There are Walgreens everywhere so when you go to the Casper one on CY Ave you can expect a faster than usual medications line whether inside or drive through. These guys pharmacy is an oiled machine in my experience. The rest of the store is above par in my opinion to. Our low population helps this but this store really is a good one. I call it my home store on my Walgreens App and am happy to do my medication business with them. Quality action! Not excepting Bitcoin yet but hopefully soon.

This place is a joke . I took 4 rolls or disposable cameras in to get developed , weeks have passes just called to see where my pictures are. She said and I quote there where no pictures on the film in any of the cameras !!! How is that possible . Asked what the lab was that developed my film and they cant give out that information . I call b.s.

7 visible employees. Only 3 wearing masks effectively. Pharmacist had his nose out of his mask.

Always a very helpful stop. Everything from my prescriptions, medical aid, snacks, prints, beverages, etc. Ive gotten a lot things I needed in a pinch here. Plus they always have killer sales on seasonal items!

Usually I have no problems here. Today, though, I got to the pharmacy 20 minutes BEFORE closing and was waiting in the drive through. There was a truck being helped and another car before me. The truck did not leave until AFTER closing! By the time the car in front of me pulled to the window, the workers had already PULLED THE SHADES AND CLOSED THE PHARMACY! We were waiting in line for over 20 MINUTES and did not get out medication!

The drive thru option for prescription pick-up is wonderful, especially in inclement weather, and for health safety. Everyone is always courteous and friendly.

I Freaking dropped off 3 disposable cameras . Was told by the photo lady that they would take 3 weeks or so to process , okay thats not that long . Waited for them to call so that I could pick up my very important pictures ☺️ . Silence , so I called about week 4 , asked if they were ready ? She said and I quote there arent any pictures !!!! Not one out of 71 photos not a single cameras had a single picture on it . Which by the way where Pictures of my sons first everything !!! Losey , lazy , incompetent !!!!! Do not take your cameras there they suck the dickens !!!?

Always clean with great staff! Has a good supply of everyday items that are usually high quality. The extended pharmacy area is always well stocked with plenty of supplements, vitamins, cold and flu meds, rash creams, lotions, etc. Would highly recommend!

Because of how I was treated at this store both by the pharmacy and the store manager, I will never shop at this or any Walgreens again. I even started a formal complaint with their home office and they never followed up even after contacting them twice. Their unprofessional attitude runs throughout the company, they even violated HIPPA privacy rules. If you want your private medical information shared with others...shop here! Honestly I wouldnt even give them one star but thats the minimum.

I have been going to this store for over 6 years , love the staff in all dept. They are great . WIll not stop going this store , even though I live 35 miles away.

The customer service is awesome! We are in a lot and the people are always so friendly and helpful, and go out of their way to make you feel welcomed.

Definately the cleanest, well put together store I have ever been in. Its easy to see that the workers and manager take pride in their jo .

Went in to pick up a prescription for my wife. They were not super busy but it took a long time to wait in line and get up to the counter to talk to them. Once I did I was told it was going to be almost an hour to get the prescription filled and I had to come back later in the day. They werent excessively rude, it just seemed odd that everything was taking so long considering how few people were in the store and drive through lines.

Quick and easy shopping

I have a cat with kidney disease and need to order Lactated ringers solution. I was told to talk to the pharmacist directly, gave him all the numbers necessary to order this item for me. They even had it in the computer and said I would need a prescription. I have the prescription and he said he couldnt order it. I explained that yes he could and he refused, said they would not ship it.

They are horrible! Had to come back three times for medicine. Not what you need when you just had oral surgery.

They would not fill my nephews prescription and did not contact his insurance. After we contacted the insurance company, the insurance company said they could have done an override and fill the prescription! We had to go into the pharmacy with the insurance company on the phone to get it done! Rediculous!

Great customer service and convenient location

Never has my prescription even though my physician sends it to them repeatedly. Also, a lot of the pharmacists are plain rude, whenever I drop off a medication or try to pick one up they roll their eyes at me and have an attitude about it like Im a drug addict even though Im not on any painkillers or any narcotics. It is rude and ridiculous, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Dont get your prescriptions here! Mine was called in at 930 a.m. today and got told not ready till tomorrow after 4!!! 👎
