Dr. Mitchell is caring and professional, and he is extremely competent. I have a trigger finger condition, But Dr. Mitchell suggested a surgery due to my hand was completed swelling and my right hand middle finger is very swelling as well. He knows what he is doing. And, he is a nice guy. Not to mention the staff and other caregivers at Casper Orthopedics are awesome! Highly recommended!

Up until now Ive not been impressed with Dr Mitchells bedside manner. I could see that be took the time and effort to better explain why we were doing the shot, what results we were hoping for, what signs of improvement to look for, and what kind of time frame we were looking at.The fact that he had acted completely different than he had the previous times Ive seen him showed that he does care about his patients and he is working on his bedside manner. That right there is worth 5 stars.

After seeing several doctors regarding knee issues, Dr. Mitchell was more than willing to provide advice and his opinion to move forward and overcome this ongoing knee pain. Dr. Mitchell and his staff are true professionals who take patent concerns seriously and wont dismiss your issues. I have been impressed with their communication with me, and never felt confused by whats to come. I have been truly pleased with Dr. Mitchell and his staff and feel better than I have in the past ten years!

But Dr. Mitchell repaired it, and I am recovering nicely with surprisingly little pain. He knows what he is doing. And, he is a nice guy. I was treated well and appointments were quick but I am 10 months post of and my foot is not doing well still c amusing severe pain to walk on fir any length of time. Rather than risk being cut open again I have just sort of given upon it ever improving

Except for signing in at the Casper facility, my experience relates to visiting Dr. Mitchell when he came to Riverton, and I was particularly impressed with the fact that he recommended no surgery for my bicep tendon issue even though this meant less surgery income for Casper Orthopedic!
