Visited this clinic for several years. I always had a good experience at this office and would have recommended them (good dentists and dental assistants, quality of work was high and they were great at pain-free cleanings and dental work). However, after my most recent visit in April their billing office decided it would be fun to send several surprise/unexpected bills months after the visit (I had paid my bill in full at the time of service). Be aware that whatever payment arrangements are made will be forgotten and/or ignored by them, followed up by threats on their end to extract additional payments.There are not a ton of dentists in Casper, but Id recommend trying to find a different office (which is a shame because I would have rated all the dentists and staff at this office at a 5/5 prior to my most recent experience).

Far and away the worst dentist office I’ve ever been to. Visited there almost a year ago for a just a simple cleaning, 6 months later they send me a bill for $600 because “my insurance company wouldn’t send them the checks for my visit.” Whatever that means. The worst experience I’ve ever had with a dentist and it’s not close. Would highly recommend not going here

Wow! Everything and everyone was amazing! I called in to see if I could become a patient. The scheduler set up an appointment right away and sent all forms immediately. They had everything approved by my insurance and set a full exam. I walked in and the people and place was so friendly and inviting. The x-ray staff did a great job getting some really good images. The Dr. Waring did a really thorough exam. He lad out all that I should do for my mouth and overall health. He really care for his patients. Nothing felt rushed and everything He said made sense. I have never had such a great experience while going to the Dentist, no offence but Wind City Dental is really that good!

Wind City Dental is the absolute best in dentistry!!!I was new in Casper. I had a problem and wanted immediate dental care. They saw me the next day. I can honestly say I got the most thorough, gentle, comprehensive exam I have ever had. I had a medical problem and required additional time and special care. The dentist and hygienist went way beyond the call of duty in taking care of me, In a very friendly and compassionate manner. I have absolute confidence in the treatment that I will get from them in the future. The entire staff, front office personnel, the hygienist and dentist all consistently went way out of their way to not only accommodate me, but to make sure I was very happy and satisfied. They are truly the very best!!!!

Cannot recommend Wind City Dental enough - they are amazing. The waiting room is calm inducing and you can easily distract yourself with Pac Man, magazines or even a pool table! The kind lady in the waiting room welcomes you and is professional and compassionate. If you have any fear/anxiety for dental experiences - this is the place you should go. They take their time and possibly most importantly - listen to their patient. The Dentist was so wonderful, she even made time for us one hour before closing. And on top of everything else - the prices are reasonable. Wind City Dental is the best!!!

The dentists are top notch, they listen to your concerns, include you in the options available, and they work with you on things such as dental anxiety and sensitive teeth.The support and office staff are friendly, responsive, and do an excellent job with billing.They also work well with our kids, that is a concern when looking into a dentist. They are patient, kind, and work well with them.

Beware, good dentist but absolutely militant, on the financial side of things. I have insurance and ask how much is my part before having anything done then pay that in cash up front but somehow I still owe 50 more or what ever bit its only 50 so no big deal. I know somebody who say them they never told her that her insurance wasnt paying but did the work anyway and she was not able to pay right away so they turned her over to a collection agency so aggressive that they garnished her wages then she lost her job so they levied her bank account and took her unemployment now they are moving to take her only vehicle beware of this practice there is a reason they can afford pinball machines and giant lithographs. Getting mixed up with them financially can destroy you thankfully i was in a position to pay up front but God help you if you cant or your insurance doesnt pay because they and thier third party agent collection agency will take everything you have and leave you in the gutter. But hey look on the bright side they were able to by more giant comic book stuff for thier office..................and then they post this I paid cash up front so once again thank God meanwhile the person I know and who knows haw many others are obliterated financially but hey another pin ball game in the waiting room such caring people ive been all over the world a good dentisist is a dime a dozen be very weary of this one you might have a nice smile wont help you when they take everything and leave you in the gutter............ what happened to do no harm there are better ways they chose this way will not go back because of the way people i know have been dealt with

Dr. Tolley is there best!! I have also seen Dr Andrew and he is great, as well, but this is the fairest and most qualified office Ive ever been to. Stacey cleans my teeth and she is gentle and highly knowledgeable, as well!

I was incredibly anxious because I had not been to a dentist in many years, but they were SO nice, and so professional. The facilities were great, and the process was so much quicker and easier than anywhere else Ive gone for dentistry.

Does anyone love going to the dentist? Going to Wind City is the closest experience you will have to experiencing that sensation. Amazingly talented team, very personable, top of the line technology and an experience that empowers you to know more and make good decisions about your teeth. A very easy recommendation.

