For being in charge of medications, if they dont have the stock for your prescription, Smiths Pharmacy would rather have you miss a dose or go without it. The will not take accountability or even communicate with the patients on this matter. I was told they are not responsible for contacting doctors or the patients for being out of stock.
I’ve been a nurse for 40 years and have worked with many pharmacies. This one, by far, is the worst. The staff is lazy, not interested in their job or helping you, the pharmacist never makes eye contact, or offers to help. I actually dread going in there. Definitely changing my pharmacy needs to another establishment
I have so many stories to share, as a caretaker for my Ill mother for many years, they guided me to financial assistance. They always had her condition in mind when Dr orders the meds and pharmacists knew it couldnt be crushed in Gtube they already called the doctor fixed it before I picked up.They always have assistance to over the counter meds. They always bring compassion and respect
They filed 3 prescriptions and never said a word to me seems they have problem getting medication. NOT TELLING customers they cant get some drugs AND JUST FILING THE SCRIP IS NOT ACCEPTABLE!! IT 20 MINS FIND THEM AND GIVE THEM BACKTO ME!!! PITIFUL......GO TO WALGREENS
It isnt possible to give zero stars. Every month for the past year, filling my prescriptions has been a fight for one reason or another. Nothing but a hassle.
Im sympathetic to this issue, but theres a problem when I can hear someone (from several aisles over) shouting their name and birthday to the person at the pharmacy counter and they have to keep repeating it over and over because the employee cant hear. I switched to Walgreens awhile back because of poor customer service here and witnessing this reminded me that I made the right decision.
After 8 years of getting my prescription’s filled at Smith’s Pharmacy there’s only been a couple of times that were slightly negative. They are friendly, professional and patient if you have questions.Every other pharmacy is closer to me but I still go across town to Smith’s. Levi (pronounced levee) is the best employee they have ever had.
Went in to get my medicine filled they didnt have it that It in itself is understandable. Then Carol was quite rude she has some poor customer service skills she told me to call the next day to see and they still didnt have it and Carol was rude and short with me once again. That was the second and third of July. I just now got a call saying it was ready and its the 15th. Good thing there are better pharmacys to go to because 2 weeks to the day without my medicine would have had horrible results will NOT be back. The other employees and the pharmacy were great though I will give them that.
Ive used Smiths pharmacy for years and find the pharmacists friendly, helpful and competent. New Federal laws have burdened all pharmacies making efficiency difficult. Treat the staff in a manner you like like to be treated and I assure you they will do their absolute best. I find in most instances, you get what you give, whether it be at Smiths pharmacy or somewhere else.
Great people, Monica and Eric the pharmacist really care about whats best for the customer. The techs are all really nice and fun to talk to.
Terrible customer service. Drive half a mile to Walgreens or Albertsons to fill a prescription. The store manager was very nice though. I will shop at Smiths but never will go to the pharmacy.
Never had a problem getting prescriptions filled
Its easy to find what you need
Live it!
