I was just the support system for the patient, but the patient is in total agreement. This doctor is every positive thing said about him and spades more. As an RN Ive seen average doctors, good doctors and a few phenomenal doctors. Dr. Allaire is definitely in that latter category.Hes caring, humble, skilled, easy to talk to. He takes time. He considers the needs of the patient while still doing what is safest and best for the patient.If you need his specialty you just wont find anyone better here or out of town. TOP OF THE LINE!

Dr. Allaire is always friendly, caring, sympathetic and professional. He explains everything hes doing and going to be doing. The surgeries Ive had with him have been very successful, with no lingering problems. He has a great smile and laughs at my stupid jokes.

I would highly recommend this facility!! The whole entire staff from the nurses to ALL of the doctors made the experience for my 5 year old so bearable!! They talked to him on his level and then communicated on ours. They never made us feel like we were wasting their time or that they were in a rush! They even custom made my son’s cast red, white, and blue!! They cut out little stars for him. The nursing staff was incredibly comforting to my son after coming out of post op. I would HIGHLY recommend this facility 100 times!!

I had been seen several times in the clinic in Douglas. Terry Marso and her staff are amazing. I was referred to Casper because my elbow just kept filling with fluid. At first I really didn’t want to see anyone but Terry. But my appointment was great the staff and Doctor were great. I was at ease the minute I walked in the office. It is a pleasure to no be nervous or anxious about a New Doctor and a different clinic . No problem here. I would recommend Dr. Allaire to anyone.

I found the staff very nice & polite. Dr Allaire was excellent & caring with xrays & very quickly determining my results. I really appreciated that he didn’t push surgery but gave me options. He showed me my X-rays & explained in layman’s terms to help me understand. Even though he couldn’t really do much to help me now he assured me he would be there for me if I chose one of the options he gave me. In HIGHLY recommend Dr Allaire & his staff!

It is easy to make appointments, I rarely have to wait long once at the office. Everyone on the staff are friendly and caring. The providers always explain and answer any questions.

They show great care and concern for their patients, and are very at explaining what needs to be done and at answering any and all concerns.

Im always nervous about dealing with new doctors but Dr. Allaire seems to really know his stuff and Im lucky to have him and his colleagues available to help me.

I have been seeing Dr Allaire since 2013, Dr Allaire always explains everything to me. He always makes sure I know what hes talking about. He has great bedside manner, hes a Christian. Dr Allaire has done several surgeries on me and I firmly believe he is an excellent surgeon.

Dr Allaire and his team are outstanding!!!! I had to have total reversal shoulder replacement. Dr Allaire answered all my questions and eased my mind about the process. 3 Weeks after my surgery, I fell on the tile floor right on my shoulder. Dr Allaire took amazing care of me and they were very thorough with my follow up after the setback. I would highly recommend Dr Altair, his team and Casper Orthopedics.

I broke my shoulder on Oct7th and he operated on me the next morning. I saw his PA on Monday of this week. He ok’d no more splint. Hallelujah!!!!!! Great visit.
