to my face. I have lost all faith in humanity because of this place. I can never trust a Doctor again thanks to her and this place. I have never felt more conned by a Place. People need to be warned. Disappointed is an understatement. This place took my life away. I’ll never fully recover.

I had to wait for an appt w/ a therapist after my evaluation, but I asked if anyone cancelled, please call me and Id be right there. They called me. I showed up early. They have great groups there for additional help aside from individual therapy, that is immensely helpful. I feel the staff there really care.

Tried to get some counseling for my daughter here. Place is a joke! Our first impression was us walking in to a tiny waiting area as we watched the front desk guy arguing and discharging one of their patients for not showing up. Let’s just say it was a scene I didn’t want my 11 yr old daughter to see. Felt very un-comfortable in there. Why combine court ordered therapy with outpatient care??? Big difference between people who want to be there and have to be there. Good ole government for ya! Lol! The clients don’t want to be there and neither does the staff. The intake “professional “ Garrett...... is rude and likes to talk about himself, he made things awkward and uncomfortable. I would not recommend to anyone.

Waited for 10 minutes for the front desk to show up. No apologies. Then found out we were in the wrong place. There screw up not ours. Then found out the place is 35 minutes away. What a joke of a place. If the score could go lower it would be a -10. Very unprofessional.

This was so deflating. I would love therapy to coincide with a psychiatrist for the medication I am on in order to wean off of it so I don’t get withdrawals- however as I sat and explained that I have been doing therapy for substance abuse (aa/na) in groups she said it sounded like I just wanted the medication when I want the dynamic of therapist to psychologist communication and I would be happy to do counseling, but she had no information as to who I could contact. She told me instead to go to walk in at Parker. I just wanted a way to understand my options. She said I could do a personal therapist but gave me no direction how to do this. She then said that it would be better off if I tried looking outside my network. I felt like I was talking to a wall. She kept referring to two years ago when I was seeking help for substance abuse and I don’t mind following up I just don’t want to repeat what I have done. Plus I need a counselor in grief coping for my anxiety. I am not ashamed that I feel a lot as it is fresh. But without information I can’t blindly commit. I can’t believe I wasted my precious time with someone who seemed to be making up her mind upon just one option to give and wouldn’t hear that I don’t want to be drugged up but I understand if there is an imbalance that I would have to be on medication. My primary is therapy and she said I wanted the meds. I kindly explained that wasn’t the case at all. Just don’t recommend. I am sure the whole network isn’t bad, but I do believe that there needs to be a way to communicate what days with my work that I have off and she couldn’t answer that or how either. Just lack of knowledge in my opinion and willing to help someone want therapy. I don’t even know who I saw as there was no introduction or telling me. This was more of lack of communication and someone who didn’t want to help. The front desk helped more, but they were just as confused.

Out of my family of 5, 4 of which are scheduled to receive services there, only one has been seen and for one visit only. All of the other visits are canceled due to illness. This therapist seems to be chronically ill on tuesdays and wednesdays week after week. Its been over a month and a half since the intake, and we have had 3 cancellations by the therapist back to back. If you have anyone you love suffering from menta illness please find some other practice. One that truly care about their patients and their well being.

Incompetent scheduling. My daughter gets discharged Friday. We are told she has to have an appt within 7 days. The IP side schedules with the clinic for Tuesday. We drive 20 miles, show up and are told the appt isnt until 12 days later, a date and time we were never told and doesnt meet the 7 day policy. No apology or anything, too bad, come back next week. I dont know who messed up, but frustrated none the less.

This place provides sub par treatment. Their staff at the desk and in admin are extremely unhelpful and provide incorrect info at times. No benefit was received from treatment here and found a much more qualified treatment facility for far less money.