I had my teeth cleaned for the first time in over a year today. Chelsey was the most gentle hygienist Ive ever had! She was incredibly thorough and knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions with patience and kindness, but no judgement!! It was a fantastic experience that I would recommend to anyone who may be nervous at the dentist or self-conscious about their mouths!

Super impressed with the new facilities, fabulous staff and great dentist. Very professional, yet, very friendly. The exam was very thorough and hygienists were great. Best dental experience Ive ever had. Kelly at the front desk is delightful. She is professional and so kind. Hygienist Aundrea is extremely educated in what she does and made me feel comfortable and well informed about what she was doing. I met two of the Dentists, which were both very pleasant. I have had a lot of work done on my mouth and am very self conscious about my smile. Everyone here treated me with kindness. Also, if you have a family that has to wait for you...they have the coolest office! Pool table, foozeball, tents for little ones to play in and very nice artwork to look at.

The staff is always so pleasant and my hygenist, Stacey, is the absolute best. Awesome to talk to and diligent to make sure the appointment goes smoothly which is important if youre like me and a little scared of the dentist. With Stacey there are no worries and she is a cheerleader and celebrates successes even if they arent related to the appointment. Dr Andrew also very calm and steady, and truly a crack up. Makes me look forward to actually going to the dentist which is not usual for me. Kelly at the front desk always greets me and is super kind and their business manager is easy to work with and she does her best to work with you to be able to afford the clean healthy mouth you deserve. As someone who has been to several dentist practices in Casper, I was skeptical when I made an appointment at Wind City for a cleaning. However, upon my first step in the door I knew that this was the kind of place I wanted to be treated at. The receptionist calls you by name and is more than willing do put in a little extra paper work so you dont have to. And, that common dread of waiting hours past your appointment in the waiting room? Though my wait has never exceeded 10-15 minutes, one might ask to wait longer because of the amenities provided: coffee, chilled water, TV, computers, and game tables. All in a industrial chic waiting area that spans the entire front of the building.If that werent impressive enough, the hygienists are professional and friendly. Conversations surpass small talk and glide into interests, occupations, and family without any of the awkward silence that often occurs when conversing with strangers. Additionally, the hygienists not only remember your name, but often recall past conversations, asking about your trip to the Bahamas and your mothers surgery two months ago. Doctors Andrew and Jessi Waring hold the same bedside manner that allows you to relax and enjoy your appointment. No longer are the days of dreading the dentist office: Wind City Dental makes receiving dental work enjoyable. I would recommend the practice to patients of all ages!

This is a very nice dentist. They are friendly and the office is beautiful. That being said, they are also very very expensive. Expect to pay $100 - $200 more than the average prices (per tooth). They offer a loyalty discount if you pay in full. The discounted price is still high. If you don’t pay in full you will be basically punished by paying more.

I have been going to Wind City Dental for about 3+ years. I have gone from regular dentistry to going through the entire process of Invisalign trays. I wouldnt go anywhere else. Everyone is very friendly and professional, and the best part is you feel like one of the gang when youre there! I never feel apprehensive about my treatments as I know they have my best interests at heart and always try to make the visit as painless as possible.

Im always filled with anxiety when I visit a dentist. I have been switching around dentists in the Casper area and I literally left Wind City Dental with a smile on my face. I have sensitive teeth and have had some major work done with little luck to feel at ease. I got the information I needed to hear without having thousands of dollars worth of work done to me. Im excited for my future with these providers. Jessi and Andrew are some of the nicest people around so youre crazy to not give them a shot.

Never been there, which is a real bummer based on all the awesome reviews. When I called to set up an appointment to have x-rays etc.. done they tell me I have to pay money up front to even make an appointment even though my insurance covers it. When I asked the receptionist how that worked since my insurance covers 100% all she would tell me is that it still goes towards my bill. Would not explain that I would get the money back from them when insurance paid or if Id have to fight my insurance to get my money back.

This is nice place good staff and caring for my needs. Highly recommended they work well with my insurance and I think its best dentist I seen in long time and dentist scare me from bad experiences but not this place.

