Expensive, not willing to accommodate my covid work schedule and lack of trying for my services. Been using them for years and made my payments on time and sadly Im thinking of choosing another provider that looks at me as family, not a customer. They might as well change their name to money vision.

I arrived to my appointment and the older receptionist had me call my insurance to see if they were an in network provider. I got that information and then she said she needed to know all the details of my coverage and benefits. My insurance transferred me to obtain that information and when I went to give it to her she said i would have to reschedule my appointment after I sat on the phone in there for 40 minutes. I would have had my appointment regardless as I needed my prescription. However she never gave me the option to do so and just canceled my appointment without warning. The doctors were great from when I visited before but the receptionist who is the face of the business was extremely rude and did not respect my time whatsoever. I have never had a vision clinic have me call my insurance for this information before. She should have prefaced the conversation with her intending to cancel the appointment instead of waiting for me to finally get the information she requested to cut me off mid sentence and tell me they wouldnt see me today.

Dr. Harris, I am so thankful for everything you have done for myself and especially my family member who was having terrible eye issues. I will highly recommend you to everyone I can. Your care and understanding are unique in this fast paced world we live in. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. 💕👏

Awesome experience! My toddler needs routine checkups and she does so well here. Staff were all super sweet, the process was nice and though my wee one didnt cooperate entirely, it was so well-done and she stayed comfortable.VERY pleased, this was not our first visit and I definitely want to keep her with this office!

Greeted with friendly courteous staff! Doctor got hung up and behind but nothing drastic. Everyone accommodating and the doctor answered my questions thoroughly and made sure I was comfortable and understood. Happy to have changed clinics!

Family Vision is superb! Very professional, very friendly and helpful. Dr. Harris really takes the time to explain everything hes doing and why. Love that he goes over my past and current eye scans to check for changes, not just browse them and not tell me what hes seeing or what it might mean. Always explains my options and helps me make an informed decision. The entire staff is just as great as Dr. Harris!

Very disappointed, this place just waists your time. I called to get informed about visual and dyslexia testing they told me they do both so I made an appointment. Next week I called again to make sure they made the appointment and that my son was getting tested for both exams the receptionist told me she would put it in the chart but also for me to remind the doctor when I got there. Today I get a call that they want to move my sons appointment I was not pleased about this especially after I had spoken to two receptionist and told them how important it was for my son to get checked and How I have spend over a year trying to get him checked for both test then Dr. Nathan tells me he would only be doing a vision exam because for dyslexia they refer out. I was very upset to find this out after calling twice and get confirmed that they will test him for both tests. All Dr. Nathan said I’ll talk to my receptionist, that doesn’t help me. They waisted my time when I could have gotten my son the right person for the job and they lied. I do not recommend this place to anyone it’s a waist of time and staff is not well trained

This office is very modern, clean, and bright. The equipment is state of the art and I love that I didn’t even have to have my eyes dilated because of the photo imaging they take. I drive 2 hours to come see Dr Edwards but I would drive longer! He spends a large amount of time with you and you never feel rushed. These days it’s hard to find an eye doctor that makes you feel like you actually matter. He has a great sense of humor and he knows the best contacts and glasses for you. He always makes sure your questions are answered without feeling stupid and you can try many different contacts until you find the perfect fit. Seriously the best eye doctor I’ve ever seen and I’m diabetic so I have seen TONS. They are booked out a few months in advance so plan ahead and you won’t regret it!

Dr. Edwards was able to help me pay for my sons eye exam. I am more than thankful for this. What was even more precious to me, is that the exam was in another clinic and he did not hesitate to help me. Thank you so much! God bless you.

Okay so I don’t remember my eye doctor’s name but these guys have been amazing! I got shingles in my eye back in November and they have done everything possible to make this go as smoothly as possible. If I called because something didn’t feel right, they found a time for me to come in that day just in case. If I had questions he would call me back just to clarify. The past couple months I’ve been through a lot of pain and discomfort and I seriously wouldn’t have been in as good of shape if I had went anywhere else. Reception was kind and my eye doctor has been amazing. Thank you guys!

I just wanted to say great job to the entire staff at the Family Vision Clinic. Dr. Harris and his staff keep us up to date on the latest and greatest in diagnostics and treatments. The office hours are very convenient and it is always easy to schedule an appointment.

Office is very clean. Dr is great. Claudia and the other younger office lady were great. Didnt like the other 2 office ladies. One never even acknowledged us and Robin made us fill like we were a bother to her.

My family has gone to Family Vision for many years. Both doctors are very good, do a thorough exam and take their time with each patient. Everyone there is very friendly and goes out of their way to accomodate. My kids enjoy both doctors and look forward to going to appointments.

Dr edwards never returns calls. I had to call almost a week straight. Left messages with the front desk ladys. Finally called again fri and had to wait 15 min on the phone before they closed just to make sure I could talk to him. Only for him to be disrespectful to me and tell me he has no time to talk to me. Excuses after excuses. Them threatened to hang up on me the whole time Im on the phone. He didnt want to listen. I tried explaining my situation to him and he yelled at me telling me its not his problem. The rudest eye doctor i have ever encountered. Will never return as long as he is there.

Dr. Harris keeps up on the latest and greatest in diagnostics and treatment. Laura and the rest of the staff are great too!
