Dr Paulson and his staff are so kind and patient with my son. Would highly recommend taking your children!! They always go above and beyond and spoil them when he’s done ❤️

Brenda was excellent with my son she has been doing his teeth work alongside dr paulson for 3 years now she is absolutely amazing! Definitely recommend them all love the staff. Jess also did amazing with my daughter she was so sweet and gentle.

I didnt have a bad experience with the doctor my self but when it came to pay a bill that i was under the impression that insurance took care of it. I get a bill 2 1/2 months later just before it was to be sent to collections. I wouldve payed the bill if I was told ahead of time. I never received a bill until it was 90 days late. How can they expect a positive reaction to something like this? Needless to say I will be changing my kids Dentist.

We get such thorough (and gentle) care at Casper Childrens Center! My boys feel at ease while there.

My kids have been going to Dr. Paulson since they were each 2. I have had a great experiences each and every time. The staff is wonderful and they always take time to answer questions.

My niece goes here. She loves going here because everyone is friendly and they take good care of the kids.

My son has been a patient of Dr. Paulson for 6 years now. He has pulled teeth, x-rayed, filled cavities, and done routine cleaning for him. Dr. Paulson does a wonderful job and my son has no fear of the dentist what so ever.

I also had a great experience with Dr. Paulson. I was referred by my local dentist in Rawlins and was happy that he did. My son needs extensive work and will have to be put under for his repairs. He was welcoming and professional. He made my son feel comfortable and assured us that we had done everything right as parents but sometimes children just have bad teeth. His staff were helpful and friendly. They complimented me on my son and made us feel welcome. His waiting room is kid friendly and we got in right away. My son has to have his procedures done next week and I am confident that Dr. Paulson will take good care of him. It seems to me most of the negative reviews on this site have to deal with helicopter parents or billing issues. I would recommend Dr. Paulson to anyone.

Unlike the helicopter parents who have taken to bashing Dr. Paulson; I can report the experience for my family was quite different. Our daughter was in need of serious pediatric dental work, referred by her Lander dentist we spoke with several other dental offices in Casper and found (thankfully) Dr. Roy.The office staff were very professional and helpful. While being prepped for her work; she was relaxed by the unique waiting areas - when taken to the operating area I was invited to join the staff as they secured her to the chair with a well padded body enclosure. (to ensure minimal movement by the sedated child - a safety measure Im sure)Having met Dr. Roy before being strapped down; his charm had already won her over and although scared and reluctant (who wouldnt be) he smooth talked her into relaxing so he could help her teeth not hurt anymore.As the nature of her work required two visits, and the experience of the first round was a not so bad experiance - we had no trouble convincing her to cooperate.I am a real client; not prone to web reviews but found myself quite shocked by the experience reported by the others. During my visits there was nothing of this nature happening, although I did get to see the staff react very professionally to an out of line irate mother who wanted to just leave her child so she could go shopping.As with all interweb yelp style review activity - you will get the worst first and most and it is not usually indicative of the norm.

Slightly irritated!! Our appointment was scheduled for a day the office is closed. GIANT WASTE OF TIME. Ill go elsewhere, especially after reading some of the other reviews.

Dr paulson didnt numb me all the way and started yanking teeth and wouldnt let my mom come to the back and strapped me down and kept pulling teeth and said that I was numb enough I am afraid to go to any dentist to this day
