I met Ashley by accident (thank goodness I did) through Care.com. I had gone through an agency years back but my experience was not pleasant so I was apprehensive about trying again. Within the first conversation, Ashley washed every ounce of doubt away. She truly made me feel safe and made it known that she would find my dream family. My very first interview, I immediately clicked with the family she matched me with. Ashley paid attention to every single detail. Not only did she know wed be a good match, but they lived 7 minutes away from me. From the bottom of my heart, I have never been treated better by a family in my 6 years nannying. I cant thank Ashley enough for the gift she gave me. One year later, I attest so much of my happiness in Denver to this position. I firmly believe every nanny, as well as every family, deserves this feeling too. This was all thanks to the work of The Nanny Boutique.

Not very responsive. I filled out an application for this agency and I had one interview that went very well. I didnt end up getting the position, but it wouldve been nice to have been helped with a bit more to try to find a family to work for. It wasnt until I reached out to let this agency know that I found a position with the help from another agency, that I got a response back.Edit (7/9/2020):Hello Ashley,The frequent contact was me asking you if youd heard anything back from this family, and you asking me maybe once over a period of maybe 2 weeks, when your agency was supposed to be the middleman. I just wish there was more effort with me finding a family and better communication.
