Evee is amazing at what she does. The hour I get with her is the most relaxing hour in my schedule. I got a 4 pk of relaxation messages and it won’t be my last. I’m also booking my nails and a mud wrap next. New favorite place!! Highly recommend!

A friend of mine recommended me this salon and I loved it! She was very nice and did a great job on my nails. The salon is very pretty, clean and relaxing. Its been 3 weeks since I visited and my gel nails are intact, even though my nails are constantly exposed to sea water, sand, sun and a harsh environment. 10/10 would recommend!

I get the 30 minute dry body brush followed by an hour facial. The body brush feels so good. I have parts of my upper body that has little to now feeling and after my session I have more feeling in those places. The facial Evee gives me is absolutely amazing. After just 3 treatments I look and feel younger. Evee knows her stuff and the sweetest person. I wish I found this place years ago. City Escape Spa deserves 10 stars. But I hit the mother load with the Dry body brush service. It was the most amazing service I have had done for myself in many years. When I went to Evee the first time, it was my now or never attempt at gel polish. Id gotten gels three times previously at salons around town and never had an experience good enough to warrant the extra cost. Evees technique sticks and holds up. My manicures last a full four weeks without chipping or falling off my nail. Shes also a great artist if youre into designs.

Every time I go to see Evee at City Escape Spa I leave feeling relaxed, pampered and beautiful. She is a true artist with nails and the salon/spa environment is so calm (no kids!) and inviting. Loved my experience there! Evee was easy to talk to, explained every step of the process and products she was using, and even provided a complimentary beverage at the end of the service. Shawn was also very thorough and made the checkout process seamless.The wax itself was quick and much less painful than waxed I’ve gotten at other places. There also a lot of different options in terms of packages for popular wax services.Location is pretty easy to spot with plenty of parking and it’s not a very busy part of town so no worries about traffic. I would absolutely recommend this place!

Yvette is such a professional, that sometimes I forget I am even at a Spa. She begins by explaining how the process is going to go about step by step. The salon is super clean and welcoming, and shawn the receptionist is amazing at what he does. Shawn is very polite, and wants to make sure your experience was nothing less than a 10. I love this place! I’ve never been to a place where it’s one on one. It’s such a unique way to step away from the everyday salon and feel pampered on your own personal level. The gel nail polish that I got done lasted extremely well. No chips, full color, and a lasting shine. The color developed after being in the sun, which made me really pleased with the colors for this fall!Evee is hilarious, hardworking, caring, and driven. This place will charge you $15 to move an appointment unless its 24 hours before your appointment. My daughter was sick so I let them know in the morning, that I wanted to move the appointment till the next day (even though the appointment was scheduled at 4:45 that day), and they said I would be charged the card on file that I used when I booked the appointment. I let them know this was not ok, I had purchased a groupon and $15 just to move an appointment I cant make isnt worth it. Most salons will understand this and only charge for no shows. They said they would charge me anyhow. I can see why this business is not on yelp - they are afraid of the real reviews.In response to the owner.... When a business puts policies and procedures before the People they are meant to be serving, the business will fail. All successful businesses understand that. Good luck.

Ive been getting my nails done by Evee for about a year now. Love her knowledge and quality of products she uses. When I came to her I was just going to the local walk-in salon and I was getting inexpensive and quick service but, it was never the greatest quality or consistent. Normally I would just walk into a nail salon whenever I have the time to get them done but I decided to call make an appointment.. When I asked the woman who picked up the phone if I could come soon her response was “ we go by appointment only, if you have a problem with that you can go somewhere else.” I Laughed out of shock to her rude response and just hung up the phone. I will definitely not be going there.

I can see by other reviews that I am not the only person who thinks Evee is rude, disrespectful and a horrible business owner. Evee was very rude, unprofessional and wasted my time driving over an hour to her establishment only to be told that she would not do my nails because her energy was ruined. Mind you I was a member of the nail club and I had already paid for these services that she was refusing to give me. I became a nail club member and that was the worst idea because I was never treated like VIP just a paycheck for Evee. All of these good reviews are from her family and friends and if your skin color isnt right well then you dont get good service. The quality of the nails was awful and they chipped EVERY time. I asked for french manicure and she talked me out of it because she said she did not like to do french manicures, seriously it is about what I like not what the nail tech likes. This was the absolute worst nail experience of my life and I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. I wish I could have given zero stars. Please dont waste your money here, you will regret it!!

Since the service is already paid with the Groupon, I asked if there was an option to get my appointment since I didn’t have a credit card due tot that I recently move to his country.When I finally get a credit card, the lady, which to clarify was never impolite but quite rude, refused to take my appointment due to “our interaction” my hesitation or questioning about the credit card.Once again I HAVENT get any service with the salon and through reading the reviews, you can tell that they have good services. I’m here because I’m disappointed that due to a minor issue (I don’t wanna think is something else related to my ethnicity) I got denied to the services in this salon.