I became exceedingly unhappy with my previous dentist! I dont have dental insurance and they were going to force me to get X-rays I didnt need at the expense of $200 I did not have! They told me to go somewhere else! Based on 5 star reviews and some friends Facebook posts, I decided to give Wind City a try! All I can say is WOW! My initials phone call was taken care of in the most kind and professional way I could have hoped for. My sons information was taken and his insurance accepted! His is the only visit I can comment on as mine hasnt happened yet! His hygienist was amazing! She was so kind and engaging with him! She came to talk to me three different times about his care and brought me information about a possible aid for his ADHD, crowding, and development! I have a follow up appointment for that! My son was so happy and relaxed about his experience! I look forward to my own! This is a great facility that treats people like people with amazing kindness and is incredibly welcoming!

I LOVE this place. I usually see Dr. Andrew when I go in. However this time I saw a new dentist. Dr tolley and she is GREAT! I had to go in because I chipped my front tooth and got right in with Dr. Tolley. She smoothed the chip down so it was no longer cutting my lip and made me an appointment right away to fix it completely. She was also going to fix another tooth that was cracked in the back for me in this appointment. I was the first appointment of the day and Dr. Tolley and Chelsie took such great care of me. They were so nice and fun to interact with. The repair was fast and thorough. When I looked into the mirror I was amazed at how great my front tooth looked. You would never know it ever chipped. She pays very close attention to detail. Even the shading she used was spot on! Like I said I love this place and I have gone here for years. But I had to leave a review so others will know Dr tolley is an amazing dentist! I ❤wind city dental!

Ive been going here for years. Instead of seeing Dr. Waring this time, (he was busy) I saw Dr. Tolley. Let me tell you what - AMAZING! I havent had one bad experience at Wind City Dental, and last week was no different. I was really unsure about seeing another Dentist, but I am not sorry that I did. I am so happy that Dr. Tolley has joined their Team! My teenage kids just loved her! Probably odd to say, but I look forward to my next appointment with Stacy and Dr. Tolley or Dr. Warning.

A very friendly place to have your dental work done. I showed up early prior to my appointment time with only a 5 minute wait I was being taken care of right away. My veneer had fallen off and it was reinstalled in a short time. I would describe the Dr. and his staff as outstanding from check in to check out. The Dr explained what he was doing and why he was doing the reinstallation a certain way. His staff working in sequence for each step of the reinstall process with no slow down of the progress of getting me fixed up. Would not hesitate to come back again for any dental work in future.

Although the waiting area is nice I had a couple bad experiences there. They jam the novacain down the needle so fast it hurt the WHOLE TIME, it was like they were in a rush and didnt care about me in pain. I said, Wth? Its not supposed to hurt like that, only to be ignored.On another visit I had a tooth surgically removed and the Dr. Came in all rushed and said, Open up, youre going to feel a little pressure....3.......2.........1. OMG I almost punched him in his face. He put a huge needle in the top of my mouth (no numbing swab, nothing) and jammed away at it.I was obviously pissed AGAIN and again I was just ignored. I will NEVER step foot in there again. Ive never had a Dentist and staff be so cruel to my mouth, ever.

Pretty much the most understanding and competent dentists Ive dealt with in a long time. I have recently had some serious unexplained mouth pain that they were able to help me figure out. I have significant dental work, many crowns, root canals, and so on. With so much invested in my dental work, its important to me to find a dentist that will take the time to do the job correctly and get to the root of any problems I may have.In Feb of 2017 I started having pain on the left side of my tongue combined with a very mild fever. It was a sharp and almost burning sensation. Its being cleared up now, but I lived with this pain for months, seeing three doctors (including an allergist) and now two dentists. The first dentist took a look, said everything looked fine, and sent me on my way. The doctors did full blood panels, treated me with antibiotics (blood tests showed increased white blood cell count) and even tried prednisone.I got a second opinion from Wind City dental and Dr. Waring noticed that my gums around my three newest crowns had slight discoloration and a change in texture. It seemed that the crowns may have been the problem. After this revelation (I knew it was dental work the whole time, just not what), I sought out a laboratory in Colorado that tests for dental material bio-compatibility. This would be my only mark against any dentist or doctor - why did I see 5 doctors total and had to find the biocomp test on my own? The test indicated that I was highly reactive to the materials used in those three crowns that were removed.Wind City has been more than helpful in trying to find me crowns that are compatible and have been sent two sets of crowns (partially by lab mistake) that were not compatible. The way Ive been treated, like a patient and human being, rather than just an appointment and a paycheck, has won their loyalty from me.Plus I had one tooth extracted (didnt need it) and it was the easiest, quickest, most painless procedure Ive ever gone through.I highly and strongly recommend Wind City dental for any and all of your dental needs.
